Not sure what was going on here. Showed up at 1:40 PM on a Sunday, ready to rent a unit. Was told there was a unit available, but I needed to come back tomorrow because the gate closes in 30 min. So dude is saying they close at 2:10 PM? Website says they are open until 3. I plead with him that I don't have that much stuff, and it won't take me more than 20 min to unload, but he was dismissive about it. We ask about the free move-in truck. He says they don't do that any more. Website says they do. So we talk about returning tomorrow. I ask dude's name. Sounded like Gio or Jim, but I'm not certain because he mumbled it both times, so I gave up asking. Was disappointed since this place is close to us, and they get good reviews here, but clearly they didn't want my business. read more

I have been with Chino Hills Self Storage for at least a decade. Now that Sandy and Randy took over it has been even better. One time I was not able to pay on the due date and Sandy was very understanding that I could pay later in the month rather than the beginning of the month due date without any late fee or lien fee. Their customer service is great especially when I needed my lock cutoff and get a new lock to access my unit since I had no access to my previous lock keys. I also got a free lock as long as you leave a review for them. What a great value especially when you are getting great customer service.
