Today was the first time that I have eaten at Chipotle's. Their burrito was very delicious. The portions seem reasonable. The price seems reasonable: but may seem to be a little high to some people because all fast food restaurants have to charge similar prices because of the strong bout of inflation during the Biden administration due to overstimulation and handing out too much free money during COVID. There was a good choice of ingredients and everything was very fresh. The staff were very polite and courteous. I will go back there and eat again because the place was very clean and the food was of good quality. read more

This chipotle is usually pretty good, sometimes it's busy at lunch because of the Northern crowd but other than that it's good. Let's be real here, chipotle is always good so the food is good regardless. This location is not well equipped enough to handle the volume it gets. The tables don't get wiped down, the garbage overflows, the silverware doesn't get refilled, etc. However, it's food quality is fresh and tasty so I'd say just take your order to go. read more

So I always go to this Chipotle but with growing pains -opening a new one in Alexandria Ky the new employee at this location I assume new giving the benefit of doubt is not properly trained in food handling. I ordered a salad and before doing so she grabbed some trash off the the floor then pushed it down in the trash can. With the same gloves on she proceeded to start grabbing salad out of the container with the gloves that touched the floor and trash can. I brought that to her attention and could see her complaining to another employee about it. Need to do some serious training Chipotle!!! Not happy at all. This Chipotle fr has their act together. As a former chipotle employee of one of the best stores in my home city, I'm particularly hard on stores when I go in, and I'll look out for what isn't being done right and what can improve. This place isn't perfect (no chipotle is) but damn do they do an incredible job. I moved to Cincinnati almost a year ago, and due to the nature of my job I've been to a ton of chipotles up and down the Cincinnati/northern ky area and I gotta say this has got to be the best one. I've been to this location a few times in the last couple weeks, always at lunch time during the weekdays and their lunch crew are rockstars. All of them are smiling, super friendly, very helpful and so. So. Fast. But they're not fast because they're rushing through and skip out on portion sizes, it's bc they actually know what they're doing and know exactly how much they need to scoop, what questions need to be asked, etc. the whole place is relatively clean (even during and after the lunch rush, when it's most difficult to make sure tables are wiped down and the drink area is stocked and in order). And the food is fresh and well prepared. Talked to the manager today to reassure her that things were going really well, she shared that they were kind of a mess that morning but she must have really picked up the slack bc it didn't show at all. Very impressed, 10/10. Will be frequenting this chipotle often. read more

Trash. Here now, for $9 almost $10 I purchased three soft shell carne asada steak tacos. No drink, guy puts 4 tiny pieces of steak on each of my tacos, that automatically kinda made me aggravated. I pay, I sit down, every piece of the four pieces of steak are chewy and cold, disgusting. I spit it out, wasted 10$ and leaving hungry. The tables need to be cleaned/wiped down more often than normally fine here, but this Chipotle is WAAAAY more cleaner than the one in Newport!!! The staff here make it clear that they're happy that you're in the restaurant to buy food from them here, (which is a great thing). The staff are good about getting people through the line as quickly as possible -- which is great. I like how the staff doesn't like it's an inconvience for special requests on the food either. read more

I've never written a review for anything. I literally created this yelp account because I feel so compelled to tell the world about the experience I had at this Chipotle location yesterday. I usually dread walking into Chipotle because it's loud af, the workers can't understand what i'm saying, it's stressful when I get to the end of the line and ask for a side of corn, etc etc. But no. Not this time. Not on Wilson Rd. I tiptoed apprehensively into this location, which I frequent only in the event of an emergency, to order my burrito bowl. I swear to god I was in and out in 2 minutes. It was almost like me and the girl with the sparkly gauges were on the same wavelength when it came to assembling my bowl- she knew exactly what to scoop for me in my time of need. I swear to you, she reached for the black bean serving spoon before I even made my choice between black or pinto. Idk if I just had the A team or what. But I want to get married in this Chipotle now. This is a wonderful place to eat. Even when my wife and I came in late at night within an hour of closing time, we were not rushed through our meal. This location is much cleaner than the Newport location. The hard-working team playing staff here makes short work of the long lines that generally spring up here. My only wish they were open much later at night. I'm sure this would greatly satisfy the NKU crowd which seems to dominate the grocery and food market in this area. read more

Terrible location. We went there as a study break and left more stressed and hungry. They give you literally a teaspoon of meat. They threw my friend's quesadilla in the bag & it separated. I'm a pretty regular customer here, and its always fantastic. The people I was with wanted their steak more done, so they gladly put it back on the grill- then gave them free drinks for waiting! I ordered a corona, and naturally wished to compliment it with a lime, but they said they had to be cut, so I wasn't worried about it and said nevermind. I order three soft chicken tacos on line and I picked them up a few minutes later. When I got there they were finishing the tacos. I was starving!! I was ready to eat those tacos when I realized they didn't put the chicken!!!!!! I called Chipotle, send a message to customer service and got no answer. I have been enjoying Chipotle for a long time. However, this particular meal left a lot to be desired. First, the meats, except for the chicken, were dry. So much so that my husband was told to wait at the back of the line hoping that the current batch would be purchased. We ordered the Queso and chips. Honestly, the queso did not taste at all like cheese...and the chips were stale. We exchanged chips but the 2nd batch was also stale. We did get a refund on the chips and queso. I'm so glad they built this one so convenient to my office. I use web orders all the time, and for the most part my food is made correctly and promptly. The only minus - and this goes for a lot of other Chipotle locations - is the relative lack of parking during peak times. Yes, this is a chain restaurant, we all know. So you know what to expect. The food is consistent. They seem to be pretty fast on the service compared to other Chipotle locations I have been to. The place is packed for lunch everyday with college students from NKY. I'm sure 75% of them can't afford a $7 to $8 dollar burrito. But that's fine, chalk it on to the old student loan. read more

The food and portions are good at Chipotle. I have a problem with the room the atmosphere. Concrete floors, stark metal walls and support beams. Very cold and unwelcoming. The employee did not listen to my topping request and messed up my order including the individual behind me. The food prep counters were filthy (around 4pm). Chipotles are by in large fairly consistent from location to location and this one is no exception. Fast, friendly service and tasty burritos. I did notice the last time I was here that they offered the option of brown rice, which I liked, but that might be a chain-wide thing. I started using the online ordering and have run into a few problems with my order not being made though. Its clean and they are very friendly. I just had a chicken and steak burrito from here. The rice was chewy and the burrito was flavorless, plus it had a small hair in it. I also got a bag of chips that were to stale to eat. I will never go back here, and don't recommend going here either. read more
