I used to love Chipotle, I can see why I moved onto Qdoba. I like the steak, it's got a little spice to it. Queso is so so, order of chips and you barely get any. Their brown rice looks like white rice to me, it's mote expensive than Qdoba and not nearly as good. I went in to get chipotle and i've never had a problem with this place til now. They ran out of rice, chicken, and guacamole. They all showed unprofessionalism, screaming, joking around, acting like their workplace was a playground, while everything was running out and falling apart. Every time my fiancé, who is a manager himself, comes home after ordering from this location, he's livid with the service. And it's always the same issue; running out of product and employees not communicating this UNTIL he asks, and not suggesting a substitute in the process. Tonight, same thing, fiancé ordered two sides of ranch, charged him for it and still proceeded to not communicate that they ran out until he asked. He asked for refund, because it was $0.75 per ranch and the employee refused to refund him. In turn, he drove all the way to the one on Hall so he could get ranch. Honestly, it's not that hard to call up a customer, notify them that something is out and offer a substitute. And from what I've gathered, it sounds like your employees don't give a sh*t. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would, this may be one of the worst locations if not the worst in all of Michigan. I have visited this location during peak hours lunch 12-2pm and evening 5-7pm and they are almost always out of food or there is some big mess present. Most recently on the jersey bogo giveaway there seemed to be what looked like friends of one of the line workers handing out a jersey passing it to the same 4-5 people on 4/20 getting free food and extremely generous portions compared to what was being given out to the customers who did not know or seem to be part of this little group. I visited again on 5/1 today and witnessed one person on the line do all the work including cashing customers out when there was 4-5 people in the back prepping food and doing dishes just watching the long line of people waiting to order and not helping in any regard. There seems to be no teamwork at this location nor any sense of urgency aside from the one person doing everything. This location is terrible and the staff is not that friendly either, the manager working today 5/1 with glasses female seems to enjoy watching one person do all the work because there is no direction of communication. Lastly if you go to this location when a friend of a worker is present working on the line you will see them give free food and minimal as a paying customer. I hope whoever leads this location actually reads all of these reviews and implements some changes because this is ruining what was a favorite of mine and I am sure many others. read more

The only warm thing that was even remotely fresh was my tortilla. Employees moved at a pace that can only be described as "F this job"....took litterally 10mins for my order and I didnt even have to wait in line. Manager seemed like the only person who was being paid to be there, the rest were useless warm bodies. The last three times I have been there and I go there a lot. They ran out of white rice and the chicken and steak were both dry! Food is usually good. I go here almost every day, employees are pretty nice always greet me when I walk in. Portions are usually good as well. They just need to fix only problem with this chipotle specifically is the line is usually pretty dirty with sour cream and corn and it gets smeared all over my buritto wrap which is very annoying and not sanitary. Finally a Chipotle in Chesterfield! My boyfriend and I have been anxious for one to finally open closer to home. With that being said, I've been less than impressed. Portions are always hit and miss. The meat has been very overcooked and the lettuce has lacked in the green department. If brown lettuce is your thing than this place is for you. On my latest visit (last night) I mobile ordered my order from my phone while sitting in the parking lot. I had a free chips and guacamole coupon to use and could only use it if I ordered thru the app. The wait time said 10 minutes and 15 minutes later I walked into Chipotle to pick up my food. The restaurant was dead and all the workers were standing in the back talking. Awesome. I waited at the counter and a couple minutes later someone came to the cashier area. My mobile order wasn't yet made and my order was still sitting in the printer. The lady told me it was really busy within the last few minutes and that's why it wasn't made yet. I was sitting in the parking lot when I ordered my food and didn't see anybody else walk in or out of the restaurant. While making my order the lady preparing it was gossiping with a few other employees and didn't bother listening the two times I mentioned she put the wrong salsa on my food. She always didn't notice I had free chips and guacamole so I had to mention that too. You never know what kind of service or food you'll get when coming here. I like Chipotle, however 4 teenage boys working tonight didn't seem to care that there was a line out to the door. They lost power for a minute, but it came back on right away. With 4 people working, and power back on, there should have been no issue. I was in line for 20 minutes before they one of them asked to take our order?? I'm a patient person and I get things happen. However I could tell the woman in front of me was upset too and was waiting a while for her order. Again, 4 workers. Very stressful when I needed to be somewhere with teenagers. Also, the boy that did take our order was polite and it seemed like the other boys were standing around telling him what to do. Which to me didn't make sense. They should have been helping him. 3rd bad experience, so this time I'll leave a review. I placed an online order for pickup at 5:45pm on November 25th. Nothing outrageous, 1 salad, 1 burrito and 1 kids meal with some sides. Arrive on time and leave with my order. Drive 15 minutes back home and open the bag to see it is missing 2 bags of chips, 1 side of queso dip, 1 side of corn salsa and the drink for my sons kids meal was an apple juice when we ordered an organic milk. No silverware or napkins either. I call and speak to a manager and explain what happened and asked if I could have my order remade since it will take me 15 minutes to drive back, wait for my food again and then 15 minutes to get home again. The lady on the phone was at least nice and said they will remake it and it will be ready by the time I get back there. Of course, I arrive and the drive thru line is PACKED. There had to have been at least 15 cars in the drive thru and their lobby is closed due to the governor's restrictions (not their fault I understand). So I sit and wait for about 23 minutes until I finally get to the window. I explain what happened and try to give the food back and they say they aren't allowed to take it. So I set it down and the lady grabbed another bag and started talking to me. Was hard to hear because the employees behind her were all laughing hysterically, but she mentioned that they were out of white milk so they had to replace it with Chocolate milk. I said no you didn't because the drink in this bag is an apple juice. She handed me the bag and confirmed everything I ordered is in the bag this time. 15 minutes back home and pop open the bag. First thing we notice, there is no drink. The lady at the window said they replaced it with a chocolate milk. I'm not really upset at this point because they technically gave us the wrong drink in the first bag and they wouldn't take it back so I still had something for my son. Again, no forks or napkins in the bag. We took the food out and compared it to the now hour old food and you can just tell whoever remade the order didn't care one bit. Portion sizes on the replaced food are barely even half the size of the original order. This next part isn't really a complaint since I enjoy guacamole, but there was guacamole on the burrito and I didn't order it. Again, not a complaint but it just shows you they didn't care to even try to make the order correct. Overall I appreciate them replacing the food, but the crappy attempt at re-making and the poor customer service at the window has ensured me I will never return to this location again. Maybe this was all my fault to begin with now that I am looking at the 2.9 stars this location has on google. With a 2.9 star rating, I guess this is what I should have expected. read more

This last time (I'm typing this as I sit in the store waiting for them to remake my order) I brought my order back to have it remade with the protein only to find out there was no steak made. Well then tell me that so I could substitute something else! It was an hour ago when I picked up my food so I asked them to remake my wife's quesadilla so she could have a hot meal as well. Nope. They wouldn't replace it. So, after an hour and two trips to this location, I finally have my order and my wife gets to eat a cold quesadilla. Happy Valentine's Day, dear. Argh. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Ghetto and unsanitary, The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to... Place was disgustingly dirty cups had residue in them. Sauce on the seats in the restaurant. The line looked like a bomb went off and witnessed an employee make a burrito on top of a counter with crumbs and old sour cream smeared on it. I placed a 65$ mobile order and waited 10 minutes past my pickup time. I luckily looked in the bags and realized they forgot 2 large queso cups which cost 5$ a piece, and one of the chip bags and put the "quesadilla" in a burrito bowl container. Upon opening it i find the quesadilla wrapped in a literal ball of a tortilla wrap. They literally threw the chicken and rice in a wrap and wadded it up by hand and threw it in the container. Zero corn, salsa or sour cream on the side like I paid for. Quesadilla was not cooked at all and the chicken tasted almost rotten. Not to mention every single chip was not cooked fully. They were wet and had zero crunch at all to them. I notified the employee they forgot multiple things and the lady scoffed and slid the missing items over the counter to me and didn't say a word. I could go on and on about this place but never again will I come here and I advise anyone else to do the same there's a reason they only had 3 ppl including myself in the building during prime time dinner rush on a Friday. read more
