Ordered delivery. My honey chicken bowl had sour cream or queso mixed in it and I DID NOT ORDER EITHER THING. I honestly don't know if they used something that someone else had been eating out of. No where on my order did it call for either item. It was all mixed in the rice. They should not be mixing the ingredients. This is the second time this location messed up my order. I first want to start off by saying love Chipotle, but my experience today was a -1/10. The worker, a black woman, straight up told me as a white person that she hates white people. She was blatantly rude and disrespectful, laughing at me while she was making my food and was rude when I didn't hear her repeating her words in the most sarcastic tone I have heard in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! HORRIBLE!!!! I spoke with one of the managers. The Manger was very nasty with me when I asked if I could file a complaint. I love chipotle but this has to be one of the worst locations. All the employees on front line were stressed out and throwing food into burritos. The store was ran horribly, waited for almost a half hour in the line. The employees looked withdrawn and worn out, I felt bad for them. This is thee worst location for chipotle I have ever been too there containers are always cross contaminated. Be sure to check how much steak or chicken is in your bowl at the Akron location on George washington Blvd. picked up 2 bowls at the drive thru for dinner and for goodness sakes when i got home the steak had 3 little cubes of protein and the chicken bowl had none, so i called them and the manager said that she would remake both bowls. I get there and she asked me if i brought the bowls back because they are going to add the protein, i told her no because they said on the phone they are going to remake the order. She got kind of weird about giving me a new order so i told her that i will just call the bank and have my money put back in my account and you are the one that made the mistake and questioned me about it. i told her that i did not order 2 beans and rice salad bowls for $20 and had the receipt to prove it. so after about a hour and half of driving back and forth i had dinner on the table. The point to the story is they made the mistake and im the bad guy as usual. I wont spend my $60 a week there anymore. read more

This is the worst chipotle I have even been to. They're constantly under staffed, so you wait for a long time while the employees just ignore you in line. They seem to also be constantly out of steak. If you're looking for somewhere to eat on Exchange street I wouldn't bother wasting your time at this Chipotle. read more

I give the place a 5 star rating ...I have been to all the restaurants and this is the best one.they work hard to keep the place in pristine shape from cleaning to the magnificent industrial design for the place. The menu is amazing from all kinds of choices to a great kids menu. The food is fresh and tasty with many combinations so there's something for everyone. It is fast food 5.0. This is probably my favorite go to place when I don't go to my moms to get dinner. They have awesome staff always wants to have a conversation with you and never are rude they always seem like the wake up on the wrong side of the bed. This place has a variety of thing I always get the chicken burrito bowl which is burrito bread in a bowl with anything you want to put in it I obviously get chicken in mine. No you do not have to get a meat you can get what ever you please a lot of people who have not eaten here ask if they tacos yes they do and they are the best I have also have that there bit the burrito bowl is the go to thing for me read more

I have been to numerous Chipoltes and this was by fsr the worse. The people working at the cash register yesterday seemed to have an attitude. Out of rice. Out of guac. Won't give change for parking meter for a paying customer. I won't be back. There's more out there to choose from.

The service was fast, with friendly employees. Even though there was a line, the wait was short. Will definitely be going back soon.
