Won't go here again because of the nickel and diming other mcds. Even on the app are not like this. Upcharges for every minor addition or 'extra' on a sandwich etc. it's ridiculous. Plus they don't fill their fries. They're always like half full. Don't bother with this location.

The young guy got bothered and said "fine" and closed the drive thru window. After waiting a bit, I received my food to find that YET AGAIN my order was wrong. EVEN AFTER I JUST MENTIONED THAT MY ORDER IS ALWAYS INCORRECT. They make you "move up" in the drive thru because they are timed to see how long it takes them to get an order out. Essentially, they lie when you pull forward and clear out the screen to say your order has been processed. Why lie, burger king? Why is it OK for you to lie just so you can hit your KPIs and look good to the big guys? To everyone who is reading, PLEASE do not pull forward when they ask. It is not required (as the store manager explained to me) and is a waste of time. Plus, youre not allowing them to lie while serving you...because who knows what else they lie about???

There was someone cleaning the tables, but unsure how often they do this as practically every table I had went to just minutes before had the remnants of the slobs that came before me. The menu choices are what they are. Burger King is a slight step up from McDonalds, so there's that positive. Ordered the 'Bacon King' - which was tasty enough actually, but sloppy and obviously nothing like the pictures (which is the norm). I don't frequent Burger King enough to know the menu that well, but they seemed to have the standard choices. The fountain drink area wasn't as bad as it is in most places like this as far as messes go. For some reason, the straws were in the front and not here, so keep that in mind. The staff at the front were 'okay' - not bad, average, friendly enough, and maybe a little slower than they should be. Parking lot is decent. The drive thru was very busy the entire time we were there. Overall a decent option if you want something quick. It's fast food, so you already know what you're getting into if you come here. Not a bad Burger King location and probably slightly better than other locations overall.

I asked if I could pay the difference for the cheese, and he continued speaking down to me and talking about two patties versus one patty and they couldn't give me what I wanted. He was insistent that the classic combo didn't come with a cheeseburger, and I needed to order a little burger. I understood that just fine as that's what the combo comes with and wasn't asking for anything different. He only changed his tone, slightly, when my father, mother, and sister walked up behind me. They all even said he was extremely rude, aggressive, and was talking down to me. I was nearly in tears and was about to tell them that I wanted to leave. Other than that, the food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the other employees were pleasant. I'm disappointed that this is a memory I will carry with me when I pass by this establishment, because everything else was really great. I'm not sure I'll be back because I'm terrified to order. I almost wish I had his name to call the man behind the register out directly, as I've never had an experience like that before anywhere else.
