I went through the drive thru & asked if I could use both of my cards for free 4ct minis for breakfast. I was told yes I could. I get to the window and they tell me that I can't use them both. After telling me that I could. So I went back through the drive thru like any normal human would do... to get my second one and the manager came to the window and said 1 per day per car. Seriously, teach your employees better then.. they can't be telling people yes you can do something and not be able to do it. read more

Chick-Fil-A food is always amazing and their service is top notch. You always feel warm and welcome there, and staff members never let it out if they are having a bad day. You can imagine that pretty much everyday is going to be busy, but again, staff members are always friendly and willing to get you whatever you might need. I always get the grilled nuggets. They use a marinade on them that is really good. Their BBQ and Ranch sauces are good, as is their special Chick-Fil-A sauce. For breakfast I get an egg and cheese biscuit with tater tots when I go there. I'm not normally a fan of breakfast sandwiches, but theirs is really good. Helpful Hit: if you work in downtown Akron, you can get this delivered through door dash. This way you can get your fill even at work! read more

I love me Chick-fil-A but lately my ppl been slacking!!! The fries was hot and delicious I ate them on the way home!! Lol I been literally dreaming about the grilled chicken bacon club! So imagine my surprise when I bit into this sandwich and immediately I knew something was off!!! I opened my sandwich and there was NO CHICKEN!!! I looked up and down looked in the bag looked in the carton it came in!!! NOTHING!! Geez wtf is going on over there!!! After I calmed down I called restaurant and Matt was very apologetic offered refund another meal I didn't have the energy of going back out there (worked 12hours) so he suggested mailing me coupons and I suggested better training I can see maybe forgetting bacon maybe lettuce but the chicken????!!!! C'mon now I guess I gotta start my diet early lol read more

Always order my market salad WITHOUT blue cheese and got home and put dressing on my salad and BLUE CHEESE sure enough! I drive back they switch out my salad and I get home and open that salad and it's 1/2 salad with a lot of hard white lettuce. Very disappointed!! Not just the mistake (we all make them) but no apology and I had to ask and I got a free breakfast sandwich and because of the salad being not the quality I'm used to from Chick Fil A , I called spoke with a manager and never offered anything except "I will pass that along". I wanted a large ice water with my 5 meals and was told I wasn't allowed to have it. I paid for it and was again told no. I don't like pop or sweet tea. I just wanted a water. No explanation just no because "I am not allowed" makes no sense at all. I will not be back. read more

This Chick-fil-A does a pretty darn good job considering I only go during busy times. My food is always correct even if it takes awhile to get up to the front of the line. The employees try to have bigger orders pull forward so those of us with a one or two person order aren't stuck behind a baseball team's worth. They are wonderful employees as is to be expected with Chick-fil-A. One of the better locations in NE Ohio. read more

First of all you should not have to wait 30 minutes at Chick-fil-A when they're only four cars ahead of you. Second of all 12 little nuggets a Cobb salad and a drink should not cost you $23. Somebody needs to remind them this is not a restaurant it's a fast food joint. Lastly if you decide you don't wanna wait and you've pulled into their gauntlet there's no way to exit you are trapped! I can't believe for emergency reasons the drive-through at this place passes code?! On a side note I got 6 dime sized potatoes to compensate me for my wait. read more

As is the norm with Chic-fil-A...extremely clean, friendly servers, good food, comes out quick. I wasn't super hyped on the new BBQ bacon chicken special item or the strawberry lemonade. There aren't many companies I can say with certainty are always 5 star worthy. But this business, is one of them. Customer satisfaction is top priority for them. They would rather cut off a toe, than see you dissatisfied. These people are hardcore. This location is in a busy area off Howe avenue and they see tons of traffic. However, that doesn't stop them from being super friendly and efficient. Sure, you won't get through the drive through in 2 minutes flat....but you also won't end up eating mystery meat with "special sauce." Ordered their spicy southwest salad for the very first time and got the avocado lime dressing with it. Sweet baby Jesus! That salad rocked my socks. I sincerely moaned the entire time I was eating it. Washed it down with an unsweetened iced tea. Fantastic experience and will be back again! read more

Ok, I have to admit...I'm 32 and I had never been to Chick-fil-A until a couple days ago. I know... but I finally did it guys! Hahaha! I honestly have no clue why I hadn't tried it but it's officially in my top 5 fast food rotation list now. WOW! What do they put in that chicken to make it so tasty?? I tried the chicken sandwich and out the Chick-fil-A sauce on it. Bam! Flavor! Excellent! I also tried the waffle fries but wasn't a fan but those aren't my favorite anyway. I like a thin, crisp, salty French fry like Macdonald's. After talking to some friends, I've been informed that you have to ask them to make your waffle fries crispy if you want them to be really good. I didn't know this and considering the drive thru line was kind of slow, I probably won't do that. I enjoyed my food so I decided the next morning to stop for breakfast and check that out. I ordered the chikin biscuit but they gave me the chikin mini biscuits. I was all the way back home before I knew it was the wrong order. Oh well! They definitely put some kind of sweet butter on the tops of those soft, pillowy biscuits which rounds out the flavors between the savory chicken and the salty biscuit. I'd order them again! Additionally, I got the vanilla iced coffee. Good for fast food coffee and in a pinch if necessary, but I prefer my Starbucks or Dunkin'. Overall, great quality! I visited the drive thru to get my family dinner after a long/hot day at the zoo, and we get home to realize that our order is missing food AGAIN. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us this year. Now I'm cooking myself a dinner because ChickFilA let me down once again. Oh, and don't bother trying to call them because they don't answer their phone. They want you to leave a message, which I've done before, and never heard anything back from them. This location sure is inconsistent in quality. I stopped today around 11:30 am, drive-thru moderately busy. The sandwich was more like cafeteria food, and the waffle fries were barely warm. On other visits, the food was awesome. Wish they'd get it together. read more

First time for me personally to eat here tonite. I was very impressed with everything. From the order to the finely and neatly stack condiments --- to the food. This place has got it together. For being a fast food joint-- it's very smooth in its operations. The employees are friendly and work hard-- which overflows into the cleanliness of the restaurant. I got the chicken wrap and my daughter the deluxe chik sammie. Both were very good and exceeded our expectations. I honestly just couldn't get over the condiment station -- how clean and organized it was. It was refreshing to see such pride taken in a fast food place. Great job!!! read more

What we really came here for was the burger, we've been trying every place that the Akron Beacon Journal did a tournament for to determine our own favorite, without nostalgia influencing our decisions. The burger was fantastic. The meat is seasoned well and the bread was soft and fluffy. The sauce tasted homemade and unique, but didn't take away from the burger. The pickles on it as well are homemade or made from a company nearby, but they're also very good and different than any you get at the store. I will definitely be back. This was very good on a day where we stopped at 3 places and this happened to be the last.

If, based on the majority of these managers, is what a Christian is, I will stay away from that kind of claim. And the owner, wow is that a joke. The best restaurant on Howe Avenue. The staff is super friendly other than a woman named Benita ho seems to be senile. But other than that they are perfect. Food is always fresh and delicious and they are quick to correct any error that might come up as infrequently as they do. Once my wife and I forgot our wallet and they gave us our order for free.
