Went to this facility for the first time today to check on my mom's belongings. It was pouring rain out and I approached the units and noticed there was no gate / security. I parked in front of my mom's unit and a man sped up in his golf cart and very rudely says "Can I help you!!!" I said no. Not know who he was and getting his disgruntled vibe I said "can I help you?" Still not knowing who this guy was. He began being so rude and aggressive and intimidating to me telling me I had to come into the office to sign in. I said sir...I'm sorry. This is my first time here, it's pouring rain, there is no gate here on the property and I didn't know I had to do that. He continued coming at me now getting out of his cart walking towards me. I got so scared I started trying to get back into my car. He was completely aggressive raising his voice at me. I went to get back in my car and said "a little kindness goes a long way sir" and he continued going off on me. I went back to the office where he continued to be aggressive to me and accused me of saying things I never said. I was shocked and at that point realized he was crazy. My sister and son were in the car and heard everything this man was doing and saying. This man apparently likes to intimidate and scare women. He continues to argue with me in front of the other staff in the office. I signed in and was so shaken up and scared my voice was cracking and I was literally trembling with fear. He sat at his desk scouring at me continuing to mumble looking at me. I would NEVER EVER suggest this property or ever do business with people like this. That guy is disgruntled and has an issue with women. Very poor customer service. Does not feel safe with this man working there. He had no business treating paying customers like that. When approaching people conduct yourself like an employee not a wild animal. Also a uniform/badge/ name tag and introducing yourself as staff might set a different tone. read more

We purchased our 1st RV 6 years ago and had heard all sorts of horror stories about storage facilities (break ins etc). I had some concerns because this was a major investment so I began checking out different facilities in our community. Most of the facilities just wanted us to sign up however c the people at Allsize took the time to explain different the options different facilities offered and what to look for. Six years later I am extremely pleased with the facility, the service, the security and the people (same group since I signed up). I am amazed that as large as the facility is you still get personalized treatment. I will get a call from the office if I leave the door or window open (has happened more than once). They know you by name, but they are still diligent in maintaining a high level of security. I have peace of mind and never give my RV a 2nd thought while stores at Allsize. read more

The rent increases frequently. They indicate you can use their truck, but the restrictions are so convoluted it is essentially a marketing ploy to look like they are offering use of a truck to help with the move. The new manager is a young ding-a-ling with zero customer service experience. She must be a relative of the owners. They have no interest in keeping good people or making wise business decisions. Don't even try them because then you will be burdened again with having to move out and research a more congenial management site. read more

Such an amazing facility. I have my trailer AND a large storage unit. They are so kind and always helpful. They have an ice machine to fill the cooler before camping and a tire pump! Allsize just happens to be right down the road from my house so the location is great for me and this is what led me to them. I'm glad I chose to store my fishing boat at Allsize. The facility is clean and secure; the staff, Aaron and Breanne, are very friendly and competent. They periodically inspect the stored vehicles and boats and advise owners of any issues - I know this because they emailed me after my boat cover developed a rip in it. I thought that was good service and I was able to get down there and replace it before any damage to the boat. We recently purchased a travel trailer and store it at Allsize, which is really good for RV owners: dump station, water, air, and ice machine. Nice place and good people! read more

This is the place that you want to store your stuff. We have never had an issue with them and they are always so friendly when my boyfriend and i come to get our rv. They are there when you need them and always willing to work with you. We have not had a bad experience yet. For you rv lovers and campers they even have a dump station. We all need that. Items from my storage unit was taken even though lock on unit. Office staff keeps the keys, you are not allowed to take key with you. When spoke to office about missing items, they hoped I had good insurance to cover items. NO SECURITY at this facility at all. Office keeps the keys of every unit. Office staff protects the person who stole my property. read more
