After ordering, my husband returned to the line for a cup of salsa and the guy acted like he didn't want to give it to him. Are they supposed to charge for it? Strangely awkward. I should have looked at reviews before coming here. This location hasn't been open for a long time but the place looks dirty. Not a single clean table. I had to get some ice cubes and napkins to wipe down a table to sit at. Dirty floors, dirty counter tops, recycle bin full of landfill trash. Empty drink dispensers. Food was ok. Chips were very stale. My drink bottle had dirty fingerprints on it (not mine). Needless to say we're probably not coming back. read more

Tonight 30 minutes after my order should have been ready for takeout, with no one paying attention or wanting to help me, and after watching dozens of people come and go, I saw on the monitor they were working on orders 20 minutes after mine. after asking, they pulled mine out of the back (not set out on the shelves with all others), handed it to me without a word and acted like I had a problem and it was too bad. I arrived and there were not any pickup orders on the pickup shelf. There were a few folks standing off to the side, so I assumed they were awaiting their orders as well. I ended up going over to that side and waited and waited. Forty minutes later, I was finally asked if I'm waiting for a a pickup order. I was then told that it wasn't ready. We were served quickly however as you were going down the "line" there was food scattered all over the steam table. Plastic forks even had food on them. It's the dirtiest place and bound to have tons of roaches. I ordered some chips and they where so stale so that "fresh" advertisement is wrong. While many chipotles don't have veggies, this location hardly has chicken and takes a while to refill their food. I ate here on 9/17/23. My sister and I had lunch around 11:40 am, Sunday. The place was super clean. He tables and the kitchen were both spotless. The staff were friendly as well. My sister got a plain burrito with chicken, white rice, queso, and a little bit of spicy salsa. I got the brown rice and sour cream on mine (everything hi ing else was the same). After eating for 25-30 minutes, I immediately felt ill. I'm pretty sure something had sat out for too long, because I have had horrible diarrhea for the past two days (9/17-9/18). The food was delicious but I just now stopped feeling stomach pain. The sour cream or brown rice may have been sitting out too long. Me and my fellow food enthusiasts went to dine together at this chipotle. Originally we were excited to get some burritos and bowls to enjoy with each other and build our relationships. However, it ended up being the worst experience I've ever had at a chipotle. The ONE worker took 10 minutes per customer and charged everyone for a water cup! He also did not know what was going on and wrapped my friend's burrito horrendously. The burrito had more food stuck to the outside than in the inside. I feel disgusted with my experience at this location. They are an awful chipotle and need to flip the whole franchise on its head. Words cannot express the disappointment that I feel. I know this is a new location, but I doubt I'll be returning. I placed my order online, and went at the pickup time to grab it. I arrived at the location to be told they had not fulfilled any online orders, and would not be able to give me a time when mine would be ready. The lady told me she was too busy doing a catering order. I completely understand doing catering orders, but we can't manage a time frame? She then told me that she just couldn't make my order at all, and told me to go on the app for a refund. I told her I didn't even order via the app, I used the website, to which she replied, 'I don't know, that's just what they said tell people, I can get you a number to call.' I took the number and went on about my day.
