I've been to many Chipotle locations. However, this one never fails to disappoint me. Unfortunately, it's the closest one by miles. But, I have NEVER gotten out of there within 30 minutes. It does not matter how short or long the line is, they do not tend to the customers so you will be there forever waiting for service. They have never had ice on any occasion st this location so you better hope you are not thirsty. I have actually had an experience where two employees cussed eachother out in front of everyone while I was up to pay. We all just stood and watched. Remember to cut out 30 minutes to an hour of your time to even get the food, no matter if you go through the line or order mobile ahead of time. DO NOT GO HERE. We got charged for things that we never ordered. They have way more options for online orders, than they have available to in person orders. You would think that they would pull from the same ingredients, but no they actually have a separate set of ingredients that are just for the online orders. So you are better off placing your order online & then just picking it up. The front door glass is broken, so it's all boarded up, & graffitied. The drink machine is out of order. So again, they are NOT really interested in having people show up to the "restaurant" in person. UPDATE: No one is going to contact you through your website. Now it's delicious and the staff is super friendly and awesome. Give this place a chance. Even with long lines, they move quickly. The food has been fresh and delicious. Not quite sure why they put another Mexican restaurant on commercial drive, Moe's is right down the street. But I prefer chipotle, the food is better quality. It seems like this chipotle is doing fairly well. My brother and I came in around 7pm on a Monday. It was packed, minimal seats available and a long line, but the line moved pretty fast. The employees are all very polite and quick. I got a bowl with brown rice, steak, peppers & onions, veggies & lettuce with sour cream. Holy guacamole the bowls are hugeeeee so much food but it's so delicious. I took one star away because the steak was rubbery and too chewy for my liking. Everything else was great though. The young girl who works the cash register is a phenomenal worker. As soon as customers leave she immediately cleans up the table where they sat. Literally lightening speed. I was impressed. Chipotle makes it rlly hard to order later in the evening. Their mobile ordering is off all the time. When I wanted to put in a mobile order, it said they weren't accepting mobile orders. So I checked the hours online, said they were open till 10 pm and I came around 8. The doors were locked and they had closed early I guess. This isn't the first time either. Chipotle seems to close whenever they want, regardless of what their hours say. I saw a bunch of other cars pulling up tonight to realize they were closed. People just wanted some chipotle and no one knew they were closed. Super inconvenient place and also pretty consistently messes up orders. I've ordered 6 tacos on the mobile app one time and got only 2! Of course I should've checked the bag before I left, since the employees seem to all half ass their job and not have a single clue what's going on. read more

I've probably been to at least 100 Chipoltles over the years. I would rate this the worst I've ever been to in my life. When I arrived tonight there were four employees visible to me. None of them knowledged my existence. One of them, right by where you would order, just continued cleaning the grill whole I waited at least 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged. When someone did finally begin to try to serve me, she continued having a conversation with the guy cleaning the grill without even acknowledging my existence. They were also out of several things--of course without apology. I got my food for takeout and most of my salsas and my guacamole were about half filled. I will guarantee that this restaurant will go out of business. There's no way anybody working there is even remotely interested in helping them stay in business. They are a total disaster.
