TRASH.....Small portions and it tastes terrible.Ghetto workers and even worse customer service.Ridiculous.

This location was not clean so I didn't not dine in. I ordered a steak bowl with guacamole and received half a scoop of guacamole when I requested the full serving that comes with it I was told that it would be an additional charge. If I am paying for something I expect to receive the full portion to begin with. Also, I ordered a large bag of chips and the chips were so stale I couldn't even eat them. At this point if you have read my reviews on this location you're probably laughing at me for continuing to patronize them expecting different results...and then to be given a dumb ass generic "apology" response from their support team was just the icing on the cake...I rolled the dice an ordered the Pollo Asada chicken bowl, light rice, extra fajita veggies, etc, chips and queso The bowl had extra rice, no fajita veggies and enough grease to fry some chicken. My rice was orange because of the grease....my salsa and sour cream containers were covered in grease...the chips were greasy and a mix of undercooked/stale....I found a piece of chicken ( I think) in my queso and a couple of pieces of steak in my double chicken bowl....sidenote...why are we paying more for a different flavored chicken I gave a review online and checked the box requesting someone from Chipotle to get in contact with me..This was my original complaint, which you can barely explain with the 200 characters they allow... Original Comment: The meat in my bowl was so greasy, my rice was orange.(like chorizo) Even on top of the rice, there was still a bowl full of grease at the bottom. I've been to this location a few times. This will be my last. It was so dirty and just chaos. Ordered on the app for pick up at 8pm. I get there at 8pm and it was not even being prepared nor ready. The Chipotle on 95th is shameful. I arrived at 8:12 and they close at 9pm. They had already packed up the kitchen while there was still a stream of customers coming in. Imagine what time they must've started shutting down to have the grill cleaned and pulled out by 8pm. If that's the case, close at 8. I am a 25 year business owner on 53rd street. This is now the worst restaurant in the entire neighborhood! It hadn't been, originally. The tables are dirty, some of the staff and management are rude and sarcastic and they consistently don't have important items listed on Chipotle's menu. I am sympathetic to stressors in managing a busy restaurant. I will give credit to 2 staff who try hard. This is a busy college town location. However, when the screw-ups are consistent and they happen when the restaurant is nearly empty, I go elsewhere for a meal. But, perhaps, this is what Chipotle wants? read more

Piss poor staff AND management. First off let me just say when i was trying to get hired there the employees had a straight up attitude. The day i went in for my interview i walked up to the counter, the little girl (who didn't greet me at all) looked at me up and down then walked away. Another employee immediately apologized. Which was fine, i get it. You're tired and ready to go. So onto the manager who interviewed me. He SAID i was hired and Gave me his personal number if i had any questions. NEVER pushed though my application and gave me the run around when i was asking about the uniform requirements. When i would ask him about pushing though my application He would always say that he would do it as soon as he got home. Never did. Got the same run around for almost a month and by then, I'd already found a new job. Now on to the food itself. FIND A BETTER CHIPOTLE. They're always messing up orders. A few months later i decided to give their food another shot and ordered a steak bowl. Apparently they were out of steak so my bowl was just sour cream and rice! Giving chipotle 3 stars because it's my fav fast food and because they have addressed some negative issues. I work close by and come here every week because it's good and affordable compared to other places close by. First off I used to think the staff had an attitude and was unprofessional but as of June 2023, the staff is good and the ones that were ratchet either left and got fired. Keep in mind that this restaurant is close to the hs so during the school year they are typically packed during lunch hours. One thing that idk why and feel like it only happens here is that they charge a vinaigrette as an extra side. Like if it was getting queso or guac. Also, they wanted to charge to get double rice or double beans. I've never seen that anywhere. Lastly, they charged for a cup of water! All those things are free in any other Chipotle. I understand charging for a cup of water because of the hs students, but that affects people that simply want water and don't want to pay for a soda cup. I've had bad experiences here but I will always continue to come and I feel like as of now the staff is way better than who they had before. Lastly, parking sucks so if you pick up then it's not that bad. read more

I understand that we are in a pandemic and sometimes your business is short-staffed, but how do you allow people to keep placing orders on the app, knowing you're 100+ orders behind? Simply, just close it? I didn't even get a refund on my order as well and they got everyone waiting outside (due to the pandemic which is fine). But after waiting for thirty to fourty minutes... my order is still not ready. I've been to this location many times, it's very inconsistent depending on who's working that day. If I could rate this store a 0 I would. I mobile ordered at 7:15 and didnt get my order till 8pm. I consistently showed them my receipt and payment, they refused to service me. When I was finally serviced, my order was completely wrong. When I asked for my money back the manager refused, telling me to take it up online. I asked for a managers name. My boyfriend and I went to get tacos. I'm vegetarian. This branch was out of hard shell tacos, vegetables, salsa verde, and several other crucial toppings. Hungry, I accepted defeat and took the taco home. I unwrap it to find meat chunks inside, which meant I couldn't even eat my tacos. Service was fast, but if that means a compromise on the quality, I'd rather wait. I love Chipotle, but this branch isn't up to the standards of service of the others. Showed up after my time, still waited 21 min. They ran out of customers up front twice, restocked the front and side; and with eleven people waiting for online orders, produced 5 orders. Don't get the hot sauce. I repeat do not get the hot sauce. If you think you've experienced hell before, you have not. Hell is getting a burrito with the red hot sauce and it absolutely DRIPPING like Satan himself after a shower. They didn't have any water cups so we had to use their salsa cups to drink water, getting up every 20 seconds. And so up we jumped the proverbial fire warming up our tight ass holes. I hate the fact that this is going to be such a bad review, but after the BS experience I had, they earned it. I've worked in the food industry and appreciated the challenges and know mistakes happen, but when a mistake occurs and a staff double downs on it and makes the situation worse, then there is no place for acceptance and they need to be called out for it. I placed an order online for pickup - after picking up the order and getting home, I realized the order was wrong. My attempt to call the location went unanswered. When I arrived back at the location and explained the situation, I was then told that they didn't have any guacamole, in addition to other parts of the order missing. I was informed that they would fix the order and remake the food, without guacamole and I accepted that, things happen, but what was unacceptable was the attitude behind the counter. It was clear that they were disgruntled about having to remake the order, though I couldn't hear all of the conversations, profanity was used Once I got my order, I checked it before I drove home, only to see that the order was still incorrect and there was even less meat on the food, so instead of fixing it, they deliberately messed up the order. It shouldn't be hard to make 2 burrito bowl and yet it did. I returned again to explain the situation and at this point, didn't want to eat the food. As much as I love Chipotle, I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. My order tonight was very wrong and I felt it was necessary to post. I ordered a carne asada bowl with guac, black beans, white rice, lettuce, corn salsa, and cheese. I got a bowl with no meat, no guac, no corn salsa, no lettuce, pinto beans, and sour cream (which I didn't want). I've also had mix ups in the past, just never to this level. I would brush it off but... no meat? This bowl was like $11 so... I'm pretty disappointed. My roommates order was also wrong, but not as badly as mine. As a side note, I don't feel safe in there with covid regulations. I've seen workers with their noses out of their masks, and no social distancing near the self pick up // mobile order station. Here's the thing...if you're shifting your business model due to our current reality, you have to be ready. The restaurant industry is in dire straits and TERRIBLE service won't cut it. Tonight my family tried contactless delivery for the first time. We've missed dining at one out our favorite places. Chipotle is a tasty, reasonably priced option for our family and we wanted to break up the routine of cooking at home. We placed our order online and not only did the staff get it wrong TWICE, they had terrible attitudes about getting it right and ultimately never fixed it.
