I didn't think it was possible to be treated that bad,?, I didn't have my reading glasses on and asked for help picking up my order and got ignored. This is absolutely the worst chipotle I've ever been to they are incredibly rude and disrespectful they pretend that they're not open they lock the doors and hide so that you think their closed from the outside looking in They leave their delivering service on when they're not doing delivery (usually they just don't feel like it) you cannot contact the store at all whatsoever they do not answer it and the mail box is full it's prolly unplugged customer support does not help you in anyway shape or form when using them with a third-party service like DoorDash or something like that there's absolutely nothing that can be done about orders or anything like that I live in a building that my apartment is around the back and time and time again they don't read any of the delivery instructions and they don't relay any messages back I wish chipotle had a way to write information so that the store and delivery service drivers see it the additional notes section I don't understand how this place is still in business this is the closest one to me but I am no longer going to be a customer this is atrocious how they treat their customers especially the managers. I even picked up orders and when you walk in to pick up your orders they don't greet you they don't say anything so I stood there at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 20 minutes before I realize that I had to walk around to the side and then there's shelves on the side not in plain sight that have pick up orders on them and they're all intermingled together so you have no idea which ones are door dash or Uber eats or just a regular mobile order you have no way of knowing and nothing is clearly labeled but I don't feel comfortable touching and opening other peoples food and they're just disrespectful and that particular location is filthy and the food is always freezing cold I'm furious it's a constant fight this particular location needs a major overhaul or just knock it down and put something else there bc this place is just complete bad vibes read more

They close early every single day, they stopped doing online order because they couldn't handle more than 2 orders. The staff is lost 99 percent of the time I bet if you asked what company they work for they wouldn't even know. They also open at random times and are severely unprepared when opening time comes around. Would not be surprised if they close down soon. read more

Tonight marks the second time this week that I tried to get food from this location. According to hrs listed online and the door, I should've been able to place an order. Becareful with this place. I've been frequenting other Chipotle places almost on a weekly basis. I stop by this one, and order my usual steak bowl. When i first arrived, the employee just had a cold stare didn't even say hi. There were no other customer in line and they took like 2 mins to get to me, so it's not a deal breaker. Now, I'm not expecting 4 or 5 star level service at a place like this. You would at least expect a hi back when you the customer engaged them with a hello. I asked for the extras i like (extra beans and sauce). When it came time time to pay for my order, the casher rung up 12.99. I was taken back. Apparently the server put an extra steak tag on my order when i only said steak once. She gave me a look as if I was lying. I had to re-affirm twice that I only order steak once. The cashier at least apologized and that was the reason this isn't a 1 star review. I remember her scooping the steak only once, and now I'm back at my desk and no, it was not a double scoop. TLDR: be mindful of what you order. They may be overcharging and accuse you of lying when you order. read more

As luck would have it, I came into the restaurant twice and both times I either forgot my card or it was declined for BS Wells Fargo reasons. Quite embarrassing and very unlike me! However the stress all could have been avoided if Chipotle would have accepted Apple Pay as a payment method which I was advised they do not. This surprised me and makes me feel they are behind on the times as most corporate chains let you pay through your phone nowadays. Still, during a stressful scenario the employees were humorous and accommodating and held my meal to the side while I called Wells Fargo and they were all very patient and kind about it. The restaurant was also super clean and tidy. I appreciated that they worked with me. I would just say get on that Apple Pay ASAP-- Might save you and the customer some time if something like that ever happens again, which knowing me it just might Thanks Chipotle! read more

This chipotle is the absolute worst. The employees are lazy and rude. I've ordered online twice, arrived when it said my order is ready and I still had to wait for about an hour for my food. I finally get my order and it is completely messed up and I did not receive my full order. I ordered 3 tacoS and only received one (after waiting an hour). I will not be going back to this chipotle again and there is absolutely no ok out in using the app and ordering online because you will get your food much quicker just waiting in line and ordering. This was my first time at Chipotle and must say it wasn't a great experience. Walked in to a new worker being trained by who I believe was the manager. Of course I don't know what had happened before hand but she was being extremely rude to her new colleague which he also let her know by reminding her that he was new at this job. Neither of them took a second to greet my friend and I or even look at us. "Let me know what I can get started for you" she said a minute later, still not looking our way at all. Anyway, I started my order, but since this was my first time here I was unsure about some things. She was not any help, spoke too fast for me to actually understand a word she was saying. Like there was no one in line behind us, why not take a second to provide good service?? Instead she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a polite question! We dined in and I couldn't help it but to notice that this girl was rude to every costumer. The food was ok, but I don't think I will ever go back to this location. I felt bad for the workers being trained by her. If she is the manager, my guess is she is the manager from hell. I have worked in service for 12 years and it really pisses me off when people who are the opposite of service minded work service jobs. Three stars for the food read more
