This is the second time I ordered from this location and my last. I gave em another chance because they are nearby but was disappointed yet again. This location is the worst. A few times the doors weren't open at the time posted. It's always under staffed. Needs better management. There's a problem with requesting containers for sides. If you don't want the plastic containers for your sides why can't you request the brown ones? I really wish there was another location in the Austell area. read more

If I could give this place a negative star, I would cause I have had it. So this place has always been terrible but it is officially the worst restaurant I have ever been to and this is saying a lot. For the purposes of not wasting more of my time, I will tell you my last time with this place. My husband and I did a pick up order for 2:30. He gets there at 2:32. Of course when he gets to the drive thru the line is wrapped. Mind you this is just for pick up orders. When my husband finally gets to the window, our order isn't even ready my husband does not get out of line until 3:05. We open are food and it's wrong. He is missing his side of guac. Both of our drowned in sour cream when we said light. Barely any beans in our vegetarian bowls and the corn salsa seemed to be sprinkled when I asked for extra. Lettuce is clearly old. And my daughter's is quesadilla doesn't even have the cheese melted. Oh and we were given chocolate milk versus her juice.Now I get it a lot of places are short staffed, but you quality of food should not also be this terrible. Read the order that's legit all you had to do. Waiting the extra 30 minutes fine, but at least make sure the order is right. If the health department comes it's getting shut down. I'm not sure my food will be done by then. The sole redeeming value is the guy working the cash register. The manager book is completely out for the customer to review. This will be my first and last time to the chipotle on Austell rd. The rest in my experience have been good but not here. This is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I never make a snap judgement about a place, and This place is no exception. After visiting 5 times, each time I've been utterly disappointed. While ordering in store, employees have been rude and short. While ordering on line, they never follow the requests on the order. For example, I'll ask for extra rice or corn salsa, and they never do it. The bowl I ordered today was just sad - I ordered pickup and did drive through "Chipotlane" - it took me 28 minutes to get to the window, and there were only three cars in front of me. This place is increasingly getting more inconsistent every time I order and I order quite often. Most of the time I barely have any chicken in my order, the portions keep getting smaller, the rice is under cooked half the time, and most of the time the food is over salted. I was so excited when I first saw this location, because it's much closer to my home than the Cumberland and Town Center locations. I stopped there once on my way home from work and the service was awful. One of the employees finished her shift, and before she left, she prepared about 3-4 burrito bowls for herself to take home. So myself and the other customers in line had to WAIT for HER to finish doing that before they'd serve us. Further ahead in the line, the cashier seemed to get into a disagreement with a customer over incorrect change. That cashier went to go "cool off" and was replaced by another person. When the original cashier came back, she went on a rant, saying "These customers are crazy. Something is wrong with them." Totally unprofessional, and I didn't appreciate the comments considering I hadn't done anything. I guess I'll just have to make the trip back to Cumberland from now on. read more

Do not go here during the quarantine. My husband I decided to do takeout to keep supporting local restaurants and our order was so subpar. First, the portions were SO small. I thought my chicken bowl was actually a vegetarian bowl when I first opened it because it was so hard to find the 8 pieces they put in there. Guac was minimal which sucks when you pay extra- it probably wouldn't have even filled up one of the side cups. The sour cream was chunky and my brown rice was hard as if it had not been cooked all the way. Chips were also stale. I took two bites, threw my bowl away, and heated up leftover soup from the night before. Very disappointing to waste time and gas to go get the food then end up eating leftovers. read more

I understand this location just opened... but I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I went in last night at 7pm with my husband to get dinner. The line for walk ins was to the door (probably at least 15 people waiting to order) and the drive through was completely wrapped around the building and NO ONE was moving. We stood in line for 15 minutes and not one customer completed their order and paid in that entire timeframe. I watched a drive through customer leave the pick up window, park and immediately come inside because their order was wrong. Anyone that ordered online or via the app and came in to pick up their order was just standing there waiting for their order. As I stood there at least 6 more people came in and got in line, so at this point the line was wrapping around the inside of the building. There really is no excuse for the service last night. Don't open a new location with NO ONE TRAINED. We ended up leaving after literally not moving in line for over 15 min. It sucks because I absolutely love chipotle and was so excited one was opening so much closer to my house. Not sure when or if I'll be back. read more

I've waited years for a chipotle to open up closer to my home. I understand they are pretty new, but there is no excuse for rude service. I've visited this location about 5 times at varying times and tonight was by far the worst experience. I placed an order via the app for 6 people and every single order was incorrect, including the kids meal. Every order was missing cheese. They ran out of lettuce and vinaigrette-which was fine. They forgot the chips and guacamole. The forgot the fruit and drink for the kids meal, the added toppings they weren't requested and the burrito was literally the tiniest thing I've ever seen. And apparently their chopping skills need some work--inconsistent. So after returning 4 times to correct this one order, I politely asked for the manager. She immediately greeted me with an attitude. Initially I was going to have the order replaced again--since I was starving at this point, but her tone made me ask for a full $45 refund. Got an email from Chipotle offering free delivery during covid crisis. Per the email, I go on their app and order. After time passed, my app shows food was delivered but was not. I called the store and they said I have to contact Dash. I tell the person on the phone that I ordered the food through Chipotle's app and Chipotle charged my account so how would i even contact Dash. The Chipotle person says that is not his problem and there's nothing he can do. This is by far the worst Chipotle I've experienced. Wish I had looked at reviews before I ate there today. Not had Chipotle in years and decided let me try this. Never again. The rice where was the cilantro taste. I saw the cilantro but no taste. Salt was a forgotten item in this cooking. I did not add meat to the buritto and still no taste. The only hot sauce was tobasco sauce. And even the hot pico was not hot. I wanted two burittos. Then starting to eat and the beans were not cooked all the way. Undercooked beans. Well dont have to worry about me eatting there again. I waited 35 min for my food and when I finally got to the register, a woman interrupted and asked for her order she was picking up and the cashier stopped checking me out and ran off for another 5 minutes. I never leave a review but thought I should after my experience yesterday evening. I am a regular here and order the exact chipotle bowl every time I come. At check out the Female manager told the cashier to ring me up as a double, an extra $10-12 on top of my $8-9 half/half bowl. The female manager got upset because she accidentally spilled sour cream on her hands when I asked for it to be separated, hence her saying "shi!t and smacking her lips" and was annoyed when I ask for a little more corn on my bowl because she gave a small portion compared to what I normally receive. Her professionalism was nonexistent and she argued with me while checking out that my bowl was a double when it was only half/half. She took the initiative to throw my order away and attempt to serve me a different bowl from scratch. Her attitude was distasteful and I told her politely that her energy was bad and left. Never had a problem here until the manager thought it was ok to argue with a customer because she was being stingy with her toppings. Hilarious! read more
