It is not often that l get inspired to write a review on a fast food restaurant chain. I mean you've experienced one....you've experienced them all. And by far, to qualify this review, I am not a Chipotle fan. I only go to one out of convenience or if there's nothing else semi-healthy around that is quick to grab. It is a very infrequent choice because of my experience of observing the mishandling of food, skimpy portions/servings, or poor customer service. And, this location was no exception. I normally would avoid this location due to similar issues--the lack of customer service, skimpy portions, and overall taste of the food. Also, another issue encoutered more than once....STALE CHIPS!...that taste like they were made a week prior!! A HUGE....NO BEUNO!! But this time around, I must say this particular Chipotle location has stepped their game! As soon I walked in, I was greeted by members on the team. This is something I hadn't experience before. As I was deciding on what I want to order, I couldn't help but notice how fresh everything looked. The ingredients, toppings and meats were all calling me. If it wasn't for the glass wall, separating me and the food, I would have just started grabbed a fork and started eating directly from the serving bins because everything looked just that good! During this visit, I had a half steak and chicken salad bowl that was perfect. Perfect both in portions and flavor. The meats were so tender and juicy. The lettuce was crisp and crunchy. I can actually taste spices on the meats and more importantly, the main ingredient which is the name of this place....the "Chipotle" pepper, smoky flavah was all up in my bowl. In addition and to my surprise, as the my salad bowl was being prepped, I also couldn't help to notice how generous they were with the servings. There was enough for me and some to share for sure. I think this place has been listening to the complaints of the past, customer feedback and making corrections. I can see the difference since the last time I've been to this location. Kudos to the management and team members here at this location. My entire experience from beginning to end was nothing but fantastic! Not to mention, my food was delicious, so fresh and I devoured it all the minute I sat down back in my office. Glad to see this loction stepping things up a bit because it is the closest location near the J-O-B and was disappointing that I would often avoid it due to poor service/food. Delivery... I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my daughter and only 1/4 of the tortilla had cheese on it, and it wasn't melted. My burrito bowl had soooo much rice, but literally only had 4 measley pieces of steak. So disappointing and a total waste of money. Chipotle used to be good. read more

This place unfortunately fell off and fell off fast. Two horrible recent experiences in a week and I am honestly just over it. Order burrito and a burrito bowl on a Sunday afternoon. It gets delivered quick- awesome. The burrito is 85% sour cream and rice. You get your two bites of chicken in the first half and then its all toppings, very rice heavy. The burrito bowl had fajita vegetables that were a dark brown color....dark brown. Usually the peppers are green and the onions translucent or purple- not this time. They were overcooked so badly you couldn't tell what was an onion and what was a pepper. Ordered November 23rd- a bowl and a burrito. The meat in both was almost inedible. Thebarbacoa is not shredded here, I guess they can't bother because each piece comes the size of your palm and you have to shred it yourself. The chicken burrito was once again 90% rice and 10% chicken, with half the chicken having cartilage and gristle on it. The few short months of this place having decent quality is over. I came here for dinner and it had been a while since I had been to one of these restaurants. After I spent 20 minutes searching for a parking spot, I went on In and placed my order. I ordered my favorite steak bowl, and I thought that the preparer did a good job putting the bowl together. It was loaded with steak, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Thankfully the bowl is still priced decently and I was glad to see that coming here didn't put a strain on my budget. Since there was only a single customer inside of the restaurant, there were plenty of employees ready to take orders or checkout the customers. I ended-up parking at a bank parking lot, of which I am a customer, so it was technically a legal parking spot for me. Still I needed to take my order to go. You ask for double rice and they look you in the eyes to give you a single scoop, then scoff when you ask if you can have a little more. I was disappointed in my experience this afternoon. I might have had a total of 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. They were out of half of the salsas and fajita veggies as well. I waited about 10 minutes to even be spoken to because the workers were trying to wrap a burrito that was clearly too full and failed at it 3 times in a row. The line was building up behind me, and we were never greeted or addressed. The cherry on top was this piece of aluminum foil that I bit into halfway through eating my bowl. I've had consistently negative experiences at this Chipotle. First, the portions are unreasonably small--don't expect much protein. Second, the app lets you choose the Walk-Up Window for pickup after 9 PM, but it's always "closed" when I arrive. Most recently, the worker inside was openly rude: she didn't open the window, made an angry face, pointed toward the front entrance, yelled "Go inside," and then walked away. Instead of offering any help, the staff act like you're inconveniencing them. You're left awkwardly cutting the line to ask the cashier for your order. Overall, this is the worst Chipotle I've been to. Avoid. read more

Chipotle corporate should look into the operations of this store as the investment in BetterUp seems to be going to waste. The staff at this location lacks an understanding of customer service. It is recommended that BetterUp provides training on basic customer interaction skills such as making eye contact and smiling, as opposed to avoiding eye contact during conversations. The front-of-house team at this particular location was found to be unpleasant and impolite, which was disappointing during a Wednesday afternoon visit. The food was good, so kudos to the kitchen staff. At least they're doing something right. read more

I visited at the tail end of a busy dinner rush and the place looked like it had been hit by a hurricane. They were out of things. It was visually obvious that they were struggling. The burrito bowl I ordered had soggy veggies (just overcooked red peppers, that's it) and it looked as though all of the ingredients had been sitting out for hours. Recently placed an order through the app in advance of my lunch hour (ensuring I'm in and out with no problems). I arrive at the specific time I requested to pick up my order and notice the bag containing my order is almost soaked through. Upon opening my order back at my desk, the food was cold and coagulated as if it were prepared well in advance of the the requested order pick up time. This is NOT the first time this has happened and I've noticed the service has fallen off substantially as of late. The only reason I say this isn't the worst Chipotle in the world is because I haven't been punished by Allah himself to visit every Chipotle in existence. This place gets my order wrong every time I've been here - praise Allah I don't have an allergy. And the staff is ALWAYS talking and almost NEVER working. It's a Chipotle and of course the food is good. But the draw of this particular location is that it has a walk up window for order pickup, so for COVID safety you don't have to go inside. Unfortunately, even if you order and choose walk up window, no one is ever ever there. Sometimes there will be multiple people waiting for their orders outside the window, you ring the bell, but no one ever comes to bring the orders. And then if you go inside, there is an inside pickup area too but they also don't put the orders there. The staff literally ignore you if you ask them about your pickup order. So you have to stand in line with a bunch of unmasked people and pick them up at the register. The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke, but I've been 3 times now and it was the same every time. I don't know why they even bothered building a pickup area. It's frustrating because there are a lot of people who are immunocompromised or otherwise need to be careful and the store won't even provide the service that it claims to offer. read more
