This has got to be hands down the worst Chipotle in the history of the franchise. Been in town for two weeks, ate here probably 3 times and for some reason I didn't learn my lesson and was continuously disappointed in the service. Lunch hour (12) all three days ran out of all meat and one day only served chicken. No ice after numerous customers asking for it to be filled. Asked the front for a lime and he brought an uncut whole lime, it may be just me but it seems to be common sense to maybe cut the line for the customer. Idk all in all I'm full just disappointed! Last time I was here they gave burnt queso and before that they were out of chips. Today they were out of the garlic steak and vinaigrette for the salad. They didn't tell me about the vinaigrette until I was at the register to pay. No apology, no anything. I really LOVE Chipotle, however was extremely disappointed with this location. There was a mexican female in there name tag "celeste" and she rolled her eyes and under served every dish when I asked politely for more she rudely snapped back with "extra charge" which I've never experienced IN MY LIFE at a chipotle. I was going to eat there, but after the service I received I no longer felt comfortable. So I ate my food on the way home and ended up finding a hair in the food... This was my first time going to chipotle and because of this location it's my last. I ordered my food to be ready at 2:15 and arrived on time but expected to wait a little. I was first told it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later I was told it would be another minute after walking up to the register. Then 20 minutes later I was told it would be a while because their backed up?? I have been watching them stand around while there's only 3 OLD orders at the pick up bench yet 4 people who have also been waiting 30 minutes with no new orders coming out. I have been waiting for over an hour now (it's 3:18) and my food is still not ready. I also had a nice conversation with another annoyed customer who could not wait any longer. I'm not really understanding why management isn't on their ass to get orders out on the time it says to pick it up. read more

Moved to the area from Wichita, KS, where the Chipotles are awesome, fresh and predictably delicious. It had been MONTHS since I had a Chiptole and yesterday, I was craving Chipotle something fierce. I felt like a Griswold that arrived at Wollyworld - so let down. The place was filthy. Hardly any meat left, you name it chickent, steak, barbacoa. What was left was dried out, food residue caked to the sides. But, I was desperate and there isn't any other chipotle options close by. No chips due to a "tortilla shortage"...eh-hmm, there are plenty of grocery nearby - with plent of tortilla. Maybe the other legit mexican resturants bought all the tortillas or something. No one looked motivated to make fresh meat. But, as a fool, I ordered steak burrito bowl, white rice, pinto beans....etc. Get home, and the rice is severely undercooked. Everything is cold, and I don't live that far from the resturant. And, there is that sweetness that I detected with my first bite, a taste that I associate with future gastric issues; and 15 minutes later, after only taking 2 bites, I had diarrhea/nausea/vomiting...yep, food poisoning. Now I could see things being like crap if they were understaffed and overwhelmed with customers, but there was 2 customers in the lobby. I was the only one in line. And, only 2 workers that I could see. Come on. Really? Please, take pride in your work. Clean the store often. Make sure food looks presentable and is safe to eat. This location needs better management. It's 2 hours prior to closing and they are out of white rice and it doesn't look like they were planning to make more. In the past they were out of sour cream a few times. So we would have to ask if they had sour cream. This is a filthy restaurant. All the tables were dirty, trash and food all over the restaurant , the bathroom looks worse than a truck stop bathroom- no toilet paper, soap or Paper towels with garbage and urine on the floor. The girl running the register went back and forth from register to food line without changing her gloves. They were out of most of the items on the food line and there was dried food all over. There was a pile of dirty gloves laying on the ground next to the serving line. Unfortunately, we won't be back to this chipotle. read more

For years the service at this location has been going down hill. They are constantly out of items, every time I come in there items unavailable- for example : tortillas. What kind of burrito place runs pit of tortillas? The dining floor is also constantly dirty. Today I was given incorrect change and when I requested the correct change I was asked to either come back later or offered a gift card because the manager was "unavailable" I appreciate the dude at the register who gave me 20$ from his own pocket which he stated he'd get back from the register eventually... highly unprofessional, those poor employees seriously don't have a manager on call to deal with accidents like this? walked in around 8:30 PM and waited in line for a good 10 minutes. workers were helping other customers so it wasnt a big deal to me. got a bowl and was picking out the ingredients when i realized they had no tomato salsa, no sour cream, no corn at all. they didn't even try to refill it even 1 hr before closing.. got basically nothing in my bowl and went to pay but while paying, worker keeps turning around and talking and joking (which is fine but i'm waiting on my receipt). went to get forks and napkins and there were only a couple forks left with a bunch of them everywhere on the severing table and absolutely no napkins. prob the worst chipotle in the milky way read more

I haven't been here in over 2 years so I thought I would give it another chance. 6:30 PM Tuesday night. Only wanting good chips and some fresh veggie bowl. Low and behold- they seemed to have run out of veggies and the guy had to run to the back for some (sketchy... just fill up the front line?) and then I got to pay and asked for chips and they were like, "we are all out of chips tonight." I was like really? That's why I came here :( " The nice man said "I will go look to see what I can do." He returned with a small bag of cold chips. But I was thankful still. OHHH and.....while I was waiting and watching the guy making tacos and bowls or whatever- he was touching the meat with his gloved hands, pushing it into the tacos, then touched the scoops, then touched the next person's taco shells! By the time I got there I made sure he didn't touch anything else with those gloves except my paper bowl. If he had, I would've taken it to the next level. Total cross contamination, poor food safety. He should be changing his gloves. Sorry Chipotle, but I will likely never visit again. :( read more

I had a veggie burrito with undercooked beans, hard tortilla, raw almost grilled onions and peppers and the medium salsa and the corn salsa had so much oregano in it, you couldn't taste anything else! I absolutely love Chipotle, but unfortunately this location sucks. I went in today and my burrito bowl was soo empty. They are super stingy with food, I wanted some fajitas and like always they were out, I asked for extra cheese because they put to little and also asked for extra sauce. Employees gave me this weird look. Come on I'm paying for this, nothing is free, and to top it off there was a ROCK in my beans. If I could give this chipotle zero stars I would. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Every single time I've ordered for delivery through the chipotle app or door dash from this location they have either delivered someone else's order, gotten my order wrong, or just straight up didn't give me half of my order. This has happened on NUMEROUS occasions. I know, why do I continue ordering from there? Well I keep thinking if months passed maybe they've figured out how to teach their employees to read, but clearly I'm wrong. Will never be returning. I went to Chipotle tonight and was completely disgusted by how FILTHY this place was. First, they were incredibly short staffed with only total of 4 people prepping food, working the line and a woman at the register who had NO clue what she was doing. This line was out the door, there was no food on the line and it took forever to check out. Once we went to grab our seats, the restaurant was DISGUSTING. None of the tables appeared to have been wiped in hours, the floor was gross and filled with food and the garbage was overflowing. The beverage dispensers also had no drinks in them. A non service dog just pooped in front of the register. This was a small dog under 12 lbs. when I asked if it's a service dog, the employee who picked up the poop because the owner wouldn't said it was and that they are there frequently. I asked if the dog had a service vest. The employee said yes. This dog did not have a service vest. A small child almost stepped in that dogs poop and the owner just ignored it, walking over to a nearby table inside, sat down, and ate like nothing happened. I'm appalled and will be reporting this. The owner of this dog is now an employee of Target down the street. Amaaazzzing....... read more

And every damn time I have to go in there and show them the receipt and the order and pick up time, the employees are still hesitant to make it. One sad mess......walked in to purchase 5 meals.......low and behold, a sign at the counter, not the door, that says we "cannot accept cash". Ok, I realize things go wrong but its now two and a half hrs since you opened.....did no one pay cash already? Did no one run to the bank, which is in the same parking lot, to get a fair amount of cash to have on hand to accomodate cash customers? This Place is terrible. I made a mobile order for this location. Arrived about 20 minutes later. I get there and there's no order. The kid comes out and says they're not making mobile orders they're not taking mobile orders apparently. So then he says here's a phone number if you want your refund so sorry. I'm super pissed because I've been billed and charged and then I've got no food and I'm starving. So I called the phone number and they need an order number to process the refund. So I go back and I ask the kid for the order number and he says I got nothing. Nothing came through for your order. I said so I have to just lose out on on the $20? And he said yeah. I went there yesterday, and they got my order wrong. They added items that I didn't order and also found some shredded beef in my plate (I'm vegetarian). They're usually late with my orders. Most of the chips are stale. There's been occasions where they didn't have a drink I wanted but yet I still got charged for it, and in order to get a refund I had to call customer service.. There was also an occasion where they gave me guacamole that was moldy green; they insisted it was still good..
