Food was cold and enchilada sauce was tasteless other than lots of salt. Spicy margarita was the only bright spot. We will not be back.

Nice menu with plenty of choices for every body. The pork carnitas were large portion and excellent prepared and very flavorful. Chips and salsa were good with the right amount of heat in the salsa. This is a nice addition to Greer and the atmosphere is nice. The cheese dip was lukewarm. Our server took our order and someone gave us chips and salsa and our food was served. We didn't see anyone after that until after the check. We didn't have any drink refills and nobody asked how the food was. Another downside to this was that I came with a party of 7 total and we needed two high chairs included. I don't know if it was a language barrier but they tried to sit us all at a 4 top booth and they had no high chairs to accommodate us. We ended up leaving. read more

Four of us enjoyed many selections here just prior to the big storm the other evening. Service was excellent and for the most part, all of us enjoyed what we had to eat. The only exception was that the beef on my quesadilla was so greasy that I could not eat much of it and I was really looking forward to that as my favorite selection of my pick three... My burrito had great flavor although I will say I prefer the fries inside and the guacamole on top but other than that I wish I got a second one. The service was exceptional. The waitress was very patient and kind. As for the atmosphere I will say it's one of the better Mexican restaurants I've been to even with the sports bar. read more

Authentic and delicious Mexican food! This was our first time trying this place out and we will definitely be back. They had an extensive menu with something for everyone! The place was clean, the service was good and the food was fabulous!! I got the Maria's Mole and I added a side of onions and a side of mushrooms because I was craving some veggies. They had plenty of other dish options with veggies, I just wanted the mole! The chicken melted in my mouth! YUM! My husband got one of the chorizo steak dishes and he loved his! I tried a bite and it was packed full of flavor. The free chips and salsa were packed full of flavor with tons of cilantro and onion. My only complaint is that we never got drink refills and I see that has been mentioned from other reviewers too! Once you get the drink refill situation down I'd give a bonus star! read more

First time visiting this Mexican restaurant from Greenville. I came by late but the owner himself, greeted me at five minutes before closing sent me down and came back and took my order! He was a very gracious host and was working very hard. I'm sure the food will be as delicious as the customer service and I will be completely satisfied. Very happy so far I appreciate him bringing my order out and showing it to me to confirm that it was correct. Bravo; I can see why this gentleman has been in business for such a long period of time. This place is a gem! Came here during a soccer tournament and needed a place to accommodate our team and families. The owner Stephen was so wonderful, keeping all of our orders in and food coming! Being a party of 30, I know how difficult it can be. The food was outstanding! I ordered a watermelon margarita and the chili relleno and chorizo street taco. It was the best I've ever had. My meal was served quickly, hot and was tasty. I found the salsa to be more watery than my preference for thicker consistency.

I'm not sure how this place has such great reviews. We went on a Sunday night so maybe the D team was working. But it was horrible. Four employees working and no one spoke English well enough to communicate with us. After we finally got our food the chips were cold and stale and the food was too salty to eat. It's tasted like they ran out of all seasonings except salt. It took another 5 minutes to explain what was wrong with my food and another 10 minutes explaining I'm not paying for food that's inedible. Horrible experience. read more

You all need to go and grub. They were recommended by a friend. We went once on a previous Sunday but they don't open until noon. We tried back today. We started with some very flavorful homemade Salsa. the owner Steve walked us through the menu. The kids shared a grilled steak burrito and only sauce was left on the plate. The wife and I shared a parrilla dish (I might have butchered that) with talapia, shrimp, steak, and chicken over onions and peppers. It was a delightful dish I would order again. The Chile Verde salsa was my wife's favorite. There is currently no liquor on Sundays but beers and wine are available to wash your meal down. Come and dig in. read more

was in the area for work..it was ok.. nothing spectacular/food was tasty but the rice was hard.

This restaurant is exactly what we needed in this plaza, a medium-low key Mexican restaurant with great food that isn't overly "Americanized" and has something for everyone. It's just now opening and the owner Steve is energetically involved so, despite some small kinks from newness I have no doubt they'll continue to improve and be an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. We had queso, chori pollo, Al pastor street taco, chorizo con papas street taco, enchiladas Mexicanas, and a couple of kids meals; everyone loved their food and the staff even mixed us up some spicier salsa upon request. Margaritas were... just ok. Please make them classically in 1/3rd proportions next time! I know you will because I'll ask. read more

Ah man, this was really good. We got food for pick up. Firstly the owner took my order. He was really kind and helpful. Obviously his guest are high priority. I got the steak burrito and my husband had the steak fajita quesadilla. And we absolutely gobbled it up. We notoriously eat our food before we can take a picture so sorry for that! Lol we also tried the jalapeño cheese and I was pleasantly surprised to see chopped fresh jalapeños in it! I also got to try all their sauces and they knocked my socks off. Our first visit validated all the good things we've heard about this restaurant. The server was very attentive, service was very quick, and we thoroughly enjoyed conversation with the owner. I've been twice with the family now and have been unbelievably impressed each time. The owner is always attentive and giving great recommendations on specials. The margaritas are awesome. The food here was so good! They are figuring things out with rush hours, but the owner is so so friendly and makes such a huge effort to make sure his customers feel appreciated. He made it a point to visit every table, introduce himself, and have conversations with his customers. I had the Chili Colorado. If you love spicy food, get it! I often order spicy food and it lets me down, but this was super spicy and flavorful. They do have kid's menu items. My husband had the shrimp tacos and they were yummy.
