The property manager April and customer service representative Grace were extremely helpful and quiet pleasant to speak to. The facility was very well maintained, extremely clean and updated. The security system in which they use is quiet high tech and makes me feel as though my possessions will be very safe. I will definitely be recommending this facility to anyone and everyone who asks about renting storage units and will definitely be praising April and Grace as wonderful people to work with. Best storage pricing in town and easy to get to. We're going to save over half of what we were paying somewhere else. The people are super nice and the sign up only took a few minutes. It's also one of the nicest places around. Some of the local storage facilities are pretty old and run down at this point. Because it's such a nice place and storage units see seasonal use from students and others who are there short term, once you see the size you want, don't wait around on it, they can go pretty fast. I went into this facility to inquire about storage because I was planning a move, I was greeted by the staff April and De Lacey. They were very friendly and helpful and showed me the property and what size that would fit my needs. I explained to them that I would not be needing the storage that day and they completely understood and provided me the information I need when I return. This is hands down the best storage facility I have ever found! The facilities themselves are ,for the most part ,all drive up access, supper secure safe, with one point of entry that's monitored by the front office. Everything with the unit was spectacular with clean ready to go units. Specifically Sondra at the front office was great making the mundane experience far from mundane. Love this place. Have been using different storages for years but this place is by far the best. Great prices, very clean and the best Mari is the friendliest person. Always willing to help. They also have a rental truck for customers only and it's the cheapest by far. 18 a day and 59 cents a mile. Cheaper than anyone LOVE THIS PLACE AND MARI IS THE BEST!!!! read more
