I was going away on vacation and needed a pet sitter for my cat and parakeets…read more I honestly was very nervous to allow a stranger into my home and take care of my fur children.  I looked online and found that CCDD had extremely positive reviews (now I know why!!)   I reached out to Maureen (Owner) and expressed my concern.  She immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, caring nature and organization of the transaction. While I was away on my vacation Maureen was truly amazing.  I received daily texts with photos of the care that was given each day, including pictures of the freshly scooped litter boxes and filled food bowls with details of the daily findings.   Maureen truly goes out of her way to provide exceptional care to both my pets and my home!  During one of her visits a fire alarm battery had given out and was beeping.  Maureen immediately contacted me and took care of the beeping alarm as she was worried about my cat having to endure the constant beeping while I was gone.    I cannot recommend CCDD enough as Maureen truly cares about your pet and home!!  I highly recommend!!!!

She trummed the hair on her back I don't know why. Three days later my dog was jumping on sofa , gave her a little push and she cried. (She had been licking her butt ever since her grooming). She would not let me look. My vet had no appointment so took her to immediate care. Vet told me she had her butt cut, it had dried blood and was raw and red. She had to get cleaned up got a cone and meds And had to return following week. Cost over $200 and my dog in pain. Owner is dishonest and never told me she cut my dog. Don't take your dog here you don't know what can happen to your dog. I could only post by giving a star but this groomer does not deserve any stars.

Kari came over to meet me and Sol before I hired her, and I had an immediate sense of her expertise in animal care, her deep love of animals, and her holistic approach to caring for them. I knew without a doubt that she was not just going to come in to feed and water Sol, but would actually get to know her. Imagine my relief and gratitude when Kari sent pictures, daily, of Sol at first peeking out from behind the bed, then Sol sitting across the room "visiting" with Kari, then Sol sleeping on the back of the couch behind Kari's head - her preferred spot when I'm at home! I could almost hear her purring. Kari invested her time very generously in cultivating a bond with Sol, and it turns out with me too, because she made allaying my anxiety a priority. I got back to my hotel at 8:00 one night and texted Kari "Can I call?" and within seconds she was on the phone updating me. She goes way above and beyond just tending to creature needs, she brings a lot of love to the job. Kari is a real professional. She has given me good advice about Sol's care and comfort from day one, that I value and take. She sends updates and photos during her visits, observes the agreed upon schedule, and is completely dependable and trustworthy. If you love your pet and want her to be in the best possible hands, you won't do better than Kari.

Kari has control issues. After speaking with others she is very delusional. Kari job was to feed…read morethe dog. My dog was never crated as she claims. She lies and causes conflict. Kari wanted to keep my dog at her unsanitary house. We said no. She would feed my dog on her walks what she wanted her to eat. After the walks my dog would poop all over the house 30 minutes after dropping her off. She would text my daughter and claim she over heard me on the phone talking about her. This became too much. She constantly talk about her customers and how they lived that's why I stop communicating with her. I do not trust her.
