I gave up soda for lent this year and in doing so I treat myself with a chocolate shake from time to time at McDonald's. I don't know if the machine is broke, not calibrated right or if the dude mixing the shake hates me in particular but evey shake i have gotten for the last year has progressively been less and less mixed. It started a out a year ago where i could see streaks of white on the ouside of the cup but this did not affect the flavor. Fast foward a year and at this pont you can barely see streaks of chocolate in the sea of white. Not only does it look like a vanilla shake but it taste's like one too. For far too long we have let the upper class step on us on their path to riches, for far too long we stood by idle just watching the prices increase and the quality plummet. First of all, Google has listed their hours as 24 hours for 3 years while this is false. Also, many times they seem to close at random times. But I wasn't gonna write a review till last week I made an order. It was during the night and I had no cars in front of me and no cars behind me so there wasn't much of a reason for a rush. The woman at the window was practically throwing my order at me, but luckily I was able to catch most of it. She pushed one of the McFlurries out of the window and it was touching the outside of my forearm when she let it go and acted surprised that it landed on the ground. When she made a new one, she put a few crumbs of Oreos on the bottom, and didn't bother to blend it. I wouldn't care but they make us pay for extra Oreos, at least give us what we pay for. I decided to let that go and assume it was just one terrible employee until I came back tonight. I can't say with 100% certainty that it was the same employee that I dealt with last time but she sure looked a little too similar for it to be a different person. It was hard to get a look last time because I was so dumbfounded at having a Mc flurry thrust in my arm, then dropped to the floor. Today I ordered a few orders of nuggets and fries with mostly barbecue sauce and ranch. When I got the bag, I pulled over as I wanted to check everything was there. And I look in my bag I realize I got , six ranches, one barbecue sauce, and one sweet-and-sour sauce, which I didn't even ask for. I also didn't get either of the large fries. Both doors to the dining area were locked at 8:30 PM so I was forced to drive back around and wait in the line again. I was asked to park as the fries were being cooked. I would've liked to have gotten the name of the employee so other customers can be careful and remember to double check their bag if they deal with her. But there is a very famous social media personality named Al Weezy that she is almost a spitting image of so I will include a picture instead for identification. read more

went there after work one night at around 10:00 pm. I pull in the parking lot, lights are on, i can see employees inside working still. I pulled around to the drive through and they shut off all the lights outside and inside and pretended like they were closed. I sat there saying "hello" and waiting for someone to take my order for 5 minutes. I have visited this specific restaurant multiple times a month over the past 2 years at least. Some months it was once a week and some months 1-2 times for the month but overall a consistent customer, so I think I'm qualified to give a solid review here. I have a problem every. Single. Time. Without fail. The most recent two times the app didn't work and charged me for items that should have been free because I had used points to purchase them. The first time I was given a cash refund. The second time I was told to call someone to fix it. Another time I was just not given part of my order, and I was treated very kindly by the manager. Another several times after asking (very specifically) for plain cheeseburger kids meals I was given ones with onion, ketchup, and pickles. This is more than just an accidental forgetting of an item. This place is a soup sandwich. If this weren't the only local McDonald's (closest) I'd never go back. read more

I came to this location 2 week ago and got flapjacks in the middle of the day. The audacity this employee had to try and lie to was pathetic. I have been going here for close to 30 years. The place is clean, speed of service is fast and the staff so courteous! I've had them open and close the door for me upon entering and leaving!
