So far, I haven't had a bad experience at this Chipotle location. I particularly love their efficient drive up window for seamless order pick ups. Food is always fresh and portions are reasonable. The store is clean and there is lots of seating. Really can't complain. read more

It's a Chipotle...I don't recommend coming here during busy hours. I was in Delano on a work trip. I found, I think, the only Chipotle in the area. Food was fresh. I recommend not ordering on the app because you see to get more when you order in person. Staff were friendly because it was still before the rush. I've frequented many Chipotles and this by far is the worst of them all. Where do I begin.... I ordered a kids meal for my daughter, who typically enjoys her quesadilla, rice, and beans. The pinto beans were so spicy, my child started welling up with tears and cried until I gave her the chocolate milk. I'm pretty damn sure most kids do NOT enjoy eating spicy food. Also, the fruit they included with her meal was...I don't even know what it was. A mini orange? A calamansi? A freakin joke is what it was. Second, what I was charged for, was not what I ordered. They charged me for an adult portion of the quesadilla ($11.05 instead of the $5.55 for the kids meal I ordered). Aside from that hiccup, they also forgot to put lettuce on one of the bowls, even though I asked for it. (I was already paying for my order and didn't realize they forgot to put it until I got home.) This one of those Chipotle's where the food stays down below the rim of the bowl, when ordering a bowl. The employee putting the toppings on, put so little cheese, i couldve picked each strand off and counted them. Taco Bell has more cheese on their tacos. Come on. $14? For this? read more

Inconsistency is key here. You will never get the same experience twice. They are almost always out of something! It never fails. Why is this that this location falls far below the Chipotle standard? We went in once and there was no cilantro or lime in our white rice; it was just plain white rice. Other times our beans are flavorless. Fajitas veggies are a hit and miss. Sometimes it's all bell pepper and zero onion. Truly a disaster at this location. read more

This review is about the service. Delano, California location I went May 7, 2025 at 5 PM.. and the manager was moving so fast didn't even give me a chance to tell him if I wanted a little bit of lettuce or what he was moving fast and just cramming everything in there and even gave me cheese that wasn't even shredded up there were still chunks of cheese and he seen it. I know he did because I seen it and it was right there at the top and he didn't care and he had an attitude with me when I told him something about it and rudely grabbed it and threw it to the side Yes, I understand if you're moving fast and you're trying to hurry because it was kind of busy, but you need to be thorough and careful , give the customers a chance to tell you how much of something they want. Give them a chance to talk instead of being rushed, and I mean, rushed" white or brown rice what kind of beans cheese lettuce pico de gallo any sour cream " and he was saying it so fast !!! read more

We've been going to chipotle the past year here, however it seems as though things have changed. Skimpy portions, lack of flavor, watery food, and lazy workers with attitude. I seriously got a bowl today that could have been considered a kids meal portion. Definitely can see this place going soon. So sad for Delano when it was highly anticipated. read more

Delano has been getting so many new businesses that are closer to where I live. It is nice to have some of my favorite spots close by! We walked in and the dinning area was dirty. There were about 3 tables with small pieces of trash and used napkins on them. We did ask for them to clean a table for us and they did. We walked up to order and were greeted after a few minutes. The staff was not overly friendly, but did take care of our order. There was no ice in the machine, so my sister asked for some. They grabbed some from the back, which was nice of them. When more people came in they kept asking for ice and they finally filled it back up with ice. All of the napkin holders were completely empty, but did get filled eventually after a costumer asked for some. I ordered a burrito bowl with the chicken pastor and all the fixings. It was ok. I was a little disappointed in this location. I'm not sure I would back to this one, but may give it another try in the future. read more

The meat was fresh and tasty, the super greens were crisp and not soggy..soo two thumbs up for that. The owner or manager was the person serving the counter and was Fast, Courteous, and had no problem adjusting menu item according to my needs. Its right off the freeway and plenty of parking even for Big Rigs. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the A/C works great. For a hot summer drive up or down this 99 corridor it's a pleasant stop if you're hungry. read more

I didn't even get to place my order I was told that I had to get off my vehicle go inside place my order then I could pick up my order through the drive-thru window. Writing this between puke-sessions. Burrito-ista had a horrible attitude; I got a chicken burrito (white rice, double chicken, queso, salsa, lettuce) and it tasted fine, yet here I am puking from the top and the bottom. Chipotle is a heap of garbage unless youre into food poisoning. read more
