Stopped by Chipotle today because I had to see what the hype was about with the new Cardi B x Chipotle collaboration! And overall, Cardi did her thing! I tried the new Chili-Lime Chips, and these were definitely the star for me. Crispy, fresh, with that chili-lime seasoning giving them the perfect tangy little kick. I paired them with guac, and YES, I'd absolutely order them again! I also tried the Pollo Asado, which was another hit. The chicken was flavorful, well-seasoned, and definitely something I'd get again. Now the queso...we need to talk. It wasn't horrible, but it could definitely use a little more love in the flavor department. It was easily the weakest part of the meal. And since it's still my birthday month, I had a free birthday drink waiting for me in the app! You KNOW I wasn't letting a freebie go to waste! Overall, I enjoyed trying the Cardi B collaboration. This was, without question, the worst bowl I have ever purchased from any Chipotle. I paid extra for double chicken but received what looked like a single portion, and a skimpy one at that. The bowl barely tasted like Chipotle and was absolutely not worth the price. If customers pay for extra protein, employees should be capable of putting the correct amount in the bowl. This is basic order preparation. What makes this location even more disappointing is that my 19 year old niece was invited to interview for a job here, only to be told she did not have enough experience. Exactly how much experience does someone need to work at a fast food restaurant, especially when the current staff cannot correctly prepare a chicken bowl? Entry level jobs are supposed to give young people an opportunity to gain experience, not reject them because they do not already have it. My niece is Black, and the way her interview was handled left us seriously concerned that bias may have influenced the decision. I cannot state what was in the manager's mind, but the explanation she received did not make sense and deserves to be reviewed by corporate management. Between the poorly prepared, overpriced food and the questionable hiring practices, this location needs better training, stronger management, and accountability. I will not be returning. read more

I continue to give this Chipotle location chance after chance, and unfortunately, the experience never seems to improve. I placed a mobile order and picked it up through the Chipotlane drive-thru. As the employee handed me my order, I politely asked if I could have a side of lettuce. The reason I asked for the lettuce on the side is because the lettuce at this location is frequently wilted or old. There isn't an option in the Chipotle app to request lettuce on the side with a mobile order, so the pickup window is the only opportunity to ask. As soon as I made the request, her entire demeanor changed. She gripped my order bag tightly and continued holding onto it throughout our entire conversation in a way that felt aggressive and intimidating. I wasn't sure why such a simple request seemed to upset her. She repeated my request by saying, "A side of lettuce?!" in a rude tone, as though I had asked for something unreasonable. She continued holding onto my bag while I waited. Eventually she let go, walked away speaking to a coworker in an aggravated manner, and began throwing items around behind the counter. When she returned with the lettuce, I asked if something was wrong because the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. She said she was fine. I explained that the entire interaction had been rude and asked to speak with a manager. Instead of immediately getting one, she pointed in his direction. I had to ask again before she actually brought him to the window, even though he had been nearby the entire time. I explained what had happened, but the manager's response was little more than "I'm sorry." I even suggested that perhaps the employee needed a break if a simple request for lettuce caused that kind of reaction, and he replied that maybe she did. To make matters worse, my food was only lukewarm, which has become another recurring issue at this location. I was simply trying to grab a quick meal while I was in the area. Instead, I received poor customer service over a reasonable request and mediocre food. At this point, I'd rather make my own food or spend my money elsewhere. Chipotle is too large and well-established of a company to have customer service and food quality standards like this. read more

Me and my sisters ordered Chipotle at 8 and the food came at 8:30. That wasn't the problem the problem was they barley gave us any food in our bowls and burritos. The bowl was just straight rice and lettuce barley any chicken. My burrito was the size of my hand. This Chipotle is always stingy when it comes to protein. I really hope this changes and i won't be ordering food from here after 7 anymore. read more

This place is trash. They half size rice and the staff member only sprinkled cheese. When I asked for more they said they charge extra as a side for cheese because I had so much. It was literally a sprinkle of cheese and they don't charge for cheese at any other location. The staff were rude and the manager was too. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because at least my food tasted good, even though the workers weren't paying attention as I was telling them how to make it. For this to be a brand new chipotle a lot of work needs to be done before me or my family will return. This is sad because I was super excited for this chipotle knowing that I could now avoid the 518 crowd smh I will continue to go to that location until this one gets it together. 1. Nothing but kids working and they were all standing around talking while the line just got longer and longer. One employee looked frustrated with her team and the guests and I could hear employees arguing. 2. The food prep station in the back had food everywhere and the food line was dirty. 3. They were taking a while replenishing food. I got a tiny pinch of peppers on my veggie bowl. I was satisfied with the cashier at least he was paying attention to the customers. My food was cold. The portions are definitely smaller. I ordered a steak bowl steak is too chewy. Overall, I will wait a few months before going back. I also had some brown lettuce. The cashier was not friendly. My bowls were mixed up. I asked for a chicken bowl and I got another bowl that was a steak bowl. They put the toppings on the wrong bowl. read more

I love Chipotle but this location I will not return to!! You would think cause they just open their customer service and food would be top tier. My daughter ordered the same food (beef bowl) as I did. I let her order her own food so the guy(server) gave her smaller portions and charged me extra when I told him he didn't serve her the same amount of meat he served me. The lady at the register told me one price but charged my card another. When I asked why the balance was different she stated she forgot to add something and tried to show me the receipt. The staff is all teenagers and too busy talking and playing in line instead of paying attention to what customers request. Was asked 4 times "what do you want?" Whenever I go to chipotle I always get a burrito and every time I go there, my burrito is a little loose unless I get 2 tortillas and I don't like eating a lot of bread so it's not really good. This is one of the worst Chipotle's I've been in. they are very skimpy on the ingredients, especially the meat. they'll give you a bowl full of rice though. The inconsistency bothers me. the female crew member that did my bowl gave me a whole spoonful of Sofrito's but when it came to the honey chicken chipotle, she didn't even give me a full spoon. She shook off some of chicken and then I said, can you please add a little bit more? She gives two more pieces of chicken and then proceeds to tell me she's sorry. I watched a different crewmember make a bowl and he did the total opposite and gave a full spoon of chicken like one would expect. This location is awful. The customer service was awful. I was never recognized while standing in line for at least 2 minutes from anyone. I was the only person in line. The food was excellent and ambiance is what is at a Chipolte. The service wasn't bad, it just didn't flow, and that may just be because they're new. There appeared to a bit of being unorganized. The day I went, they could have used one more person, because the line moved very slow. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to another location . The girl who made my food had a bad attitude , had to wait for grilled vegetables, the cooks in the back were cussing and using racial slurs , and the girl on the cash register literally took her finger and dug in through my food , I assume to see what it was . When I asked her did she just dig in my food her reply was "I have on gloves " the same gloves that she is handling cash and credit cards with . I asked her to have someone remake my food as I no longer wanted it and all of the employees started whispering and looking at me crazy .
