I frequent Chipotle often and service usually varies from OK to good. This is my first trip to this location and first impression is that it is terrible. Pickup order was ready 10min after I requested, they were out of fajitas, white rice and veggies. While I waited, 4 other walk in customers got served before my pre booked order was ready. When I walked in, there was no one visible behind the counter for 3mins while people walked in and waited to be served. We could eventually see 5 staff so not sure where they all were for this time. Despite these issues, not one apology or any form of sympathy from the employees towards the customer. Whoever is managing this location is way out of their depth! If you are thinking of eating at this location, do yourself a favour, take the time to drive to the next location to avoid a terrible experience, it will be worth it and is what I will be doing in future. read more

Where do I begin.... I am ServSafe Certified (which means I am legally allowed to serve food and now how to keep food safe for consumption) so you know my background. This is one of the worst Chipotles. Everytime my family or I go here there is food all over the counters the food looks so bad, trash overflowing, and out of so much stuff. Not just food either, utensils, lids, napkins, and more. That's not all at once but still. We have told the management and the employees, but they just look at you like they are clueless. The guacamole they had out today was black and brown and the sides where hard. The rice was .... I don't even know how to explain it, it was like mash potatoes almost I guess. There is plenty of people working so there is really no excuse at why the place is a mess and food is everywhere. Most of the employees are just standing around in the back eating chips that they are usually out of. Also one of the laws in a kitchen is you should not be eating at your work station in a kitchen. Me and my mother went ahead and reported them, so hopefully soon the heath department will see that and act on it. This place for some reason has gone so down hill. It used to be your average chipotle and now it is atrocious. It takes 30 min to get your bowl everytime without fail because the workers talk to eachother and do literally anything to avoid making food, meanwhile there's a line out of the door. The workers are rude and have terrible attitudes. Literally any other chipotle is better than this one. Yikes read more

This chipotle is terrible. Always out of EVERYTHING. Management also seems bad and the line and the food is scattered all over the pans.

The last 2/3 times I've been here I've waited 1-2 hrs for my online order. Once I've finally gotten it it's barely thrown together and usually wrong. Always order a vegan bowl and always find chunks of cheese or meat in it. read more

Today I traveled to Amelia and went to Chipotle Mexican grill for lunch I was pleased to see the tables outside were being used especially during COVID-19. I give them a stellar performance for this food wise it was pretty satisfying bread was heated well and the food was good they may want to drain the fajita a little more next time and possibly add more salt to the chips other than that I enjoyed my time at chipotle. Got a 1/3 of a bowl of food and it was cold. The guac was so dark green that it was almost brown; it looked disgusting. I asked for someone to reach back out to me about the problem and no one ever did. $20 for a 1/3 bowl of cold food. First I must say that I love Chipotle food. However this location is lacking. Every time I stop in they are out of something (usually the chicken). Since this is the only thing my kids will eat, I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for it to finish. Also when we first started going there was so much food you couldn't finish it, now you always have to ask for another scope and then they want to charge you extra. One of the things that I always loved was that I felt like I was getting what I pay for, now not so much. I do have to say that the staff that works at this location is always helpful and nice. My review is based solely on this particular location. I would assume that people don't need to read reviews based on Chipotle's menu since they are everywhere and if you've never had it, you live under a rock. In the months that I have been frequenting this particular Chipotle I have never once come across an employee that was not extremely friendly. They are always upbeat and personable. I've watched them answer very ridiculous questions (like it the corn salsa made with real corn. As opposed to soy corn?). I've watched them take a man's very unorganized, multi selection order. (Wait, I need salad on the bowl. Oh, you know what, that burrito needs beans. Can you open it and add them?) They never once rolled their eyes or even seemed the least bit irritated. They all work together so well. If the employees in the front are busy talking to customers and someone new walks in, someone from the back greets them without missing a beat. This is by far the easiest Chipotle I've ever been to and even if I walk in and the line is to the door, I know I'll still be in and out in no time. read more

We have door dashed from this location 2 different days this week. We had poor quality bowls. One of which was ordered double Barbacoa but did not receive double meat!!! When you are charged extra for double meat you expect to get double meat. The bowls were cold, with very little amounts of chosen ingredients in them. But we did receive two bay leaves in bowls. One in the order 2 days ago and then again today in my daughter's bowl. Bay leaves are very sharp and leather like. They are a choking hazard!!! Chipotle, I love your food. I do however, have a question. Why is the person who works the register (arguably the key person that determines how long the wait is) also have the job of bussing tables? This leads to situations where there is a long line, 2 people making food, 10 people doing prep in the back, and no one to take my money because they are busy clearing tables. I know clearing tables is important, but not as important as taking the money that your are having a business to make. And maybe, you could send one of the 10 folks doing prep to clear a few tables. Ive worked in many restaurants and Ive learned that the employees have to help each other out. This requires management to delegate the work. Im not sure if I have ever seen a manger at this Chipotle. Maybe he/she is doing prep in the back too......... In summary, please have someone available at all times to take my money. Place an online order en route to work so you can grab it and go. Wait 15 minutes to be told the website is down (still able to order and they were still able to take my money) so they don't have your order. Love Chipotle but this location is not good. Called in our order only to have them to lose it and we have to wait. Their queso cheese is the worst (pictured), lumpy, thick and no flavor. We regularly have some kind of problem with our order and have just stopped giving them our business. read more

This location is far below standard compared to others. I've been here 4 times and each time I've had an issue with the food quality. My last order was by far the worst and I should have left when they were out of salsa (green and mild), lettuce, and chips. First bite I got a mouth full of old, mushy rice. Second bite... hard, over cooked chicken and it didn't get any better. Sorry guys but 4 strikes your out and I will make the drive to Eastgate. The only reason I gave two stars was because this is the only location that doesn't rush you through the line. Chipotle is darn good for a chain restaurant. It is some of the freshest food you are going to find in this type of place. You get a decent portion for your money and the styling is certainly geared for the young hip crowed. I will give them another star when they bring back carnitas because that is the best meat on the menu. read more

I would say i'm a huge Chipotle fan. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurant chains. I have probably been to this chipotle 5 or 6 times & I have had THREE memorably bad experiences. The highlights involve brown lettuce, uncooked rice, ripped tortillas, apathetic teenage employees, and this locations famous below freezing temperatures. Two stars because i have faith that corporate Chipotle will eventually swoop in and make this a functioning Chipotle. read more

We love this Chipotle the way we love all Chipotle restaurants and the staff here is consistently awesome. Recently, we chose to cater with this store for a graduation party and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. Food for over 100 people was prepared in a timely manner, neatly packaged, and loaded into our car by the friendly staff (including the assistant manager) working last weekend. Set up was easy and totally idiot-proof. They went of their way to make the order affordable and we left with a personal cell number to call with any issues. We would definitely choose to cater again and highly recommend Chipotle (and especially this store) as an excellent catering option! read more

Like Chipotle. Would not go back to this location. Long line that did not move as quickly as other Chipotles. When I finally got up to order, I asked for crunchy steak tacos. The middle aged lady working got the crunchy tacos and moved them down to the condiments and asked what I wanted on them. I listed off the condiments but when I realized she was not going to put any meat on them, I reminded her about the steak. She looked at me and abrasively said, "you didn't tell me steak!" as though I had committed a crime. Now why would you say that to a customer? First of all, I did tell her that. But even if I didn't, you don't talk to a customer like that. I could forgive an acne covered teenager but this lady was the oldest one there, who should have been setting an example. In fact, the teenagers there were much friendlier and more professional. That nasty lady made my experience at this restaurant negative and because of her, I will be going to the Eastgate location from now on. read more
