I've been coming here for breakfast once or twice a week, ordering through the app to save money and picking up through the drive thru. They appear to man the store with just 2-3 people in the mornings, so while service isn't instant, it's definitely not slow. They also get my special order Egg McMuffin (with no Canadian bacon) right every single time. It's much busier at dinner time here. I snapped my photos in the morning. Look how clean they keep it! If you were road tripping you'd definitely come across far worse places to stop at. read more

This McDonald's seems to always suck, a lot of the time they forget to put an item in the bag,can't fulfill requests such as no ice in a drink and the food is always over cooked somehow, I am leaving this review tonight because I'm not returning here again, I just order a large Big Mac meal and received a Big Mac with super over cooked meat, 6 piece nugget which were over cooked, I ordered a large meal and received a medium fry for some reason(see picture), fries were also super well done what a surprise , this is not my first time experiencing there well done food, stay away from this McDonalds and there burn out employees read more

Completely new McDonald's with a whole new streamline and modern look. It's crazy how quickly they rebuilt this place. I didn't realize how big this place was until now. They have a much larger drive thru. They got rid of the kids play area and unfortunately their fireplace. It's so much cleaner and their food is exactly the same. I was in the line for 10 plus minutes, while in the other lane they were taking multiple orders for the other people and did not once take a order in my lane. I was also with a coworker during my shift and we were both hungry so I tried to wait it out. However they still did not serve anyone in the line and I had to leave. This is ridiculous!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would - I have stopped at this McDonald's a few times on the way to work for coffee and every other time has been fast and quick. However this morning there was a bug in my Iced coffee! Thank goodness I realized because I was already drinking it! Upsetting because the staff is super friendly and the drive thru is always really quick which is good because Dunkin' Donuts usually is very crowded so if you're in a rush you can stop here. After this though I won't be back again! I am so grossed out because if I didn't drink it I would have never noticed because it was stuck to the side of the cup. Arguably the worst Mcd's. I once got a chicken patty in bun with tarter sauce. The fat manager tried to be funny and told me that it looked like a filet fish to me. I mentioned fat because I'm fat too and I'm a Mcd's frequent flier club for over 40 years and I know what the filet of fish and chicken patty looks like. They are independently owned. I don't live far from here so I do frequently order from them. I use the app because they get to pick their own prices. So funny if you order a Sunday they never give you the peanut toppings unless you ask for it. If you don't use the app they get to charge you for sweeteners in the coffee. I will say that some of the staff there are very nice and they work very hard. read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in New Jersey. I stopped in at 8:39pm after being with my wife in the hospital all day. I was attended to by an employee looking at the clock and rolling her eyes. Very rude. I ordered a double quarter with Mac sauce, fries and a drink. When I opened the box I noticed that the entire burger was floating in grease and the top was sliding off due to too much sauce.i swear they poured the extra grease from the tray over the sandwich. I tried to pick it up and the bottom bun was soaked through with the grease in the bottom of the box. I tried to eat what I could but it just fell apart. It was terrible. The fries were old and cold. The only good thing was the soda. I was up sick all night. I will never goto the chain again. Terrible food and even worse customer service. read more

Never thought I'd see the day when I Yelped a Mickie D's! Against my better judgment I stopped in here on a road trip. They've done a lot to make the dining area feel classy. There is a fireplace and local artifacts in wood and glass display cases. You can even lounge in a recliner, enjoying the free wi fi and classical music on the stereo. However, piping in Mozart's 25th cannot overcome the experience of filthy restrooms and mushy, oversalted burgers. Although I applaud McD's for working on their appearance, I'll take the Wendy's across the street any day. read more

I stop here when I pay a visit to Lafayette for a quick drink or bite on the way home. when i went here this past weekend this was the first time i went inside. On November 9th my husband and I walked into this McDonald's establishment. I couldn't decide what to order so as I stared at the menu above I also had the chance to see another woman finishing her order in front of me. The young lady at the register, which I believe is named Morgan (I called the establishment shortly after and asked for it, the reply given was a bit skeptical on the caller's part). This young lady's manners were REMARKABLE. Not only did I overhear her suggesting additional orders but doing so very politely! What completely took me aback was when "Morgan" handed the woman her receipt and change: using both of her hands!!! For those who don't know what that means, it's an incredibly big deal for my husband and I. It's a gesture of respect. So when we went to turn to order she greeted me with a warm smile and held firm eye contact at all times. When I excused myself to use the restroom, my husband continued our order. I came out of the bathroom to see him smiling from ear to ear. I know my husband very well and him smiling is not necessarily something you see everyday (haha!). As we were walking away "Morgan" shyly waved goodbye and I just felt like walking right back in just to speak to her! We're from NYC so on our way home from PA we honestly thought she was by far the best register/cashier we've come across. My husband is a General Manager for airlines and cargo in LaGuardia Airport and JFK. He has pointed out what incredible qualities "Morgan" has into becoming a success in her near future. Walking down our Manhattan 5th Ave - THEY DEFINITELY NEED MORE OF HER!! She's completely overqualified so I hope whoever comes across this review note that the 5 stars are wholeheartedly meant for her. What a fantastic experience for a fast food establishment. They really need to get employees that understand & speak English. Went through the drive-through they got the order right . I ask for ketchup she hands me a stack full of napkins, I asked again for ketchup and she pulled an attitude and got mad at me. Today I went thru the drive in to try the new chicken tenders that I was told were good. First thing, they were not on the menu board anywhere so I asked and was told they come in 4,6 and 10. I ordered 4 with bbq sauce. My order with med fries came to almost $7. When I got home I was totally disappointed because they were awful. Seems I got the ones that had been in their " plastic warming drawer" for a while and microwaved more than once. Needless to say... I fed them to my dogs. If I could give negative numbers as stars, I would. I drove through in a hurry on my way to PA and ordered an Egg Mcmuffin and hash brown. The person I paid had attitude. No big deal. She told me to pull over and wait -- no explanation. Again, no big deal. I waited and waited and waited. Another car obviously was either told to wait or had curbside service. A young man brought a bag to THAT car. They rumpled through it. Then he did the same. Then he left. Then he went inside and came back out to my car and asked me if I ordered it. I told him I had waited a long time and saw both him and the other customer go through my food. He laughed and said "Yep, but you were dumb enough to pay for it." I was SHOCKED. No apology, no offer to get me untouched warm food. I said, "Are you kidding me?" And he walked away laughing and told me to go across the street to Wendy's. This person should NEVER work in a service industry or maybe should never work anywhere. If I had the time, I would have walked in -- but, to be honest, based on the attitude of 2 employees, I determined I would have been subject to further verbal abuse. Great place! Fireplace roaring in the cold months and classical music playing. The restaurant is very clean as they employ people with disabilities who make sure the dining room is spotless. The owner of this restaurant has a huge heart as does his managers. These are things that are important to me but not so much the younger generation. They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness both in the dining room, bathrooms and kitchen! read more

I don't expect caviar style service at the drive through, but basic things like including napkins should be expected. I went through the drive through because I can't walk without assistance, but because they did not include napkins I either have to go inside or drive through a second time. I purposefully avoid this McDonald's. I would take any other McDonald's in the world over this one.
