7 nachos on a 13.00 order the size of 50 cent pieces.

Very disappointed. Mexican food not up to Mexican standards. One order of Bean and cheese nachos are a joke. Young employee not wearing gloves when mixing guacamole, has sniffles, touching his nose then food.......health department please. Don't waste your time or money here. System set up would allow photos.

We were in the area on Sunday afternoon and looking for a solid Mexican lunch destination when Fresco's caught our attention (on Yelp of course). Getting into the place proved difficult as parking was tight, packed, and difficult to navigate between the train tracks and roads, but we got that sorted and headed in. Being Sunday, in Texas, meant football and the bar area was packed, but the main restaurant seating area had plenty of open tables. Nearly all of the wait staff looked younger than 18 and I'm certain they outnumbered the guests in the main seating area. We were seated quickly, but then kind of left alone for a few minutes until a young lady approached to take our drink order. She apologized and said our table was handled by another young man, but I guess he was on a break? With so many wait staff circling, it was difficult to keep up, but we got our drink order in and checked out the menu... Well... the prices were... unsettlingly high. I mean, this isn't a high end Tex-Mex restaurant.. it really just has the vibes of a nice sports bar, but their prices didn't reflect that at all. Two brisket tacos for $14... a quesadilla for 12.75?? Now, I'll qualify that the portions for those two items we ordered were large enough for us to make two meals out of them, but that just seems like it could be portioned more appropriately for lunch menus rather than feeling locked in to a massive bill. In the end, we paid over $50 with tip for two tacos, a quesadilla, side of queso, and two domestic beers... IMO, that's FAR too much for a lunch of basic menu items. Oh well.. lesson learned, and I'll be sure to avoid that trip again.

Service was excellent as they quickly accommodated our party of almost 20, seating and bringing drinks and appetizers efficiently. Our server did a great job of taking care of everyone. The food was delicious and the cocktails were yummy. Will definitely be back!

YUM!! What a great spot in a very cute little town!! The salsa to start with was smokey and spicy. The enchiladas (that I asked for queso on top instead) WERE AWESOME!! The taquitos were also excellent - had just the perfect crisp outside and a good southwest flavor. Our waitress was super friendly (knew some of her regulars so well) and there were even some local baseball kids outside offering cookies for a bit of a bake sale. Plenty of parking when we got there. We often drive though this neck of the woods, but we will plan to stop here more often now that we know this is here!

Service was top notch. Friendly, attentive. Our waitress, Jessica asked if it was our 1st time (it was) and brought out a side of their meats to sample. They were delicious. I had the shrimp, stuffed with a jalapeño and cheese, wrapped in bacon. They arrived topped with melted cheese. A lot of it. Good but not great. The street corn was perfect and delicious. The Taco and enchiladas were good as well. We really enjoyed the queso.

Me and my wife had the shared fajita plate with rice and beans but nothing really stood out. The salsa was probably the best thing I tasted so far, it had a smoky taste to it and went well with the chips. In fact, I asked for more salsa and literally poured it on everything including the queso. I also had three alcoholic drinks, the paloma, the jalapeno cucumber and the pina colada. The first two were gross, I might as well have drinked straight from the bottle but the pina was super delicious and sweet. Parking was horrible on a saturday, we had to go very far and even parked on some grass three streets down. The best was the atmosphere, everyone here looked like they were having an awesome time. Might come back but I'll have to try something else for sure.

Went for lunch on a Saturday after checking out the great Burleson Farmers Market. It's a busy place but it's big and the workers were doing a great job. We asked our waiter for recommendations since it was our first visit. He brought us out a sample plate with bite sized piece of each of their meats for us to try. The chicken, steak & brisket were all so tender and delicious. It was hard to decide! I got the brisket quesadillas and had some for leftovers. We had the brisket taquitos that were also delicious. The mashed potatoes are pure indulgence- I could eat those as a meal by themselves!! Soooo good! I also enjoyed the chips and salsa. The true agave margarita was fresh and delicious! We look forward to going back! This could definitely be a regular place for me.

the waitress next to our table was stoned out of her mind. I walked in the bathroom after her and it smelled like marijuana.

Server comes over and asks for drink order. When she comes back I place my order. The pick 3 special. A great deal. I order the salad, and bloomin burger. She doesn't ask what dessert I would want. Not a big deal since dessert isn't for a while. I ask for no raw onions. I love me some bloomin onion though which is why I ordered the bloomin burger. She asked well done. I asked for closer to medium. Bread is brought out by food runner. Salad makes its way out. It is nice and cold and crisp. Yay! My entree comes out via food runner. No server to ask for ketchup for my fries. Which I would have liked for my fries. Server never comes back to check on flavor or temperature of my burger, which is an issue because no bloomin onion on my bloomin burger. More waiting. I look around and see two other tables of folks dining, in close proximity, but no staff around. Finally my burger is getting cold and I would like my bloomin onion strings. I walk up the hostess station and inquire about how to speak to my server. I sit down and wait. The hostess informs me that my server is on an important call and won't be able to get back to work. Okay another server comes over and I explain my bloomin onions are missing. He brings a few that are cold as I am sure they have been sitting around in a holding pan. Maybe they forgot to put them on? No problem I just want to eat my burger before it is actually not warm anymore! Still no server. I wait for someone to come to my table and ask for dessert order, but I don't actually have a server anymore. So back to the hostess station I go. There is another server waiting in the bar area where we are seated but she looks to be off shift. A gentleman walks over to her as his server (I assume my sever) is nowhere to be found and he needs a to go box. I ask the hostess if I could please order my dessert with my server or a manager, someone. I am now told my server is on the phone with her bank and can't come back right now. The hostess says she will grab the manger. The manager walks behind the bar area doesn't acknowledge any requests and sends another server over to take my dessert order. This is now person number 3. Manager walks past us all and out to an empty dining room. No asking how my meal was, nothing. Dessert comes out and as I am finishing and preparing to pay on the mobile machine on the table, (since no server) lo and behold my server reappears. No apology for abandoning her customers. I didn't want nor need an explanation but an acknowledgement or apology would have been the polite thing to do. I pay on the mobile machine and leave. I am a bit broken hearted. Outback has always been my goto for family birthdays and celebration, but obviously they must be busy enough that customer service at lunch isn't a thing. I won't be back. Texas Road house is up the street and their service has always been amazing and their food too!
