Honestly, this was one of the easiest sign-up processes I've dealt with. We handled everything online and it took maybe a few minutes, no back and forth or confusion. The pricing is what really sold us. With the 50% off for the first two months, it ended up being the best deal we found nearby. I switched from A Storage Place (off Dupont in Chino) after receiving horrible customer service. So glad I found Storage Outlet, much better access hours and way friendlier service. They say they will have camera next week in the hall but the police told me they won't have camera forever if they say so. If this doesn't happen on you, you won't feel how terrible their service is. They earn money so easy that they even can't guarantee your lock won't be cut. Believe me a storage service should have camera and monitor system. Instead only having one camera at the gate. Although they provide a little cheaper price, I really regret choose A-America storage at Pomona. The last thing is the thief has passcode to enter this storage so I'm pretty sure it's their customer or their own people. Who is the next victim? Have you checked your lock has been changed already?

The property manager April and customer service representative Grace were extremely helpful and quiet pleasant to speak to. The facility was very well maintained, extremely clean and updated. The security system in which they use is quiet high tech and makes me feel as though my possessions will be very safe. I will definitely be recommending this facility to anyone and everyone who asks about renting storage units and will definitely be praising April and Grace as wonderful people to work with. I went into this facility to inquire about storage because I was planning a move, I was greeted by the staff April and De Lacey. They were very friendly and helpful and showed me the property and what size that would fit my needs. I explained to them that I would not be needing the storage that day and they completely understood and provided me the information I need when I return. I've been using Storage Outlet for almost 2 years now, and I'm very happy with this place. The staff is always friendly, the price is very reasonable, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. Talk about a walk in the park! Online check-in is definitely the way to go. Only thing that worried me was the countdown timer, but they give you plenty of time (even for an old man like me), to fill out and sign up. Even better is the easy access right off the freeway. Storage Outlet has worked out very well for my family. We are in a situation where multiple units are needed. Ms. Sondra and the staff in the office know their stuff and helped us at every turn.
