Every time I go to this chipotle location they are always on point. Maybe I have just always come in at a good time but they always have veggies prepped (not true for many other locations), give adequate portion sizes even for online orders, and are pleasant. The seating areas are also mostly very clean. I work in the area and prefer to go here over other locations. read more

I placed a mobile order and the pick up time was 12:10. I arrived promptly and there were at least 20 other people waiting. I knew this wasn't going to be a fast process. We all were patiently waiting as two staff members prepared the orders. 20 mins later, still no food. 30 mins later, nothing and 45 mins later, it was finally ready. I returned to my car to eat, as I was beyond hungry at this point and had 10 mins left on my lunch break. It was disgusting! The guacamole was a yellow color and the tacos were all over the place. I was in the mood for a burrito bowl from Chipotle so I landed on this one, which was close by the area I was in for the day. In reading the reviews of others, I decided to order in store without the app and watch as they prepared my bowl. Being a bit hungry I didn't want to deal with the headaches that others had mentioned to be consistent at this establishment. Anyway, my burrito was constructed exactly the way I liked it. I had the chicken with all the bells and whistles. The taste and flavor was just as I liked it and what is normally expected of Chipotle. The rice was a little undercooked but was not a disaster. COVID-19 review. Ordered online in the parking lot and showed them my phone at the door. Simple procedure and took maybe 5 minutes. Two bowls with chips and guac. Get the bag to the car and there's no chips and guac. I approach the door and the same employee who handed me my bag looked and me and said "chips and guacamole" I replied yes, and she told me we're out and to get a refund online. Fact is stranger than fiction. Jess bowl was about half the normal size and had the wrong sauce. Mine was okay. The customer service refunded me for the guacamole and chips but no mention of the incorrect child's bowl. Really losing my faith in chipotle. This location is in serious need of management. Just you kids running this place and not taking care of the customer. Occupying the old Saladworks sits the newly established Chipotle. Chipotle once had my heart when it came to burritos but now I am always left with the thought of why I actually came here. A step above Taco Bell, this Typical chipotle that lacks in customer service. I can't slam them too hard since they are fairly new and I assume most employees are in training. Every time we go here they are out of so much, people are just standing around, and another customer asked for a cup holder and the staff just laughed at her. Not only should they have expected a crowd from the fundraiser it was dinner time as well. No sense of urgency, no notification that it would be this way, and no sense of caring by who I assume was the manager. No ice. When I asked them to fill it they said the ice machine was broken. Then five minutes later they filled the ice machine. This was on 1/17/23. Unacceptable and now an entire school will not be back to this location. Terrible. I have had many problems at this restaurant with incorrect orders. Then when you call, it gives you an automated system and will eventually let you call the restaurant.....but no one ever answers and the voicemail is full. This is the third delivery order that was wrong and their resolution team promised a coupon for a free meal. It never seems to come. While the worker shortage is a real problem, the fact that they don't remove old messages from the tape is a problem. That's bad management. read more

The delivery drivers from outside delivery companies warned me to check my bag before driving off. Didn't listen and had to drive back. Also the chips are weigh and supposedly is 8 oz according to person claiming to be management. I have to openly admit that I actually enjoy Chipotle. It's just so inconsistent and location really does matter. Before this one opened I would often go to the one on the Blvd. The Neshaminy one I completely avoid at all costs. This is a new store so they get some leeway. The staff is what it is. They're not the friendliest and they're overworked. I'm a sucker for the new carne asada. Unfortunately, both times I went they were out. Not sure how or why but they were. They lose a star just for that. I ordered 3 tacos to go. I hate the way they pack them. Just in foil? They were cracked and soggy by the time I got home. I was literally eating a bowl that wasn't a bowl. The toppings were also just thrown on. The guacamole, sour cream and cheese were stuck to the foil. Kinda sucked.. The restaurant itself is very clean and seem larger than most others. I will reluctantly go back for my taco fix. read more

The guy who was preparing the food (African American, early 20s, with locked hair, small built) was the WORST! Never had so much difficulty getting a simple order correct and he was rude and annoying. Telling me what I said I did and didn't want in my food, I'm assuming he thought he was being funny or friendly but it did not come off that way. i'm always craving chipotle but every time i go, they always lock the doors and say they're closed. One time i asked the worker when they close, and said 6 everyday due to short stuff. okay understandable but i've been trying to get chipotle BEFORE 6 and they still be locking the doors. These people can't read let alone make an order. I placed an order for pick up, the order literally prints on a sticker for them to read. I think the only thing they got right was the lettuce because everything else was wrong. Went back and they re made the order, thinking they'd hook me up with a good portion to make up for me having to drive back I opened my second order to disappointment. It was literally half full. The staff wrote the wrong name on the bag and our food ended up sitting for over a half hour and now it's cold. For starters, the restaurant was short staff, which I get, but one employee, of course, had an attitude towards others because of it. Customers only wanted a simple thing, which was the vinaigrette sauce. The lady or someone could've made it, or by it being a restaurant, it should be sauce already made for backup purposes. Surprised this place is still open. My review is a score across several attempted visits to this location ( including today) with only one in which I got food to eat. Almost every time I try to get food from here it seems there is a new different reason why they're not open or not serving inside. Or having trouble with online orders. And from reading others, I'm not alone. Seems to be this way with multiple random attempts over a few months now or maybe even longer. This strange experience equals an overall bad one to me. I love chipotle and I get cravings for them pretty regularly so when a location took over an old salad works right by my house I was sooo excited! Unfortunately out of the 3 times I've tried this location I've been disappointed 3 times. First time they were busy and understaffed to the point they were all very short and a little rude but it was right after opening day so I brushed it off. The second time I used the online app to get my burrito bowl for pick up. I got my confirmation email, my card was charged, my order was expected for 7pm. I arrived at 7:10 and not only was my food not done but apparently somehow my order got cancelled without my knowledge, no cancelation email etcetera. The employee I was talking to about my situation was really short and had no solution to my problem. Instead of seeing my order and that it was payed for and just making my burrito bowl in the store and handling my issue with good customer service, the guy shrugged me off told me it wasn't his problem and that I was to contact customer service online for a return and that was the best he could do for me. Not what I wanted to hear, didn't satisfy my cravings, seemed like a very roundabout way to "handle my problem"... whatever. I went online to do the return thing and their customer service is an automated robot who didn't understand my problem and sent me back to the chat I was already in several times before I finally just gave up. Its impossible to call someone and speak to a human and their final solution after having to reach out to them on Facebook was just a return of payment to my card which honestly did not compensate for the fact that I used gas, took time out of my life, went through lots of aggravation and didn't get fed. Two strikes at this point. A couple weeks later I still had the itch for chipotle so I sent my boyfriend out to pick us up some dinner. The staff was completely incompetent to the point that they put the fajita veggies in my bowl without them being requested and when being told they were unwanted instead of just making a new bowl at this stage of just rice and beans or taking them out (idc doesn't matter much to me but what if I had an allergy or something) they just dumped my chicken on top of the veggies and figured that was problem solved. It was gross and I was disappointed. According to my boyfriend the staff were struggling on wrapping burritos to the point customers did it for them. Now for the only positive part of my review here and the only reason they get any stars from me whatsoever: my boyfriend got a hold of customer service on fb and they sent him a gift card for two free meals for his troubles. I don't understand why that wasn't the solution when I had my second terrible experience at that place. At least he got food in his experience. If they didn't do something beyond a return to make things right I'd honestly never go to chipotle ever again. I will absolutely never go to the one on street road again that's for sure, but I'll still go to Neshaminy or the Blvd. I was really disappointed by their customer service and their food at this branch and I don't want to see other people go through the same nonsense they put me through. The physical location is awful. The parking lots don't connect from here to the shopping center. If you are coming from the west, you have to just sit and wait until you can make a left on crazy Street Road. About the staff, no smile, no eye contact or acknowledgment that you are a human being. Staff made one item at a time for my order which was a little ridiculous having to move back and forth across the counter when she could have started them at the same time. She even became annoyed that I told her I was also getting a bowl in addition to the kids meal. I do appreciate that this location has a separate counter for online/app/grubhub orders. read more
