Last time I was there there were bugs floating in the watermelon limeade and the drink station was disgusting

Went in today, 1:15pm. I'm on a special diet but I noticed there was something I could get at Chipotle; which is never my first choice to eat at. Went in. Waited in line for 5 or so minutes. Rice was undercooked and the steak was chewy. The lettuce was very least though I might just be being picky there. Their quesadillas were not really melted and the guacamole had cilantro stems in it. It was in defiance but the others weren't much better. read more

We went for an early dinner around 4:15. My daughter got a kids taco and we had to tell him how to make it. The black bean looked like they had been in the pan all day. They were thick and starchy. I ordered a chipotle pork burrito. The meat was old and crusty. I'm ordered a drink and my daughter got water. There was no ice and no lemonade. all the specialty lemonades were out and the containers looked nasty. The Minute Maid lemonade was out as well. When I went to ask for ice and a lemonade I was given my cup filled only with ice. So I paid for a water. My daughter went to the bathroom and came out with wet paper towels to wash the table because there were no clean tables. The place was filthy. Stopped while passing through the area. Super fast and food was really fresh. Only my second time eating Chipotle. I had a bowl with the brown rice, polo asada (new and fire) fajita veg, corn salsa, pico, black beans, cheese, green salsa, guac and some sour cream on the side. Wow! A lot of food. Definitely had leftovers. Guac is extra, but fresh and worth it. Overall, food was great. Tables in restaurant were all dirty and needed cleaned- so I'd take out. read more

UNDERSTAFFED!!! I work and eat regularly @ Chipotle Locations in 5 states. Far below average experience here today. There was one person working the line and cash register, one on the grill and TWO on drive thru/online which did not appear to be as busy. There were 3 customers in front of me 4 bowls/burritos took almost 10 minutes. The woman behind me left after 4-5 minutes of no movement. Great staff just not enough of them. Also no fresh brewed tea available, the as well as the carnitas was quite dry and the drink area and some tables could used some attention. Not a manager in site..... read more

Very disappointed every time we've been there . The first time they were out of rice. The next time it was steamed veggies and corn salsa. This most recent visit they were out of chicken and corn salsa. Get it together chipotle's !! Maybe if they change management I'll be back. so sad read more

This location is hit & miss. Only had it twice, and when ordering inside I received all the ingredients I ordered in quality amounts. Ordering online and the burrito bowl was only half full with no guacamole. The other bowls had missing and sparse on the ingredients. I was warned of this before going the first time and I've heard this common complaint. Be careful ordering online, maybe you'll have better luck inside. Order pickup was delayed by 22 minutes!!! Fork, napkins, and vinaigrette were missing. Upon return, the employee said that they had no vinaigrette and "what I wanted him to do?!" I understand many places are understaffed during Covid, but this place was a disaster. The dining room is now open so I thought I'd give it a try. First time trying it since it opened. I had a late lunch, so the lunch rush was over. They were out of chicken and steak. That happens. Food was decent. But the dining room looked like a tornado hit it. Went to get my drink, no diet cola. That happens. Thought maybe tanks needed changed, but they were out of syrup. Not sure how this happens on a Friday afternoon. Only reason writing review is two employees came out in the doing room and instead of cleaning, complained to the only person cleaning that their juice was empty. You know I normally don't bash on places being a chef but when I walk in to a place and there is only two people In line!! You should not expect bad food I mean burnt and dry chicken and slow service it took them 20 mins to go through 2-3 people. Be careful ordering from this new restaurant. We placed an order today and when we got it home, realized they didn't give us our full order. We live 30 minutes away so we are out! Tried to call restaurant but of course can't get through to a person. No silverware, no napkins. Can be hard to check a big bag in drive thru, but you should! read more

We stopped in for our first visit. There was no air conditioning and it was hot. They were out of chips. There was only one person, in the building station, for inside orders. It was busy. He did a good job and didn't get flustered but it was a long wait in an non air conditioned building. I will probably go again but I will call ahead to see if the air conditioning is working. read more
