I do not recommend this company. I hired them to replace the rear glass on my 2024 Tesla Model Y. First, during the job they damaged the plastic trim inside the trunk. I had to point it out three times before they finally fixed it and even then, it was a half-effort job. Second, the glass itself was installed poorly. When I drive on the freeway, I can hear all the road noise from the back no sound insulation at all, like the glass was just slapped on. Cheap, sloppy work. On top of that, they charged around $900 for a single piece of glass. That's not cheap money, and the quality does not come close to matching the price. Save yourself the headache and pay a little more somewhere else. Not recommended read more

Patrick doesn't have an average of 5 stars just because, at least that's the experience I had. From the beginning, I received quick and great service. I requested a quote through Yelp and got a reply very quickly. I then scheduled a windshield replacement and again he came out fast. There was a snag when the wrong windshield was brought (NOT his fault....but Subaru dealership, if you're reading this, I'm still butt hurt you gave me the wrong windshield type even after I gave you the VIN # , not cool) Turns out my Impreza model has a special type of windshield and Patrick was able to locate a good quality one locally without me having to pay $200 to ship the thing out here from out of state. In inspecting the car after, the install was done very well. New windshield looks great, no marks on my car in/out (yes I'm that person that checks), and I saved the info in case I need it again or others need a place to go. No extra charge for a lifetime warranty. They had same day appointments, but I scheduled next day out of convenience. Flawless installation, and they cleaned my dash. Here's my story. I purchased a used Odyssey three years ago, and got a chip about a month ago. Within days it spread to a three inch crack, and within a week the crack spanned the entire windshield. Then we got a second rock chip! I've never had so many chips, and cracks spread this quickly before! Fortunately Chip Happens was able to replace my windshield before the Fall weather turned nasty. While they worked they took some crazy pictures of the previous installation that showed the seal collecting debris. Yikes! Bottom line: They were professional, affordable, and super friendly. It's not often I have a good experience with anything related to auto repairs. But this is another story! Had a chip repair done on my car and it was done quickly and professionally. Insurance covered the cost of the repair with no issues and I didn't realize I was even covered for that. The owner stated they have a lifetime warranty on the repair which I am also very pleased with. Also got a decent quote for a windshield repair on another vehicle that I will be taking them up on. Left a vm for call back & when calling, the call was forwarded to another number with no identifying info. Not sure if message received, so filled out request on-line for a passenger side front window on my Toyota. Price was right and appt. scheduled for a week out, which was livable. Then on day of appt, couldn't find my glass. Next day, "found glass" but it was broken. Had to re-order again (this is on a Friday). Get call on Monday that my windshield was in & could come that day. Advised not a windshield that was needed. Cost changed and another delay to order from dealer. Already had appt. scheduled with Safelite for 3 days out at slightly higher price. The professionalism of Safelite and follow up on appt. was well worth the extra cost. Could have saved myself a lot of grief by just going with them from the get go. Aside from the cost and timeframe initially given, I really prefer to give small businesses the work. Just got a huge pit filled in my windshield. It was free with my insurance coverage and service was really fast. The owner was so friendly and very professional.
