First of all, I walk in and there is no line so I expect this to be a quick experience. When I tell you I was wrong, I mean I have never seen anything so out of order in my life. There were three people trying to figure out how to make a PLAIN CHEESE QUESADILLA. The lady working the register has no idea what she is doing and moved at snails pace. Then, had the audacity to give me attitude. I have never had a worse experience in my life and the manager will be hearing from me. This is outrageous. And the food wasn't even good. Honestly have been to this restaurant plenty of times out of convenience, and every single time we have had a negative experience. The service is extremely slow, the employees are rude and would not help when we ordered to the wrong location and was told to "have fun driving there". Older gentleman working the register was respectful and gave good customer service, but the African American guy preparing the food with his headphones in seemed to be getting frustrated that he could not hear the things I was saying meanwhile I was speaking pretty loud and clear. If you're going to have a "delayed opening" then update your hours. In the span of the two minutes of walking from my car to the front door and back to my car I saw 4 other people go up just to realize there was a delayed opening with no indication of when this would be. Being very hungry and wanting to grab something quick I walked into chipotle as my attention was drawn to the menu trying to figure out what I wanted I wasn't paying attention to exactly what was going on around me at the time I order my food paid for it picked up my utensils and napkins and went to find a place to sit down I can safely say the cleanliness of the dining area was atrocious. It's bad enough we're in a pandemic but when there's little to no attempt to clean tables and the dining area as a whole.......... Chipotle is my all time favorite place to go when I am in a rush and need a quick bite to eat. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the employees are always giving you large portions. I am a huge believer in getting the most for your buck. Whenever I go to chipotle I always get double rice and beans with every other fixing available. This location recently opened up within the last couple of months and to me their foods taste better than other locations. The food is always fresh no matter what time I go. The meats are well cooked and season properly and their mild salsa is fantastic. I did notice that this location puts a little more cilantro than other location. Since cilantro is a very strong herb it can over power a lot of foods. But in my opinion the more cilantro flavor the better. Chipotle is such a great restaurant and with their service, large portions and cheap prices it's hard not to get it at least once a week. read more

We took a college sports team of 30 people in for food at 6pm on a Sunday and this location got us in and out within 20 minutes and did a great job! The staff and management got food prepared quickly and replenished the station as soon as things got low. We really appreciated them being able to handle such a big group without notice. read more

I ordered a to-go order on the Chipotle app and it said it was going to be ready by 8:30. I went inside to pick up my order at 8:30 and it wasn't there and there wasn't anyone at the counter to make my meal. I waited for 20 additional minutes and then asked the employee where my meal was and she asked for the name and the proceeded to print out the order ticket then after I asked. Went with my coworker on our lunch break. Unfortunately, we won't be going back and it's a shame because both of our lunches were so delicious. Once we got our food, we went to fill our drinks and get utensils to eat with. There were no forks, there was no ice and all the juices were empty. Instead of restocking, employees were standing around on their phones and talking to each other. I watched one female employee give an attitude to 3 different customers after they asked for forks. If she would have restocked them after the first customer told her they were empty, no one else would have bothered her for one. The same girl was helping a doordasher with their order, but something was messed up and she loudly let everyone know by yelling something about no pollo asado on the online options. It was weird and super unprofessional. While the ice machine sat empty, I observed a tall, male employee with his pants sagged very low, saunter over to the drink machine and refill his own soda. He could have very easily brought a bucket of ice with him, but he didn't seem concerned. I can't imagine a manger was on duty because the employees definitely had a speaker with their own music playing in the back because I could hear it over the music playing from the restaurant speakers. Not sure who's in charge of this location but your employees are in desperate need of some more training, some leadership, and some accountability. read more

I love Chipotle but was very disappointed by the unsanitary practices during this pandemic. Picking up a takeout order today, I saw six employees preparing or packing the food. One was not wearing gloves. Two were wearing their masks below the nose (pointless!) and one had his mask pulled all the way down below his mouth. If you're requiring customers to wear a mask to enter the restaurant, the lease you can do is ensure your employees are in compliance as well. I don't need a stranger breathing on my food, sorry. Staff is very rude. My husband and I always get military discounts when I go there. The past few visits we have gone in there because we are regular customers and the manager (who does not speak English) tells me there is no such thing. I told her we have always gotten it in the past and she rudely says no. Does not understand what customers are saying. I don't understand how she can manage a store and does not speak or understand English. They never have enough meat out and say there's no more. Guacamole is always old looking. Chips are always stale and salty. They give very small portions and get mad when you ask for more. This place is horrible. Need to do better or close it down. My husband serve this country over 20 yrs and still serving and can't even get a small discount at one of your locations. Disrespectful! Place is starting to change. I go there a lot. Seems like staff not willing to please customers. Asked for jalapeños and they looked at me like, what's that. Guy goes to give me peppers that were mixed in with fajita mix. I had to explain what they were. Then when they figured it out they actually said we have them but there not cut up????? I'm no snob, I just gave a 4 star review to a taco stand in a gas station. And I go to this Chipotle a few times per year so I have been able to observe it over time. I hate to say this, but it sucks. It is always filthy, slow, and the workers are always poorly trained and shabby. However, one day I thought it would be a great idea to get some chipotle for dinner and let me tell you, the staff here is amazing!!!! Went in and wasn't even greeted or acknowledged when In line. They were out of guacamole lettuce and cheese. But in the online order section there was guacamole, lettuce, and cheese. I walked back in because they didn't give me cheese like I had asked and then they put out fresh guacamole again in the online order section. What is the point of giving it for those ordering on line when there are people who are clearly ordering in store for a reason? I was sad to learn that the Desert Moon had closed and turned into a Chipotle. I love Chipotle, but Desert Moon was my hang out in high school and a place to have reunions with friends after college. With that being said Chipotle is Chipotle and I love their burrito bowls! I came here for an early lunch midweek and my friend and I beat the rush. The staff was friendly and fast. There's ample seating here too. Also, located within a strip mall, there's plenty of parking. I'll be coming back to continue the friend reunions. read more

I went there 3 times and everytime in my Guac there were big chunks of avacodo. By big chunk I mean half of unmashed avacodo.

I don't normally review but I was extremely disappointed in my rice bowl from Chipolte tonight. After waiting on line for 20 minutes (which was fine I'm glad they are doing well), only to have the kid scrap up the last remaining brown rice (which I believe was crunchy)...chicken didn't look great and again was a skimpy portion and the rest of the condiments were very messy looking. They had also run out of guacamole. I've been eating at Chipolte for a few years now and this experience was the worst I've ever had. I recently ate at Chipotle's competitors (during Covid) and the experience was much better. This location could use some help. read more

I went there today at 4:30 and the place was.a complete mess! Tables and the floor had food all over, the bathrooms were so bad that I got worried the entire place was run by high school kids and that I would get sick! Go elsewhere! read more

This location is hit or miss. Some servers give you a normal portion of meat while others are stingy. We always watch them scooping out the guac while we are in line to decide if we should get it on the side (we usually end up getting the guac on the side since it ends up being a bigger portion than the triple tapped scoop). We've heard several people, on different visits, ask for more guac and the server say they would have to charge more. If it's lunch or dinner, rush be prepared to wait. The location in the mall is faster and more consistent with their portions. But, this location is conveniently located right off the highway. Finally, the hours say they are open until 10pm but they ran out of chicken before 9pm on our last visit. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for a late night dinner. read more

Ugh.. Third strike I am out Where to begin.. This is our third attempt since they opened and not one time has it it met Chipotle standards. We are never trying this location again. Such a shame. Cold, mushy meat, missing ingredients EVERY TIME, hard rice, chips were soft and not crisp, asked for double portions on vegetables and meat and neither time did they follow through despite being charged extra.
