I guess I'm just adding to the trending reviews of the minnie portions at this location. I asked for a bowl with white rice and was given literally a *half" scoop of white rice, the entire bottom of the bowl was showing. I asked for more rice, I was then given another half scoop, I said "oh I wanted white rice not light rice" she responded "I know." I thought she must have misheard white for light... Then I asked for double chicken, which was also the least amount of meat I've ever received at any Chipotle I've been to in ANY state. Don't waste your lunch break to be disappointed. read more

This is the WORST Chipotle I have EVER been to. I ordered online and CLEARLY they don't care if you want extra anything. Portion size was AWFUL. I'm not looking for heaping amounts I just want my money's worth, so I ordered AGAIN online another time shortly after and the portion size was extremely small again, I said to myself I will NEVER go back again. I really don't know what's up with this location. I live 4 minutes away and if I want Chipotle I have to drive ALL THE WAY to Eton on Chagrin which is 30+ minutes out the way. They always make my food as ordered without having any attitudes if you ask for extra. These places need to get it together because there are definitely other places to choose from. read more

First of all I will never go to this location again. It's conveniently located but I would rather drive another 10 minutes to get better service. The employees are lazy, slow and messy. They also clearly don't understand portion sizes because I asked for a tiny bit of sour cream and the girl slopped a huge pile of it on my chicken bowl along with about 15 pounds of cheese. "If this is the 'improved' or 'better' Chipotle then I will not be eating here again!" Let's start with the arrival. YOU CAN HEAR THE MUSIC BEFORE YOU OPEN BOTH DOORS! Loud, VERY Loud. Moving on. It's Chipotle, ALWAYS expect a line. Wait was actually okay. I arrived at the counter in less than 10 minutes BUT I soon found out why. High school let out early and all the juniors and seniors were there preparing the food (as quick as possible) it seemed. They were kids! I don't mind kids at all IF they do their jobs but was there anyone there that was even close to the legal drinking age of 21?? The first kid who asked me what I would like was a young teenage girl. I said the "Barbacoa burrito". She slapped the wrap in the warmer, pulled it out and said, "You wanted white rice, right?" Now, before I continue with this DISASTER; I am short 5' 2" girl with a high pitched voice. Those glass counters are NOT made for people 5' 5" and under because if you want to speak with the employees so they can hear you over the music then you have to stand on your toes like a ballerina and tell them! With that music playing I had to YELL what I wanted but didn't help AT ALL! So, back to the rice. As I was saying "No, I wanted brown rice." She threw white rice down on the wrap THEN ASKED WHAT MEAT I WANTED!!! Did you not hear what I said?? I said "Barbacoa Burrito and I wanted brown rice!" She ignored me and slid my burrito to the next person. Great. Then came the toppings. I was able to point to what I wanted (mostly) and they understood me UNTIL I came to the shredded cheese. My roommate who I was sharing this burrito with is lactose intolerant but still likes some cheese and some dairy in moderation. I said to the employee, "I would like a LITTLE BIT OF CHEESE". Well, a little bit of cheese at this establishment means; "Cover the meat until you can't see it." Once again, as I interceded with the employee 'pouring it on now' with the cheese, I said, "LIGHT CHEESE" but she also ignored me and passed my "food" to the tall guy next to her. All I wanted from his "station" was SOUR CREAM. I pointed to the sour cream and said "Sour cream". He replied "What?". I said it slower and prolonged my words while pointing; "SOUR...CREAM". I received a second "What?". "SOUR CREAM!" and by this time I wasn't pointing anymore, my hands were on the glass, I was standing on my toes like I was ready for my ballet lesson and staring right at the guy. All this was followed with another "What?" Okay, now my hands were at or near the top of the glass, I was NOT pointing anymore and I SHOUTED, "SOUR CREAM!!" He slapped it on the "food" and walked away. For anyone who enjoys English class I will give a hint of foreshadowing here by mentioning did you notice how I did NOT order guacamole ANYWHERE before this moment?? It costs extra so I did NOT order it and honestly, I wanted to leave after I addressed my disgust to someone who did NOT have glass in front of him. So, after I FINALLY had my glob of "SOUR CREAM!" Next person put the lettuce on and finished the "Burrito" by wrapping it and tearing part of the wrap and covering it in foil. I will give it to her that she did CLEARLY write the initials for Barbacoa Burrito but, keep in mind, there was NO GUACAMOLE! The gentleman in front of me pays and leaves in an extreme rush. Satisfied customer?? Then it's MY turn. Employee looks at my burrito and says...(wait for it), "Barbacoa Burrito with guacamole." I have to apologize to everyone. At this point, I LOST it! I shouted "NO! THAT IS NOT RIGHT! ALMOST NOTHING IS RIGHT ON THAT BURRITO! I DID NOT ORDER GUACAMOLE, YOU CAN CHECK!" I yelled at them like I was their mother and needless to say, I did feel bad but being ignored, having to SHOUT for what I want and feeling like I need a stool to communicate with their employees with music blaring and pounding like you're at a concert is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY THOUGHTLESS in ANY business establishment let alone a restaurant setting. I just wanted to leave. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TAKEOUT DINING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD, ANYWHERE! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS CHIPOTLE. IT WAS A DISASTER! I will say because of this whole experience here, it has left me with sarcasm and analogies running through my veins. If you're the kind of person who wants to relive that high school cafeteria experience with EXTREMELY LOUD music from today's popular music or just have a moment where you can recapture your "youth" from a high school cafeteria setting then by all means, "Come on down!" to this establishment! If not, then AVOID this Chipotle and try one a few more miles down the highway. You'll be glad you did. read more

This is THE WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of one or more of the items I want. They don't post a sign at the beginning to inform you what they are out of so you are standing there wasting your time in line only to realize you have to drive to another Chipotle to get what you went for. I also didn't catch her name but the girl intentionally ignored my question and attempted to not answer again when asking another time until maybe she realized I wasn't going to stop asking her. It's unfortunate that we must drive to a location further because they can't get their shit together there. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

This is my second time here. The first time, it was 10:30 and they only had put most of the food away. So we left because we couldn't make out bowl the way we wanted. Today I came and I got charged extra to sauces. The employees were very rude about us complaining about spending 90 cents extra on a side of sour. Our bowls normally cost 16.50 together including our two bags of chips. Pray we paid 20.05. I need answers this is terrible. I would give a 0 star but the food is still quality. read more

Yes they're not as well staffed, yes the wait is a little longer, but it's good food at a good price. I've never had a bad piece of meat or something that didn't taste right, including the drinks. Staff is friendly, cashier smiles and says "thank you," and if you're coming here for speed you won't notice these little things that make this place 4 stars. Why not 5? Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, sitting tables could be cleaned a bit sooner, and I think another staff member would perk this place up a bit...but I'm ok with 4 stars and continuing to pay the less than $8 for a filling meal. Will come here again, not when I'm in a hurry though. read more

i hate to say this but, if i could, i would give them a big fat minus, f. ever time i go there, the line is super long and slow. I've been to alot of Chipotle and this by far is my favorite. The staff opened the door for me when I entered and greeted me by asking how my day was. The food was awesome. The line was long but it didn't take long for them to make my food. I recommend coming to this one. read more

This place is excellent. I've been coming here since they 1st opened and I have never not once been disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and customizes the burrito to your exact liking. There is nothing really bad to say about this place. Love the food at Chipotle, the only way for us to eat there at lunch is order before you go. To avoid long lines. Not sure why there is a long line at lunch when that is their main time to eat at Vista Way. The food is always hot and you always get service with a smile. read more
