I usually go to the Oakley location and always get it to go (with my Mr. or at my work). We were in the EastGate area and was craving Cane's so my Mr. and I decided to dine in (it's finally nice to do that). The inside very spacious and clean! They also have outdoor seating. What I love about Cane's is the menu is VERY simple and not overwhelming with a menu list. You either want the fingers or the sandwich. My favorite is always the fingers. I opts for the 3 piece finger combo. My Mr. ordered the boxed combo. You give them your name and they will call you once ready. We got our drinks, just sat down and our order was ready! Wow! Super quick! The chicken was moist and just came out of the fryer, the toast was delish and fries were not greasy. Of course the sauce always hits the spot. My Mr also enjoyed his meal. Been a Cane's fan since I first tried them in Oakley with my lady. Excellent place for some tasty chicken fingers. Their menu is limited but that helps make them so efficient. It's all about the chicken fingers , Texas toast, and fries, served got and FAST. Get a three piece, four piece with cole slaw, six piece with slaw, or a three piece sandwich. They also do catering for larger orders. The inside of this spot is definitely clean and I like the local inspired decor. The staff are all very helpful and friendly too. My lady and I went on a Monday for lunch. I got the box combo and my lady got the three piece combo. It was ready in just a few minutes and everything was very tasty. The trademark Cane's Sauce is a MUST-HAVE because it's SO good. My lady and I will absolutely be going back to get another Cane's fix. read more

We ordered the six piece dinner to go. We also got a large sized fountain drink to go. The dinner came with crinkle fries, a piece of toasted bread, two sauces, a small container of tasty coleslaw and chicken tenders. The meal was supposed to come with six pieces of chicken but we only got five. Two of the five were excellent. The other three pieces were tough and stringy. All the pieces were hot and greasy. So I'm here in Cincinnati and have discovered the local chicken place Raising Cane's. It's delicious and reminds me of Zaxby's. The menu is not extensive but it has chicken fingers and sandwiches that are yummy! My favorite is the cane sauce, fight me if you want to but I like it more than Zaxby sauce. I like the box combo bc it comes with coleslaw too. I'm from Atlanta so if a southerner comes to town you will certainly enjoy Canes chicken. read more

If we are in Eastgate, there's an 85% chance we are stopping at Raising Canes on the way home. This location is always friendly and delivers great food. It's what you'd expect of Canes; super hot (temperature not spice) chicken, a heap of fries, great sweet tea, well toasted bread and the yummy signature sauce. Hubs and I usually get away with sharing a caniac combo. When I'm there by myself with just the kiddo, we easily split a kids meal with two tenders, fries and sauce. Add on Texas toast for 99 cents. I remember LOVING Raising Cane's as an undergrad at UK. (I also vaguely remembering having a dynamite metabolism as an early twenty-something and being able to subsist purely on Hot Pockets, Little Debbies and 2 hours of sleep a night). So I was thrilled when I found out that a Raising Cane was opening up (sort of) close to our house. Since a particular favorite fast food chicken store is always *ahem* closed on Sundays, the kiddo and I hopped in the car and headed over to RC's for lunch. The place was spotless when we walked in and the staff were friendly and efficient. I am not hesitant in the slightest to attest to the fact that RC will ALWAYS make your order spankin' fresh on the spot, since fresh-fried chicken tenders are their claim to fame. We both ordered the Box combos (4 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Cane's Sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a fountain drink), and it's a LOT of food. I love that they have fresh-brewed, UNsweetened ice tea, what a treat (this KY native HATES sweet tea). My kiddo and I LOVED the food, it is so fresh and hot and flavorful. But it is GREASY and heavy (it's butter and carbs and meat and mayonnaise sauce, duh). We both had an almost uncomfortable food coma afterwards and had to take naps afterwards. But, isn't that the way to do a Sunday right, with fried chicken and naps? So, I usually visit the Cane's Eastgate North Dr. location about 2-4 times a month & have never been disappointed with their product (taste, consistency, availability) or service until yesterday (Saturday March 14)! Yesterday evening we visited the Cane's Eastgate location at 6:46pm, went thru the drie thru and ordered two 3 finger combos. I asked my granddaughter to get me a few fries & I didn't think to look at the rest of our order, I've never had any issue with our food previously. I get home, opened my box & in my box were the tiniest chicken fingers I had ever seen. Really Cane's? When did you start serving your customers chicken fingers no bigger than a french fry or 2 if that? I was very, very upset, hungry & I if I didn't live 45 mins. away, I would have returned my dinner immediately!I now have no other option but to post on social media & contact the manager of the Eastgate location. First visit to this particular location. Dont be deterred by the long looking drive thru line, they are super efficient. Food was good, I got the box combo with extra sauce instead of Texas toast. Not sure if its location specific, but my portion size was much smaller than what I had experienced at other Raising Canes location in the past.... for the same price. The chicken fingers were smaller, as was the fry portion. Slaw, sauce, and drink the same. If I wasnt comparing to what id had before, my rating would be higher, as it is worth trying. read more

Tried this place for the first time today; had a couple of gift cards. We were there at 1pm on a Thursday and people were still rolling in. They WILL mess up your drink order. I've been through the drive through 4 times and between my wife and I one of us will always get the wrong drink. Fries are usually cold and/or soggy.
