In general, our visit was actually great however major point deduction because the restaurant is called Chipotle. They should always have plenty of CHIPOTLE Tabasco sauce. They did not have any, and did not have any of the new Chimichurri. The positives: Entry and Ordering: We were greeted upon entering and were able to order promptly. The entire team was very nice and engaging. The food was hot and looked great when ordering. Again note: they did not have the chimichurri they've been advertising and weren't going to have any for at least an hour. The Food: all of the items we had (two bowls and one burrito, along with chips, guac, and queso) were all excellent. The restaurant: It was clean and when we came in, there was plenty of seating. As we were finishing, someone came over to check on us and even offered to take our trash/bus the table for us. In general, this was a five star visit but when you don't have chipotle hot sauce (which is really the reason I come), you just can't be five stars. read more

I did a mobile order and it said that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I was there on time. There was one person in front of me waiting at the window for the employee to come to the window. It looks as if there is a dedicated employee for pick up orders. I definitely recommend IF you do order here, which I don't recommend... that you do a mobile order. But problem being is your order won't be accurate. There was things missing from my order, it wasn't a full portion as you would get in store, I had to sit in the drive-through for about 10 minutes before the girl came to the window AND my whole order was COLD. Crappy service, everyone had an attitude the guy who charged my cc was clearly high with dirty fingernails and and hygiene. When I got my burrito back, I took one bite of it and realized that the rice was undercooked and the chicken was cold. I didn't wanna wait any longer so I asked for my money back in which case they told me I needed to wait so I did only for them to tell me to wait longer when I said no they threaten to call the cops. The restaurant was filthy. Food all over the counter, garbage over flowing, pop and ice all over the counter, all 4 napkin dispensers empty. I'm visiting from Indiana and this is the crappiest Chipotle I've ever been in. Definitely will never go back. Got 2 bowls that where so chinsy on ingredients that both bowls could have fit in one. Took my mom here cause she's never had it before and thought she would enjoy it. I was wrong. Something was so overly spiced it was to hot to eat. We got chicken. Ask for a few soft shells and when I got home found out they gave me nasty hard shells. All I can say is if you want to be disappointed go here, otherwise spend it somewhere else. read more

I ordered a steak bowl with guacamole and asked for a water cup. When I got my order I noticed that I was given a small amount of guacamole. It wasn't even a full scoop. I brought this to the attention of manager and she couldn't care less about my concern. I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged for a drink and asked for a refund. This also happened in front of the manager, and she didn't have the professionalism or decency to apologize. I saw the reviews for this location and they are not good. There have been several issues here, starting with pits in the guacamole. You have to take that out. Next, the portions can be wildly different, I honestly don't mind as long as you don't put an insane amount of sour cream on small portions. Most recently, however, this location is horrendously slow. I sat for 30 minutes watching ONE employee make 6 burritos and ring them up herself. The line was so long it was around the inside of the building to the door, and several groups of people left because it was so incredibly slow. There were other employees who didn't seem to be doing much to help either. It appeared that they were in no rush and didn't care that this was happening. Just a poor experience overall. read more

I don't know how this place will last. From the outside it looks great. We as a family were all so excited to eat something new. Let me tell you. The place was filthy! We walked in and there was trash all over the floor. I tried to just brush it off thinking that maybe we missed the dinner rush. NOPE. Not the case. The actual kitchen was disgusting! There was old food on the floor, the grill, trash was overflowing, looked like they had made meal after meal and not wiped up the prep space one time that day. The sad thing is the employees were all walking around like they could have cared less. I ate maybe 1/4 of my burrito and honestly I wish I just would have walked out.
