When I say storage outlet is the best storage place around I'm not playing!! I went to 5 other facilities around chino saying there was climate control but to no surprise it was a big lie. This is the 3rd increase in less than 2 years. They jack up the prices regularly but nothing has been improved, upgraded, changed, or increased except the prices. Best part, they send you a letter by mail that's dated 2-weeks ago to tell you the increase is going to occur in 2 weeks..... and not a small increase, but almost 15%!!! Out of the blue. No genuine reason or basis, just up, up, and we about to go away! read more

Been using this place to store excess inventory for my business, price is good, the staff is nice enough but beware of the move out process, it seems their online system has no purpose whatsoever as whatever I do, I would need to be physically there. When I signup for auto pay I needed to come in to sign a form with my cc. Not sure what the point is for the online system if I still need to come in. On move out I press the intent to move button and it let me pick a date and make me sign a form telling me if I am unable move out by the date, please inform the staff. I chose the last day of the month as they charge at the beginning of the month. I moved out by the date and on the first of month I wanted to make sure they know I moved out so I called them, staff told me can I come in to sign some papers to remove me out of the system. I agreed since I was in the area, which I found odd. I came in and was told I had a balance for the first of the month because I did not physically call them to tell them I was moving out. I told them I moved out already yesterday and I used the online system, which no where state I had to physically call them to inform them. The paper I sign online even said if I could not move out by the intended date, please inform staff but my team and I moved out and sweep the floor clean. No where on the paper say to call to inform of move out, only if we are unable to move out. Even though it's a small amount, unfortunately that left a sour feeling as they even pushed for one day charge with insurance when I was clearly moved out and spent a year storage with them and now I have no intention of using them again. read more

Oddly enough, one of the employees recommended I check out other storage facilities and I'm glad I did! Awesome storage place, located in a light industrial zone so there's a lot of businesses around & it's hidden very well making it extra safe for storage. Been renting a large unit out for almost 2 years, we just rented a second large unit as we needed some more space for our business. Staff is very friendly, access hours are awesome starting at 5am. The space itself seems adequate and quick to rent but it has been extremely difficult to get the storage team to honor their 50% discount for the first 2 months that they advertised (Made sure to confirm the space qualified for the discount also). I tried contacting them multiple times in the last month or so but every bill I've been getting so far is for the full amount. Be very wary and make sure to get them to apply it before renting the space. read more
