The person that cheated my card added guac when I never got it .If I didn't call it out my money would not have been returned,and then told me that moes Monday is only for app users. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had a restaurant in some time. This place has gone down hill bad. The guy at the front is higher than a kite. I asked for 3 soft tacos with only chicken and cheese on them. And a cup of queso. It took him 10mins to do that. Only person in the place. To his defense the 3 Mexican girls who were working were standing in the corner laughing and talking the whole time. There were so many small things (forgetting chips, not warming up the tortillas, and putting adobe chicken when I asked for White) that just is unacceptable. I don't know who manages this place now but ever since Shane left this place had gone to the dumps and it's sad to see. Clearly this man was not trained enough and should lay off the weed. This is by far the best Moe's in the area. Shane and his crew are always friendly and quick. They make the best stacker around! Plus, the view out the back of the restaurant is so nice! You can dine with the swans definately reccomended stopping here while doing some shopping. The queso is always hot and the coke machines are always full of root beer. read more

I get the same order every time because it really is the best. - Veggie Alright Alright Alright (nachos) - Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Beans, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Corn Salsa, Salsa, Lime squeezed And... I wish I had read reviews before we visited. The manager (appeared to be), wasn't very friendly. I asked what the new Moe's sauce tasted like and he gruffly said "I don't know I don't eat it, do you want it?" The restaurant was filthy. Every table dirty, men's restroom closed, women's dirty, one drink machine out of order and the other with only a couple options, and salsa bar was a mess. I thought the controversy with chipotle portions was bad. Ordered a burrito and the worker sprinkled three lines side by side at the edge of the burrito. I ordered chicken and less than 5 pieces. By the end he asked if I wanted cheese I said a little, after he proceeds to ask anything else I said no, he adds more cheese just so the burrito has enough "girth" to even close. 50% cheese, 50%burrito. She supposedly spooned chicken on the nachos but immediately covered everything with black beans. When I got home there was NO chicken at all. None! And it wasn't like I was going to drive back up. This Moe's used to be the BEST location. It beat all other local stores and even out of state. But in the last year or so it has taken an extreme turn for the worst. They got rid of the chip warmer which was a terrible idea because now all the chips are stale and cold and it was something that set them aside. The quality of employees has also declined SIGNIFICANTLY. The past 3 times I have been in there, the employees either have terrible attitudes and seem annoyed that they have to do their jobs, or they are even arguing with the customers in a pretty hostile manner! It makes it an overall uncomfortable place to be because everyone is mad at you. They have also gotten rid of a lot of their topping options which is disappointing. It used to be our favorite fast food place but unfortunately, after too many chances, we will not be going anymore. This location is the only one that we visit. The line where they build your entree has always been clean, full and appealing until lately. We visited last night, it was not late it was only 7:00pm and they are open until 10:00pm. The food line looked terrible, messy and scrapping the bottom of everything to complete our order. Then when we get to the end to pay they proceed to tell us that both fountain soda machines had very little choices in them, so all of that and then the price which has gone up for less product just does not make any sense. So we turn around to get a table and only 1 other person in the restaurant but yet EVERY table was dirty and the garbage cans were overflowing, so we sat outside. I order from this location at least monthly and tonight I was super disappointed due to the fact that I placed a $100, $20 something of which was tip. They completely forgot the steak bowl, which was my mother's meal for the night. I had to give her half of my meal and fill up on queso and chips. The most annoying part of this night was when I called back to complain, I was immediately put on hold and eventually hung up on. The staff, atmosphere, and location are great here. As soon as you walk inside you feel welcomed by hearing "Welcome to Moe's!" I love it! :) The food is always fresh and great tasting. I always order the Super Kingpin. It's a yummy vegetarian quesadilla with a side order of pico and sour cream. Their chicken and steak are hormone and antibiotic free. I think the beef is grass fed. Which is the healthiest beef. Corn fed cows can only live a few months and is bad for your health. So eating at this place is awesome because you know you are eating healthy no matter what you eat. We know people who love eating here. We don't understand it. The best thing about this particular Moe's is the location. There is a deck outside with tables that overlook a small lake. We spent an enjoyable two hours sitting in the sun, talking with friends and watching water birds and swans. The food here just isn't our thing. The highlight of the meal was chips and queso. The chips tasted fresh and the queso was good. We ordered bowls with rice, black beans, chicken and cheese. Whoever owns this location obviously has no clue what the employees do. I ordered my steak tacos and as they were sent to the next station for dressing, the "meat Girl" asked to put down more chicken on the grill. Well, the gentleman, left my taco sit while he went into back, get the chicken, put it on the grill, then clean up, THEN got back to me. I honestly believe I sat idle for 7 minutes. Needless to say the taco's were completely cold before I sat down. I even asked them if they were cold and they replied "No". I should have taken them back and had them re make them but, I knew that it was the last time I was going to be there. This event and others is typical of this location. This spot is terrible. Not only are they constantly on organized and messing my order up and forgetting things, it's ran by mostly kids who don't answer the phone after 4:30 PM. This is the fourth or fifth time in the last month when I have called, with no answer. They don't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and let you know that they are busy, instead they just ignore you. I just placed an order online, and they didn't give me the option to choose the kind of sauce I wanted for my taco. I've been trying to call, with no answer. I even called catering, and she tried to get a hold of the store and cannot do so. I will find other places to leave this negative review as well, I'm very disappointed seeing as my family visits at this location at least once or twice a week. I spend a lot of money at this particular location, to get zero respect in exchange. What if I'm even more aggravating, is that every time I use my debit card in the store they asked me to leave them a tip... And I refuse to do so moving forward if I ever step foot back in this location. How can you ask people to tip you when you're not even trying to do your job, or trying to give back to your customers?
