This is the 4th visit in a row where something has been wrong or workers were rude. Tonight at 6:30pm, during dinner rush, the lady behind the counter said they were out of fajita veggies with no other explanation offered up. I asked how long for more and was told they were out for the evening. I heard several other guests inquire about veggies for their meal while I was there and I got the sense they didn't want to make more. My best suggestion is to visit another location. read more

So, not only are Chipotle employees overpaid, the food is overpriced to pay for incompetent and rude employees, all while the actual food quality has suffered, as well as the portion size decreasing. This location just isn't good, and will straight up rip you off. Like some restaurants will sometimes do, if you order for delivery and aren't at the restaurant to see them make your order, they give you super small portions about 75% of the time at this location. They've gotten a lot worse recently. At 3 different times over the past couple of months I've ordered through delivery apps, paid the extra for guacamole on my bowl, and got bowls without any guacamole at all. On my most recent order we'd ordered 2 bowls, and the guacamole was totally left off both. Considering it was left off both bowls and seems to be happening every time, at this point I don't think it's a mistake. Since 2 of the orders I'd made were about an hour before closing, I don't know whether maybe they were low on guac and figured they could just start leaving it off delivery orders since customers aren't in store to complain? Either way it's really frustrating to repeatedly have it left off when I'm charged $3.75 extra for it. The food itself here also just isn't great, it seems to have continually gone down in quality and taste compared to 5 years ago. Wouldn't recommend it read more

I recently visited this chipotle and asked for the ingredients to all be on the side. I wasn't going to be able to eat it for a few hours and wanted it to be as fresh as possible. I was amazed when they gave me the chicken on the side. I don't know if I've just been fooled for the past 10ish years with the portions or if they were just being extremely skimpy with the meat. I frequent Chipotle often and service usually varies from OK to good. This is my first trip to this location and first impression is that it is terrible. Pickup order was ready 10min after I requested, they were out of fajitas, white rice and veggies. While I waited, 4 other walk in customers got served before my pre booked order was ready. When I walked in, there was no one visible behind the counter for 3mins while people walked in and waited to be served. We could eventually see 5 staff so not sure where they all were for this time. Despite these issues, not one apology or any form of sympathy from the employees towards the customer. Whoever is managing this location is way out of their depth! If you are thinking of eating at this location, do yourself a favour, take the time to drive to the next location to avoid a terrible experience, it will be worth it and is what I will be doing in future. read more

This may be the Chipotle restaurant that makes me swear of Chipotle forever or at least the ones located east. The line was dirty. The area to the right of the grill going to the back (?) had stuff on the floor. Dishes were piling up. I'm unsure why the restaurant was in that condition because there were at least 3 people hanging/horsing around. I'd already started my order or I would have left. Steak was over cooked. If there was a lower score, I would give it. I placed an order before 11:00 to be picked up at 11:30. I arrived at 11:35 to see 1 bag on the shelf for pickup that was not mine. There were already 6-8 people standing off to the side waiting for their orders. I waited until 11:50 and spoke to the cashier about canceling my order and she said that I would have to do it through the app. On my way back to work I called and spoke to the manager and she said the same thing and that they were short staffed with only 1 person working on online orders. While I was in the restaurant waiting I saw 7 people that were supposed to be working. One person making orders for incoming customers, a cashier, a person making online orders, and 4 others scrambling around accomplishing nothing. Where do I begin.... I am ServSafe Certified (which means I am legally allowed to serve food and now how to keep food safe for consumption) so you know my background. This is one of the worst Chipotles. Everytime my family or I go here there is food all over the counters the food looks so bad, trash overflowing, and out of so much stuff. Not just food either, utensils, lids, napkins, and more. That's not all at once but still. We have told the management and the employees, but they just look at you like they are clueless. The guacamole they had out today was black and brown and the sides where hard. The rice was .... I don't even know how to explain it, it was like mash potatoes almost I guess. There is plenty of people working so there is really no excuse at why the place is a mess and food is everywhere. Most of the employees are just standing around in the back eating chips that they are usually out of. Also one of the laws in a kitchen is you should not be eating at your work station in a kitchen. Me and my mother went ahead and reported them, so hopefully soon the heath department will see that and act on it. This place for some reason has gone so down hill. It used to be your average chipotle and now it is atrocious. It takes 30 min to get your bowl everytime without fail because the workers talk to eachother and do literally anything to avoid making food, meanwhile there's a line out of the door. The workers are rude and have terrible attitudes. Literally any other chipotle is better than this one. Yikes read more
