While visiting my daughter in college we decided to tryout their Chipotle. May sound crazy but not all Chipotles are loved the same. This one seemed new, very pretty and up to date inside. Food was typical Chipotle. Service was friendly. But... we were at this store at 7:15 pm. Only one other group in the dining area. There are about 10 tables and 8 were dirty. Food, water, etc on the tables. We wiped down a four seat table and ate. We were there for a good 30 minutes and no one bothered to clean off any tables. And the drink area was also a mess. Someone ran the ice machine and left piles on the drink tray and floor. A couple employees walked past but never looked at any of this. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Came here at 8:30pm on a Monday. They close at 10pm by the way.. They were "out" of corn, beans, fajitas, lettuce, cheese, and chicken. They said they weren't making any more. Meat has good flavor but that is it. They can't wrap burritos and they were out of sour cream. What! Sour cream?!?! I mean come on. They have a drive thru and they are too busy to keep up with the drive thru and the people who park and walk in. They ran out of tortillas so we had to wait for them to refill them, they were out of the chicken we had to wait for them to refill that too, and they were out of cheese so we had to wait for them to refill that too. I came today at 10:45 am and the Empolyee was very rude to me. They refused to serve me when I arrived because they weren't set up. Then she proceeded to make remarks "Sorry you're not having a great day" and then when I said "I'm sorry that you can't do your job properly" she decided to refuse service. Very disappointing. The food containers were almost all empty and the girl didn't act like she wanted to refill anything. Not one table was clean and the bathrooms were disgusting. honestly not sure why the reviews r so low, this chipotle is very average if not above average compared to other chipotles. the line was super long but i waited less than 10 mins. staff was super efficient and got order correct (rare at some chipotles). I got the pollo asado which was honestly not much different than the normal chicken but this is the first location i tried it at! overall meal tasted great and service was efficient. only complaint is not enough sour cream and whoever prepared the mild salsa left big red onion chunks. nothing to die over just an interesting surprise read more

The short girl with red hair and freckles acted like she hated her life when she greeted me. Threw my food around and handed me the container covered with nasty food all over the cover and not once washed her hands when handling food and money back and forth. The manager amd other employees where walking around with no hats on while preping food near prep stations. That's disgusting considering I found a hair in my food. The lobby was trashed with food, bags, napkins everywhere. This was during a slow point of the day with no one in restaurant which means someone should have started cleaning asap. I've read the majority of these reviews, and honestly reading things like, the food was cold/flavorless, waited too long, or didn't get the order right, is agreeably poor service. But when you place an order online, go to pick it up, and they just give you, essentially whatever they had left, and then let you walk out like it's nobody's fault they're out of CHICKEN! I'm stunned that they'll throw rice and beans on your bowl and completely leave out everything else on your order and just look at you like, "well, we're out of chicken"; that does not end the conversation! Finally got to order and the girl was short with words and had to ask her to repeat herself a few times as she was rushing us through. Asked for guacamole and was told that it's for online orders only so they don't run out. Spent 30 dollars on crap food had to go home to eat it since the employees were asked to please clean a table and they just ignored us. Plenty of staff to have this place clean enough to eat at. Ordered my food online at 7:00 PM. Got a message food will be ready at 7:30 PM. Got another message food is ready to be picked up. Pulled into the drive just before 730 and waited in line to go through the drive-through to pick up my food that was ordered at seven and didn't get it till 8:20 PM. Unbelievable that you cannot open the doors and allow people to pick up their to go food with a mask on. Unacceptable!!! They should be giving everybody in line their food for free. Visited there today, Restaurant tables were not wiped down. It was not busy inside. Bathroom was disgusting. I was waiting behind a customer to pay; she did so with cash. Chickadee at the register did the entire transaction with her gloves on; handling cash, etc, then proceeded to ask me how she could help me. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought she would automatically change her gloves, however, she was going to make my food with the same gloves on. I asked her if she would change her gloves. She seemed offended that I had asked her to do so. She and a male coworker just looked at each other and made a couple of little smirky sounds, but she did comply and changed her gloves. I was polite throughout the order as was she as not to make things more awkward. I was not trying to be rude or come off as a B**ch, but come on. You are handling food. That's a very easy way to make someone sick. I don't think you'd appreciate it if you were ordering food for your family. As a Registered Nurse, I kinda know a thing or two about hygiene and the importance of washing your hands and changing your gloves. Do better. read more

Let me start by saying that this Chipotle doesn't even deserve a one star review. I have visited this chipotle twice now and it has been an awful experience both times. The first time I came for dinner they were extremely rude when I had to ask for extra as they didn't give me enough of almost every ingredient I asked for. The second time, tonight (9/28/21) they started doing the same thing. The lady wasn't upset when I asked for extra but barely gave me any chicken or rice at first, the chicken itself was tough, and my chips were stale. Wow where do I start. This chipotle looks Nice on the outside as it is a new building. The food though was truly lamentable. I normally order a burrito bowl or salad and this most recent time while ordering a salad the Romain lettuce leaves were left almost whole and were extremely soggy. Given chipotle's past I'd think they'd want to instill confidence with their customer base by serving very good and fresh lettuce instead of what I received on my bowl. The chicken was not cut properly and they over did it on the amount of salsa they gave me when I didn't ask for extra. This location needs a better manager and they need to run a tight ship that can deliver quality while also preventing a more tarnished name because of disease ridden food. The bowls are also NEVER sealed properly and they don't take the time to focus on sealing them right so the food is always leaking out and messy when you get it. I used to work at a Chipotle and this was never the standard that I kept. Please up your game if you don't want to close down. read more
