Ok, right now Yelp shows this Chipotle as 1.9 stars, and that seems unwarranted. This is a normal Chipotle with all the same offerings that you'd expect at any location. They've got a drive thru pickup, which I've always found to be very convenient when placing an online order (it's not a normal drive through like you'd find at fast food joints). They've staff has never been less than friendly, and the food has been exactly what I expect from Chipotle. All told, this location is a standard Chipotle, which is fast casual Mexican food with an American twist--nothing more. Don't worry about the bad reviews, this place is just fine. read more

This i used to be a decent location for Chipotle, but it has really gone downhill. Last night, i ordered a bowl plus a side of chips and guacamole. The chips were totally stale, the guacamole was brown on top and stringy throughout and the bowl looked like they had just dumped random spoonfuls of things in it. It wasn't even a half full bowl and it was mostly corn and rice. Super disappointed. The guy at the window was busy talking to another employed and barely acknowledged customers. So, I'm not sure why this Chipotle has low ratings. Everything the Hubbs and I have visited here we have received amazing customer service, good portions, and it was a quick visit. The food here is always fresh, of course. Also, even during rush hour, there was no messes and it looked like staff kept the kitchen pretty clean and orderly. read more

We stopped in today for a quick bite to eat. Before we read anything on yelp we were pleased with the place. I didn't see all the one star reviews until we sat down with our food. Either we came on a good day or Chipotle whipped this place into shape since these horrible reviews because this place was classic chipotle to me. I got a generous helping of all my items in my bowl and so did my wife. The service was fast and friendly. We had no issues at all. We dined in to take in the beautiful view this place has to offer. Other people came to dine in as well and no one had any issues as far as we could see. Back to the view of this location man this is the nicest looking chipotle I've ever been to. The place has floor to ceiling windows all around so you can catch the beautiful scenery of the rolling hills and the up and coming area. I would dine in all the time just for the view. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because everything was on par with any other chipotle franchise I've visited. Nothing was over and beyond but everything was delicious. read more

Ordered online (easy process, no issue there) Stepped inside to grab my food & also order chips and guac which I forgot on my online order Couple issues- (1) staff standing around chatting/playing it seems like in the space that connects the restaurant/sitting area to the kitchen. Two later sat down to eat. So I am assuming their shift ended or they were on break. With long lines and an unfulfilled online orders. Customers do not want to witness casual conversation & what appears to not be working. (2) I previously ordered chips and they were extremely over salted. So remembering that I thought I'd ask for unsalted chips. Was told they don't make their chips fresh throughout the day. So at this time no unsalted chips were available. (3) I witnessed an employee wearing gloves, touch the trash can (moved it from previously stated area- to the other side of the kitchen next to sink. However he did not remove his gloves. Turns around to greet customers and discuss what they wanted. --- I could see from where I was standing they wanted a bowl. Which he grabbed and I mentioned to another employee about his gloves not being changed. He just agreed to remove gloves and wash his hands. I confirmed with this worker that just made my food that she hadn't started until I was then present and watching her (she was initially standing with the other group talking when I walked in). She voiced yes, gave me her name. I asked for the other gentleman's name which she refused. This conversation mind you is happening unbeknownst to me right in front of the manager- which he not once inquired what the issue was or if he could in anyway help. Once she mentioned he was the manager he asked if I wanted my food remade. Which no, since I just watched her but if my food which wasn't involved was offered to be made instead of the issue addressed that's a cause for concern. If you order from this restaurant I suggest stepping inside and watching them. Seems like a lot of young kids playing and hanging out. read more

It has been a long exhausting day from school and my part time job. Decided to go and order chipotle for me and my dad since we were about to head home from a tiring day. We open our bowls only to see they didnt give us any of the meat for a PROTIEN BOWL. We were still hungry from a long day but even then we didnt finish it since the rice was undercooked and the veggies didnt taste fresh at all. Second time I went here and there's this older white lady that pretty rude. Plus she's slow at the job. She's rude when serving the customers and when I told her don't close the lid yet to add more items she seemed to yell at me. If you don't like your job or enjoy it, simply quit. I am basing my review off my first and only experience (thus far) with this Chipotle location. I ordered my food on the app and took advantage of the Chipotlane to pick it up. It was ready by the time stipulated on the app and I didn't have to wait for my food to be handed to me when I got to the window. My interaction with the window employee was minimal so I can't comment on the locations customer service at this time. When I got my food home, I was pleasantly surprised by the larger portions in my bowl than I'm typically used to getting. The chicken in my bowl tasted great as did the guacamole. I would note that the guacamole didn't have quite the kick that other locations have; maybe they missed a spice? The only "issue" with the food was getting chunks of cheese in the bowl rather than shredded cheese. At this time, I would order from this location again! read more

Just picked up an online order that was 20 minutes later than designated time. The young girl at the register told me that no one is perfect. Definitely not the way you talk to patrons. They need more management to help them be more efficient. Should have prep area for in store customers then prep area for online orders. If unable to keep both areas open then have in store customers wait a few minutes until they get caught up with online orders!!!! Hire more employees if you don't have enough help!!!! Not impressed! Don't ever use the order ahead feature. Every time I order from this location I wait 30 minutes or more AFTER the estimated time provided for your order to be ready. We often come to this chipotle as it isn't clear across the city and it's a healthier option for nearby. But after our last trip, it would take an act of God to get us to go back. All of the staff seemed put out to even serve anyone, as if it wasn't their job, and when my husband asked for a double wrapped burrito, the person helping seemed to get irate and proceeded to slam something in the trash can and stack two tortillas on top of each other under the press. The lady assisting with the toppings got irritated when I asked which salsa I should put on my burrito bowl. I felt bad for the people in front of us as well as staff seemed rather put out to help them. Bad days happen and sometimes bad days get the better of us. But that was ridiculous and no one should ever be treated in such a way, particularly for asking simple, easy to answer questions and putting in a reasonable order. If we ever have to go back to a chipotle, as honestly it just put a really bad taste in our mouth, no pun intended, we will go across the city. These people have a Chipotlane which is supposed to be a pickup lane to just go pickup your orders done online. However, it is the slowest thing I have ever seen. You end up getting your food very cold. I am under the impression the let people order on the window, and that messes up the whole purpose. Not the best chipotle. Not very generous with the servings you know it's bad when there barely get any rice on the bowl. I pay the extra two bucks for the carne asada and get half chicken and half carne asada. And they gave me half a spoonful of carne then shook off about half the carne asada on the spoon. It's chipotle so still alright but not the best one for sure hoping they will adjust. read more
