Visited this location on Cinco to claim the reward being offered for online orders. Explained to the manager that the app is not allowing me to remove the pricing for the free guac/chips. Manager and staff were rude, short and couldn't care less indicating that they could not help me. This level of service is just unacceptable. I emailed customer service at the corporate website and they replied that they too could not help me! This is just crazy. Too many food choice alternatives to be treated so poorly. This may have been the worst service I've ever received from a chipotle. Not only did they refuse to serve me a good portion of rice and chicken. They were unhelpful and rude. Really disappointed with my last meal here. I always order the same thing because it's always PERFECTION, but tonight, it was nothing close to what I usually dream about. The mild red salsa tasted on the verge of being rancid to start, the rice was overcooked and in giant balls (better purposed for sushi when talking stickiness than Mexican), and if I closed my eyes, I would've thought I was chewing on the charred bits of a grill instead of chicken. The restaurant was clean but I chose to eat outside and enjoy the great weather and the birds hanging around...this was especially nice since I returned home to the St Louis area the next during a full blown blizzard! I ordered food it has been 55 minutes and the workers are standing around haven't even started my order yet. DO NOT GO HERE chipotle HQ has to do a cleanup of this location. Absolutely terrible. I will never return to this chipotle again and would recommend that none of you do either!!!!! I ordered my bowl with black beans sofritas and cheese. That's all. It was less than half full and I was charged the same price as the people I was with who's bowls were overflowing. When I brought this to their attention they tried to tell me that was right!!!! That is bull. The other stores charge less for what they call a three point bowl. On top of all of this it was cold. And the store was dirty!!! Typical Chipotle. I enjoy the Estero & Naples locations as they are not super super crazy busy. This location was at the Estero location. Portion size was extremely filling. Stopped here on our way out from the mall across the street. It took us at least five minutes just to be served, there were only two people in front of us ordering. They were going extremely slow and also filling to go orders, which should be filled on the other bar. The employees were not friendly at all. When we went to check out I asked for lemons or limes, which any chipotle has always had, even if they had to go in the back and cut them. She assured me they did not have any. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience and I find the employees need to be trained better and have a better attitude. I've never been to such a slow chipotle with such poor service. Rude Manager. I was trying to redeem a reward and it would not work on the app. The manager said she knew nothing about the app and could not help me. Then why not give me the reward as it is not my fault the app has problems. Another polite and friendly employee overheard the conversation was able to make it happen. Absolute worst chipotle I've ever been to. I am a flight attendant and I've traveled all over the country. Yes, this is the worst one. I am an avid chipotle frequenter. Every time I come to this one, it takes at least 20 mins to order. There are not enough people working in here. I'm standing in line right now and watched 2 people LEAVE the line because of how long it was taking. 2 girls working the line and 3 people in the back cooking and food prepping. HOW does it take this long? Got here at 12:27 and it is now 12:56 and I'm still in line with 6 people in front of me. Line is out the door. Last time I was here they had no silverware. This chipotle is very poorly managed. I usually don't leave reviews but I've had enough. I got an apple juice and it tasted super weird. I had my 2 friends try it to make sure I wasn't just losing my mind. They said it tasted super weird too. The girl wouldn't give me another drink. I even spoke to the manager but they wouldn't do it-- something about messing up inventory. I was recently there again and my burrito was falling apart.. completely ripped down the middle. Usually, at other chipotles I've been to, they would put a new wrap on the burrito to re-do it. It was very annoying to eat the burrito. Anyway, I do not appreciate the service there and I believe it needs new management. Also the chicken is sometimes rubbery which grosses me out lol. Sorry for the long review. this chipotle is awful. i go to chipotle probably 3/4 times a week. recently moved here to discover that both of the chipotles in this area are sub par. when scooping portions, they don't give you much. and this is rice. when asking for more, i get a look and then barely given more. when then saying okay i'll pay for another side can you please add more the employee throws her hands up at me as if the rice comes out of her pay check. they give a solid amount of chicken, which you would think they would benefit more from giving less chicken than rice. and at the end i am being bent over at the register by paying $14 for a bowl with 5 bites in it. the employees here always act like they don't want to be there. if u don't want to work there, get a job elsewhere, mcdonald's or walmart would suit you better read more

Came here and got chips that didn't even break they were so stale. Was out of guac and complained about making chips at 9pm only to come home and the chips were stale. I ordered a quesadilla and the dude put watery meat in the center and cheese and folded it, it broke and then he double wrapped it into a crunch wrap supreme wet biscuit, learn how to make a quesadilla please. So...have to say that this is the first time that I have been dissapointed at a Chipotle :( My wife and I were out on a "working" date ( you know, where you go out without the kids and want to eat, but you also have to run 100 errands LOL?) My wife always orders chips, and I will "help" her eat them. The batch of chips we had were a little squishy. Yes, I just decribed tortilla chips as "squishy". So I took the up to the front, and without question, they pulled out a fresh batch wrapped in plastic and gave me another bag. The first chip or two was crunchy and I was so :) , then...SQUISH! Soft chip, in fact, so soft that I could bend it in half!!!! You should NEVER be able to bend a tortilla chip in half btw! Took that batch back up and was informed that Chipotle adds lime juice to the chips? Ok, I have no problem to that, but if you are adding so much it is making your chips squishy...thats a problem. I was told "that is how they are" even after performing a live "bend the chip in half demonstration" and there was no offer to do anything at all (by either of the two employees) so I turned around and threw the bag in the garbage, finished our meal and we left! These guys put the FAST in fast food! Wow, I was amazed how fast you go through the line choosing your order and toppings. The experience was impressive and for fast food it is very good. Compared to Taco Bell, Chipotle is easily a few notches up in terms of quality and overall experience. Even the dining room has more of a trendy feel to it, similar to Starbucks with people eating, chatting and listening to music in the background. I recommend the burrito bowl. read more

Bad costumer service. The cashier had a bad attitude and threw the bowl lid when I needed more lettuce in my food.

I normally love chipotle but the last time I went to this one the rice was cold and hard, the server barely filled the bowls, and i found pork in my chicken bowl, I do not eat pork so this was a very unpleasant surprise and I ended up throwing the bowl away. Sad. read more
