Historically, this was my favorite location. But lately, they've been skimpy with the meat. As a former fast food worker, I understand the limits on portion sizes. However, you shouldn't insult the customer. To make matters worse, the burrito was poorly wrapped and fell apart as soon as I bit into it - not because it was full, of course, but because it was loose and flimsy. This location has all the elements of a bad restaurant. Poor portions, food quality, bad customer service, terrible management, I have made an attempt numerous times to reconcile these issues with the same manager and there is always some sort of excuse but in the end the manager needs to take responsibility for the way this location is being run. Delivery orders are usually incorrect, pickup times are never accurate, if the order was even prepared first. It's just a barrage of false promises of going to get better "next time". They desperately need an entire new staff of people who are willing to do their job and do it right. As much as I love Chipotle this location has almost single handily made me despise this fast food chain. read more

Chipotle is Chipotle and nothing will change the flavor of my order except for the extra cup of guac I was charged that I had no idea was in my bag until after I finished my meal. Not to mention, the cashier aggressively slid my bag towards me. I've been in customer service for 7 years and I've had plenty of bad days within that time. Ok people it's Chipotle. You either like the food or not. This location is pretty good when it comes to service. Lines are typical at the typical times but are handled pretty well. Service is ok at best. You always get a few employees who seem to have never talked to people before or know how to talk to people or could care less to talk to people. Portions are always small. You shouldn't have to ask to get a little more of almost everything they put on your order...especially when you don't use most of what typically is on your normal item. Dining area is clean. My family and I are at Chipotle at least once a week. We order from different locations depending on if we're at home or the office. This location by Jungle Jim's is the worst in the area. They're consistently slow and are stingy with the portions. We ordered via Door Dash and literally could see the bottom of the bowls because they were stingy with the ALL THE INGREDIENTS. Just went into this location ordered two burritos and a burrito bowl. Chicken in burrito bowl was raw (pink) raw! Rice in burritos was undercooked hard inedible! The best part is all the employee's in the restaurant were busy....not making food but on their cell phones. The place was full of Uber eats drivers waiting for their orders. Uber eats be prepared for complaints from your customers because their food is raw! read more

Wow this chipotle has REALLY gone down hill lately. The 3 guys that work the line minus the younger kid working the restaurant could give a crap less for customer service. My food is always cold, the chips are either stale or not even cooked correctly, and I never get a good serving of anything. Asked for a side of cheese and I got the smallest portion. I usually have no problems here as a local, but there is one employee whom on several occasions I have experienced with. This man takes an average 5 minutes per customer just to make a single bowl or burrito. He moves at a slow motion pace and it's outrageous. I've been in line for a total of 35 minutes. Not ok. This is the worst chipotle ever. I have been going here for over 5 years because it was my favorite chipotle out of all of them. Unfortunately, today i went and i had to wait over 30 minutes for the fajitas vegetables. No one said anything to me. I still had to pay for everything and got nothing in return. The manager was walking around and kept staring but never spoke. They tried using the same nasty bowl they made in the beginning until i asked to make it fresh again. Generally, I'm a huge fan of Chipolte. The fact that Chipolte is one of the few places where you can get local produce and meat without hormones and antibiotics is huge! However, this location is disappointing. My impression is that the staff need some motivation stimulation and some pride in the product they are serving. I requested a veggie fajita burrito and was told they were out of veggies. I asked how long and was told 10 minutes. They seemed dumbfounded that this was an issue. Considering the veggies is what makes it a burrito for me, it was. So I waited my 10 minutes and returned, noticing that there didn't seem to be any veggies on the grill yet. There wasn't. I asked if they had even started the veggies and was told they had to cut them. Now I was the one who was dumbfounded. Considering veggies are a key ingredient that they use all day, how could they not notice that they were low and not have any prepped. It wasn't because they had a lack of staff, there were at least 7 people standing there. Anyhow, I walked out pretty annoyed. I'll return to Chipolte for the reasons stated above, but not this location. read more

This is the only disappointing experience that I have had at a Chipotle restaurant. My issue is really about the cleanliness of the place, although the barbacoa beef looked like it was reheated from some generic frozen batch that was trucked in. I order the barbacoa routinely when I eat at Chipotles, but this stuff didn't look like anything that I have seen in 4 different states. The restaurant only had two tables occupied when we arrived, but I saw over 6 tables that hadn't been wiped down as we tried to find a clean place to sit. I am a fan of Chipotle, but I stopped in this place to grab a quick dinner before heading to the store. I found a few pieces of chicken to have some extra fat on them which were hard to chew. Ok, no big deal. The music in the place seemed to be more loud than your average Chipotle. I couldn't make out the music so I tried my best to ignore it and enjoy my dinner. read more

I have been to several Chipotle locations and this one is just lacking something. It's one of the newer locations I've been in, yet it feels older than one of the very first locations I ever tried. It's sort of odd and doesn't feel as if there is any structure. When I walk in to most of them I know exactly where the line forms to place my order. At this location I had to look to the left and think.. ok that makes sense...but it almost felt as if I could just walk straight up to the counter like a fast food joint. When we did order there was no crowd and the food came out exactly like we had ordered. The food looked fresh, and the dining room was clean. This location just doesn't feel as shiny and interesting as the others or something. I can't really put a finger on it. But all in all the food was the typical stuff I'd expect and it was yummy and warm, so I'd definitely go back if I'm over there and have the craving. read more

Our food was good and so was the service. Even though they were busy, they took care of customer orders as fast as possible. However, the dining area and the bathrooms needed cleaning. There were crumbs on most of the empty tables and some type of liquid had been spilled on the floor and was quite sticky. Let's not even get into talking about the very smelly bathrooms. Even though other reviews are horrible I was really craving chipotle so I decided to bite the bullet and try this location. I was really pleasantly surprised. 8:45pm and 1 lady in front of us and we got through in minutes. Although as we went through they ran out of items the refills were being finished right when they asked for the refill. There were 3 people in the line filling orders and 2-3 people in the back preparing food. Also being 8:45pm they were relatively busy. When we left there were about 4 people having their food made and 4 waiting to be helped who had just walked in. And in regards to others who had problems with old food and having trouble asking for extra, we had none of that in fact I got extra rice without asking. I always ask for the beans on the side and I had no problems with asking for that and extra lettuce. All with no problems and the food was fresh. All in all I am very happy with my visit and I'm very excited about this because we just moved and this is on my way home from work! read more

I've been to this chipotle many times against my better judgement. I frequent many different locations throughout the Tri-state area and this one is hands down the worst of them all. They absolutely have the slowest service. I live near this one but will travel further to other locations. This isn't a one time experience, rather a few dozen. I love love love Chipotle. Well, let me rephrase that. My 3-year old loves loves loves Chipotle. So every time we're going to Jungle Jim's we stop and order a kids taco kit. (Did you know Chipotle has a kids menu? They sure do! Seriously, check it out. It's pretty awesome.). Anyway, this location is, well, off. We essentially go to two Chipotles in this city. The one close to my house and the one by Jungle Jims. They both have their quirks. The problem with this one? Everyone is always new? I feel like they're always training new folks, and as a result, the manager is on edge/impatient/strict. Imagine watching someone be painfully slow, like sooo slow, and you know you can do it faster because you've been doing this now for what seems like forever, but you have to let them do it because they're in training. No imagine having to watch someone watch someone be painfully slow. Uggg. I feel like I watch this drama play out every time I go between the new employee and the manager (I think she's the manager...she seems like the in charge lady). That actually doesn't bother me so much, but it does speak to what does bother me...the micromanaging stingy-ness. Twice now I've taken my little guy to the rest room (more like ran to the restroom because 3-year olds give you like 2 seconds warning) and come out only to find his meal (I don't usually order something for myself) has been cleared and our table wiped down. We're talking half the food, a full container of milk and a whole bag of kiddie chips thrown away. Maybe this location is on edge because of all the previous negative reviews about cleanliness (I've always found it clean), but still...On these occasions I've gone up and said, 'You threw away my son's meal.' To which they usually respond, 'I thought you left! You didn't leave anything at the table.' Ummm...yes, generally, I keep my purse/wallet with me at all times. Anyway, then they turn kind of timidly, maybe a little scared even, to the manager who then begrudgingly gives me some replacement food (but not a whole new kids meal). The last time I was there, the manager lady was hovering over what appeared to be a new guy as he assembled my son's kids meal. Instead of putting guac on the plate, this location (maybe all locations now, I don't know) puts it in a container. So he fills up the container and moves the tray down. She picks up the container and removes about 1/3 of the guac and reseals it. Ummm..I'm standing right there. And while my son I guess doesn't need a whole container, it was just a little, well, petty. Are times tough for this location? You can't give me a full cup of guac? I didn't order any meat for flips sake. Are you running out of avocados? I can pick some up for you at Jungle Jims if you like. They usually have a mountain of them. So basically I feel like the staff at this place are in constant turn-over and that the manager (I think she's the manager) is a micromanager. I have had zero issues with this location, as some people have stated. Sometimes the line takes a while to go through but you should expect that during dinner time. Chipotle is super popular, its going to be busy during lunch and dinner. The staff does a good enough job getting through all the customers, and making everything perfectly. I haven't had a bad burrito yet. This is my go to location since it is close to my apartment, and I don't plan on changing that any time soon. read more

The floors were disgusting in the dining area, my brother said the men's bathroom was covered in pee. The women's bathroom had no soap and then my grandmothers food had a piece of tomato that still had the sticker on it. (I mean come on that means you didn't wash it).
