    Dining Area!

This place just can't get it together never will and never has been. Garbage on every table and the floor garbage bins in the restaurant overflowing. Chips weren't available or ready, drink machines weren't working. Why is it so hard to put one employee in the dining area at this location for an entire shift to clean off tables and take the garbage out. I had to apologize to my wife for the appearance of the restaurant because we were sitting at a table but it felt like I was sitting on the floor amongst all the trash. Food was awful as well.

I love this chipotle. It's conveniently located in the Trader Joe's plaza. You can shop for groceries, get some wine and hit up the chipotle on your way out. They've been very safe and clean during covid. It is never over packed and people respect the social distancing. Staff is always friendly and wearing masks and gloves. Can't really say anything negative about them just keep up the good work and thank you for feeding us!

I ordered from here recently a couple of days ago and found that there has been a significant improvement with my order since the last time. My order came in on time, I was given everything that I ordered and it looked and tasted delicious. I wasn't disappointed, and I can really see myself coming here again.

Tempted by the carne asada special we went here at 5:30 on a Saturday and would not go back. The food itself appeared ok at first then I noticed there wasn't a clean table in the place. I also discovered the ice machine was broken and the staff shrugged his shoulders and said no ice. One Coke nozzle was out of syrup and the other was flat. I asked for this to be refilled and it wasn't by the time I finished my meal so I asked for a refund of the soda. I also noticed the chips I ordered seemed stale and not fresh. Here's a picture of what the juice drink machine looked like. Maybe other locations are good but this one had serious issues.

Needed a quick meal so tried Chipotle. The line moved fast everyone was wearing masks and gloves. The food was warm but not hot it should have been warmer then what it was. Their prices for sides of guacamole and queso are rediculously high.

    Garbage

Food tasted good. The place is filthy! Not a single table is cleaned off to sit at. Condiments bar- messy/dirty. No napkins, no forks, sauce bottles empty and sticky looking, food tray, straw wrappers and crumbs on the floor. Bad management apparently. When I asked the server for napkins and a clean table he was polite at least.

Quesadilla had to be eaten with a fork because it was stuck to the foil; it looked like a dead animal that you'd find in the woods!

Where do I start?! This place was a mess!!! We visited this establishment at 7:30 on a Sunday evening. We should have turned around when we walked in the door and saw every single table covered with food or garbage. Upon ordering, we noticed that they were out of several toppings, which can be overlooked. There were 5 employees behind the counter and food waste all around the payment counter; nobody was making any efforts to clean anything. Our portions were fair; however, the rice was so undercooked that we absolutely could not eat it - it was literally crunchy! My son's quesadilla had to be eaten with a fork because it was stuck to the foil; it looked like some squished, dead animal that you'd find in the woods! I would like to think that things are not always this poorly done here. However, consider that they were not understaffed - there were 5 employees bumping into each other behind the counter! During the 30 minutes of our stay in this establishment, there was never any sort of effort to clean the dining areas. This is easily the dirtiest food establishment I have ever eaten in! (and wish I hadn't) Perhaps management needs to do a better job at hiring and/or training the employees. Until that time, I would recommend, skipping this stop and driving somewhere else!

Both had the fries and drinks special. The burger was tasty. But the sauce made it very slippery and finally I couldn't finish it. I felt I had hit my greasy limit for the day. My husband devoured his. But ultimately couldn't finish it either. My conclusion is that it wasn't for us. Our stomachs can't take greasy like we use to. Which is a shame, because it did taste good. After dropping off my laptop, I got in my car and drove towards the Raising Cane's in Milford. Upon arriving towards the business the street to even enter into Raising Cane's is a hassle. It's a very busy intersection if you end up missing the turn on the main road. Upon entering this business, I was greeted by a young lady at the register and she was already very friendly, I gave my order and I went to go fill up my cup that I got with my "The Box" Combo. After that I sat down and waited for my food, It was a couple minutes but one of the workers was sweeping around the store so I sparked a conversation with them saying that I used to work fast food so I completely understand that they are just trying to keep the place nice and clean as the worker told me prior that she whipped everything down which I enjoyed. After that I was called up but my food wasn't there, so I just waited at the counter and the young lady that was on the register apologized to me about the inconvenience and I basically nodded and understood and let her know it's alright. As im waiting for my food to be given to me, I notice how the kitchen moves, the communication is a little lack luster which is unfortunate because I remember going to a Raising Cane's in Pennsylvania and the communication was on fire in that place. I feel like im giving them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened up recently in Milford. I was given my food and I went to sit down. Fries were cooked very well and crunchy for crinkle cut, which I enjoyed, a little salty but it was good when I dipped it in the signature Cane's sauce (Listen, hands down, best sauce out there). The texas toast was delicious as always and the chicken was decently cooked, one of which was a little hard to chew, but I had 3 good pieces which I couldn't complain about. Overall, I give this place a go around again and I will be returning when I come back to receive my laptop. Whoever actually had time to read this whole review, please please give this place a try, I know they just opened but just remember Connecticut never had a Raising Cane's so enjoy it while its there, the good reviews will potentially make Raising Cane's build more places around Connecticut, so try them out! -AJ

We walked up to a location that is more functional than destination-like, since it shares the mall dining area, but there is usually enough seating nearby and the ordering process moves fairly smoothly even when it gets busy. The setup is practical and efficient, designed for quick turnover and easy access for mall shoppers. The menu is exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, with the classic chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets, waffle fries, and milkshakes being the main highlights. We ordered a few items and found the food consistently satisfying for a quick meal, especially when you are looking for something reliable rather than a unique dining experience. The chicken tenders are also a solid option, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior, and the sauces are a big part of the experience, adding a layer of customization that keeps each visit feeling a little different. The waffle fries came out hot and well seasoned, and the sandwiches held up well for a food court order. Service is one of the stronger parts of this location. The employees were friendly and welcoming, helpful with ordering and quick to assist. The team kept the line moving even during a busy lunch rush, and the food came out without much delay. Like many busy mall locations, timing can vary depending on the crowd, and there are occasional reports of longer waits or order issues, but our experience was efficient and the staff handled the volume well. This is a convenient Chick-fil-A option if you are already at Danbury Fair Mall. It delivers the familiar quality, friendly service, and quick comfort food experience that the chain is known for, though the food court setting makes it feel more like a practical stop than a place you would go specifically for the atmosphere. For a reliable meal during a shopping trip, it fits the role perfectly.
