I think the restaurant should choose a different brand or supplier for the breaded chicken in this dish. The cashew chicken was actually pretty good. The sauce had a good flavor. The portion was a good size. The pork fried rice was good. The dish had a lot of veggies and tender pieces of chicken. We would come back for the cashew chicken.
