I was looking forward to eating my chicken caesar super greens wrap before heading to a late evening meeting and tipped on my order, however I didn't receive the super greens I was looking for. Instead, my greens were brown, some pieces almost as brown as the chicken. I took it back and the employee offered to remake it. I told her it was okay and was hoping to have a better experience the 2nd time. I get all the way home, take a bite and something didn't taste right. Brown and spoiled lettuce, AGAIN. this isn't just unprofessional but it's not healthy for your customers to consume this. Stopped here for lunch after an appointment. First time customer and it didn't disappoint. I had a Bahama Mama smoothie and a chicken bacon ranch flatbread and both were amazing! The staff were very friendly when taking our order and bringing out our order. The establishment looks small on the outside but was very roomy on the inside. Tables and bathroom were very clean as well! Will definitely be back when in the area again. read more

5 STARS HANDS DOWN for this TSC location. I came here a couple times over the past month - once pre-move in for the 20-21 school year and a couple times during move-in. With the Covid restrictions for eating establishments, this shop has it down. The kids running this place are superb. Super nice, polite and respectful to the 'older crowd' aHEM! lol and quick quick quick. No dilly dallying. Everyone is pulling their weight behind the counter to get everyone served, in and out. Impressive. I've always liked TSC in general. I love their Thai Chicken Wrap - soooooo goooooood. Just the right combo of ingredients and the Thai peanut sauce is just the right amount of oomph to kick up the wrap next level. I have them make it cold, not warmed. Try it that way. So good! Add a TSC smoothie but OF COURSE. you're not going to TSC and NOT getting a smoothie! My favorite is the pina colada knock off - Tropicolada. So good! Yesterday I came in for a smoothie and I was shocked by the poor management that I witnessed and the lack of team cooperation. I came in for one smoothie and I saw this one youngish looking blonde girl working, doing everything by herself. At first I thought she was alone, but I later saw at least two other employees in the back, and the girl in the front was doing everything by herself and a little help would've been great and probably helped the huge crowd of people waiting for smoothies and food. I ordered online, when I got there my food was made just as I walked in so that was nice. However I got home (3 minute drive) and the smoothie tastes like water (I ordered a Jetty Punch). I love going to this restaurant! It always puts a smile on my face when I am sad! I generally get a bahama mama and flatbread by an employee named Zoe. She always knows that I do not like the tomato and lettuce on my flatbread without me reminding her. She knows exactly how I like it when I get there, and never fails to compliment me! The workers here are truly a blessing. They always keep the bathrooms and facility so clean and never have anyone wait in line for long periods of time. I usually order my smoothies through the app and pick it up to "skip the line". But guess what? The last two times I've done this, they're super busy and make me wait until someone is free to hand me my order from the fridge. Is not like Starbucks where you pick up your order from the desk. Do NOT come in here within 1 hour of their listed opening time (7am/8am)! They won't be open. I mobile ordered to pickup at 7:30am and the store was closed when I got there. My credit card was still charged for it regardless and I've had to call customer support twice (once to report, once to get an update because it's been a week and they haven't responded/refunded me)! Some other Google reviews suggest that other people are having the same problem when they go within an hour of opening: they're not open!! I went there a couple of weeks ago because I heard it was pretty good, and I got my smoothie and left. Not only was the smoothie bad, but a week later I heard that the strawberries they served there are linked to cases of hepatitis a. So not only did I have strawberries in that garbage smoothie, but yesterday I had to get a hepatitis a vaccine. I don't think I can go there again, I am deeply disappointed.
