Tonight (2/5/26) the employee working only filled the cheese dip up halfway when it costs $8.50 for this rinky dink cup. Put very small amounts of each item in my bowl until I said something to her 2x times. $59 for a bowl, burrito, and cheese dip to only be filled up halfway on every item is ridiculous. The manager/owner needs to train their people better. read more

We ordered 2 bowls with the new smoked beef brisket. One bowl looks/was more full than the other. We ordered through the app and showed up in the drive up lane before the time slot and the food was already prepared! That was a win. The lettuce was cut way too large though. It is definitely not shredded lettuce. Neither of us would order the brisket again as it was just "okay." The normal steak is consistently better tasting and juicier. We did get napkins and forks with our to go order. We did not go inside the restraint. read more

My husband and I just wanted to order a side of queso, and instead of making us go inside, the manager, Carey, kindly offered to ring us up right at the window! This place has to be the best Chipotle I have ever been to. This place has a 1-star rating and I think it's the most undeserving rating of all time. The staff was awesome and worked incredibly hard. The security guard inside was super friendly and went above and beyond his job description. The facilities themselves were very clean. They had some decorations and the place looked very modern. My bowl was remarkable. The food was very flavorful and the portions were large. They put so much meat in my bowl that I could barely handle it. It was the end of the day and the staff was exhausted, the food was depleted, and these people showed grit and powered through. It's not an easy compliment but I will say that this place reminded me of Kobe Bryant. This place was hard working and came up when it mattered most. I love Chipotle! It feels cleaner/healthier than most restaurants. I can't think of anything on their menu that I don't like. The price is the only thing that keeps me from going as often as I'd like. Their delivery is a bit hit or miss, but my latest experience with that was excellent. read more

First off, the service was terrible. I've only been to chipotle once before so I wasn't very familiar with the menu, I needed an extra 30 seconds to figure out what I wanted. The lady behind the food counter was very impatient and rude right from the second I walked in. She was eyeballing me when I walked in with my three young children, and she made me very uncomfortable. When I told her I wanted a chicken bowl, she still asked me what protein I wanted. She asked if I wanted queso, I said yes, not knowing it was a serious upcharge for the cheese dip. She then put HALF A SCOOP of chicken in my bowl. My bowl was literally 75% rice-probably the cheapest food item on their menu. The cashier was also rude. Didn't say a word to me. I asked for water cups for my kids, no response. I was waiting to pay, not realizing he was already ready for my credit card. BECAUSE HE DIDNT SAY A WORD TO ME. So annoying! The store itself was clean and nice. But I would not return just due to the service and how horribly the food was prepared. I was very disappointed in this location. Please speak to your staff about their manners! read more

This location is so awful I was doing DoorDash and I came to pick up my order and the white girl with black ponytail was like "UGH HERE" so rude. Then I came back again for another DoorDash order and they said the order was already been "taken" so aka they just handed the order to someone and didn't even ask for the name. The place is nice. Food and service not so much! Despite constantly being disappointed I continue to give them chances. Today, my bowl was stuffed with rice and beans barely any meat or veggies, a corner of corn & salsa and a few strings of lettuce! I am so tired of this place disappointing me! As a frequent customer of Chipotle at other locations, we were very excited to have one open near home. To say we are disappointed is an understatement This location is always out of something, meat, queso, chips, etc. The meat quantity is a joke. We ordered chicken taco's and were give 3 pieces of meat in one of the taco's. When I asked the girl to add a little more, she looked at my rudely and put a few pieces more on. Didn't even say anything to me. The other burrito was all veggies with a tad of meat. In addition they are under staffed at the counter, usually only 1 person to work the food line resulting is long lines. Very disappointing and losing our business quickly. read more

The food was not what I expected. Very poor quality. I got 3 burritos which totaled $40, along with a coke and chips with queso. The chips were terrible and they had no queso. After their third day open, I expected a better service. At the drive through pickup window, I saw about 7 people from the window alone. It took about 30 minutes after I got there, as I ordered 20 minutes before. Just about an hour total before I get my food to be told their is no queso. Then they say, " You can get a refund on the app". So I ask how. They say," on the app". What the fuck does that mean. I get home after being angry over some bullshit, and after 20 minutes on their bs app. I get a free entree and free chips and queso. I WANT A REFUND NOT FREE FUCKING FOOD. bullshit place.
