I asked for a small fountain drink, but was given a water cup instead. I went ahead and filled it with soda, only to realize the cup had a hole in it. When I went back to ask for a replacement, I was told that the cup I had was a water cup and that I wasn't allowed to put soda in it. What's frustrating is that I did originally ask for a small fountain drink. The employee at the register told me that if I had ordered a small fountain drink, she would have given me the correct cup--which is exactly what I had asked for in the first place. Instead of fixing the situation, she handed me another water cup, even though I still wanted to purchase the drink I originally requested. Overall, this felt like a miscommunication that wasn't handled well, and the customer service could have been much better. read more

Ordered using the app. Burrito bowl. Light white rice, chicken, pinto beans, pico, light sour cream and extra cheese. I received no sour cream and barely any cheese at all. The light rice was correct. The chicken was very dry and had no flavor. I have consistently not received a good meal here. They have really cut down on portion size also. I know I ask for light rice, but all other ingredients should be properly balanced. And I'm not the only one who is complaining about the quality at this store. We ordered through the app - got it home: Husband ordered a bowl with double meat, double beans and the salsa on the side - $18 but he got his for free because of points on the app. He would have gone there and gotten it corrected if he paid for it. I ordered a bowl with meat, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and corn salsa Both were mostly rice. His had just a few more pieces of meat than mine, no double beans, and nothing was on the side. Mine had half of the amount of meat as a normal bowl, a sprinkle of lettuce (are they running low on it?) a lot of sour cream, normal cheese, and just a bit of corn salsa. This is the 3rd time that our order was either incorrect and/or the food was smaller portions of some thing and way too big of others. I would say that the cheapest toppings were given in high quantities and the more expensive ones are shorted - but isn't lettuce cheaper than sour cream? Food was in the car within a minute of arrival. Everything was as ordered. The burritos were labeled with who they should go to and the exact ingredients in each one. If I could give a 0 I would. I had the same issue within the last year as another reviewer had. I went in around 9pm and they were out of almost everything I wanted. I managed to make it (kind of) work...until the end... when they were out of salad dressing. I finally told the girl (who was extremely rude from the get go as if she was inconvenienced by my even being there) forget it. She literally told me don't come back. I looked at her and said "excuse me?" She said "we don't want people coming here who waste food." I could have said a lot more that would have gotten me banned from the restaurant, but instead I didn't say anything and decided to call corporate and report her the next day. I haven't been back since. Hopefully the brat hasn't either. It's worth mentioning, the time before this, they messed up my order and I had to go all the way back after getting home. I ordered a chicken bowel. Get home. Lid is marked with a big "C" and low and behold no chicken. I go back. The same two guys were working. The one had the nerve to ask for my receipt when he was the exact same one who asked me if I wanted my receipt to begin with and I declined. He had the nerve to try to charge me again! Watch your tape kid! I had just left! And start giving people their receipts instead of asking if they want them! Mind you, I only live 10 minutes away... so less than 30 minutes had passed. They didn't remember who I was??? This location is awful. And for a new location, it's taking up space that could be used for something else. The employees are a waste of time and money. I sent a delivery order via the app and at the time it showed no restrictions or that they were out of anything so I ordered a steak bowl. Once my delivery person got there they sent me a text saying they were out of steak. Not sure why that wasn't noted on their app or how you run out of steak but I'll be steering clear of this location if this is how it's going to run. read more

My girlfriend and I came in a couple days ago at 9:00 p.m. We waited in a line of about 10 people. When we finally got up to give our order they told us that they were out of white rice, chicken, steak, and a few other things. What is the point of even being open? Why wouldn't you have food being cooked if you're going to be open for another hour? They were obviously too busy cleaning the grill and the walls behind it. Not only that but the guy standing there who would be making our food had gloves on then decided to wipe his nose with the back of his gloved hand.
