Been a customer for a little over a month and thought I would give you a great review. Firstly, I want to thank Ms. Johanna and Ms. Kathy for a warm and friendly customer service experience. They were very flexible and offered 2 options. They showed me both storages and I had noticed how organized and clean everything was. From the parking, the office, the pavements, the outside of the storage structures and inside. It looks pretty brand new! They also have dollies and carts to help you. Everytime I go and they see me, they wave and ask if everything is OK. They send me reminders for my monthly payment and answer all the questions I may have. Kathy was so sweet and helpful. We were in a pinch. We needed to store things from the estate of a family member. We had it in another facility and it was difficult to get into. The cargo elevator was broken for weeks and it was not very clean. The person we dealt with was neither nice or helpful. So we found A Storage Place. The unit was very clean and secure. The price was very reasonable and I love that they have auto pay. The units are easy to get in and out of. If we ever need storage again, this where we are going. Thank Kathy!! read more

I've had a storage unit here since I moved to Chino in 2015. Today I closed my unit because I no longer have a need for it. Throughout the years, I've had an awesome experience being able to access my things when I want to, even in Sundays which is awesome. The staff here is always attentive and genuinely friendly. They even call me to remind me about my payment when it is due, and are nice about it. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be coming back here! read more

Today was my last day with A Storage Place, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. I had been renting a unit from them for 3 years now. I started with a 10x12 unit for a 1 bedroom apartment. Then eventually I needed to downsize they had a unit ready to go in the same area so moving my things was extremely easy. I was on the 2nd story but they have elevators and carts to make it as easy as moving into a 1st floor unit. It's a very clean and organized storage place. If I ever need another unit for any reason they will be my place to go! read more

I would not recommend this storage. If it was possible to give this review zero stars I would. On my first day of moving in I was belittled and demeaned by a female employee with red hair (did not get her name, and do not care to) she was unnecessarily rude to me, even though I was trying to be polite and respectful. The encounters with this woman throughout my stay with this facility have always been unpleasant, one time she even denied me use of the restroom when their public bathroom was locked. I now dread everytime I have to check my storage unit, knowing that this woman might be there to bring another nightmarish encounter. I truly do not understand why this employee subjects me to her rudeness, but I am a minority and this woman is Caucasian, so I wonder if the encounters are racially-motivated. So again, "caveat emptor" with this storage facility. read more

I got a unit here last month and the prices have actually changed from what is on the picture. I got a 10x20 for $200/month without contract. The place is clean and it looks secured enough for me. I also like that it is located just next door to my kid's school. The person at the office is also friendly. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because they don't give you a reminder or even an invoice so it can be very easy to forget. I feel like this is a shady practice because it makes me feel like my stuff is safe from thieves but not from them. I feel like they would be hoping you forget to make payments so that they can make money when they auction your stuff. I know that may or may not be the case but I really feel that businesses should give invoices. read more

5 star customer service from a 5 star business! Wasn't here very long but it was because I no longer needed the storage not because I didn't feel welcome or was unhappy. Barbara took care of me and I even got a deal for the first month here. When I moved my things out I was unable to get my things before the next billing cycle due to being out of town. I called explained my situation and the owner of the business allowed me to stay for another day free of additional charges. Though I imagine this was a special case I just really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Thank you!! If and when I need a storage I will be back! read more

I have been to this establishment twice and have decided to go somewhere else for my storage needs. The first time the male manager was sitting at his desk with a large spread of food in front of him and seemed like I was an interuption to his lunch. The second time I was there a very large and unfriendly dog was present in the office and it made myself and my child very uncomfortable as the dog was loose and unleashed and roamed freely about, very unprofessional. read more
