My expirience was at the least horrible. first impression walking in the door the line was extremely long, and then when it was my turn to order, [[HIGHLIGHT]]there was barely any rice left in the container and they filled my bowl 1/4 of the way[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and then continue to get mad at me when I asked for toppings that [[HIGHLIGHT]]they had just run out of so they had to go to the back and get more[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] this aggravation showed through their tone and the way they threw the food once I got to the checkout counter, the lady checking me out was extremely rude and miserable. She was giving me dirty looks and talking to me like she didn't wanna be there entire staff team, extremely miserable unresponsible unreliable. Every employee in there looks like they hate life the entire time, which provides for an embarrassingly poor customer experience, which frankly is very good at OTHER locations. I have given this location multiple tries and it has been the same for close to a year. It purely runs off the business from Merrimack College, which is located just down the street. This location should have been shut down last year when management changed, but is doing fine and meeting quotas because of significant MC traffic. I placed an order online requesting a half portion of steak and half portion of carne asada for my burrito bowl. I arrived at 9:43 p.m., however, my order was not ready so I walked to the cashier and told them I placed an online order. I was told my order was almost ready and said "Ok perfect, and you guys still have everything?" To which I was told "yes." I live almost an hour away from this location. So imagine my surprise when I get home and open my burrito bowl to no steak, no carne asada, no meat period. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, and even if I were this is not what I requested. If there was no more steak or carne asada for the night I would have understood if an employee, cashier, manager, whomever, simply notified me and proceeded to inquire about another meat selection or refunding me. When it's 15 minutes before closing that is more than understandable, which is why I asked before leaving. Now it is 10:55 p.m. and I don't have the dinner order I requested and paid for. I too work in the food industry and if I worked at this location (or any for that matter) I would ensure that the customer is notified and offered an alternative option or a refund, at the bare minimum. Now I will be going elsewhere to make yet another food purchase for a last resort dinner option. Wow, all I wanted was my freaking Chipotle. Dammit, now I'm upset, hungry, and still want my steak/carne asada burrito bowl fix from Chipotle. Debating if I should return to this location with the pitiful burrito bowl they really let me go home with or if that's just the hanger speaking? I have never seen a more sorry group of incapable employees. The intelligence level behind the counter was pathetic. If there was a 0 star Option, I would click it. I actually may take the time to create a second Yelp account just to leave a second 1 star review. Also I need to add how disgusting the inside of the place was. Every inch of the counter was covered in anything ranging from chicken bits, to cheese strands, corn, salsa you name it. The portions sizes were ridiculously small as well as if the employees have no training on how to serve. I found it disgusting that each food well contained the contents of the neighboring well. Ordered my families food online. Pickup time said 8. Get there at 755 and wait for a few to see if my oder shows up. At 815, I ask the workers about my order and was ignored. Saw a few door dash people coming to pickup orders that had times after mine was supoosed to be ready. Asked employee again and I finally got my food at 830. 30 minutes late and it wasn't busy in the store at all. The store itself was in poor poor shape. Just picked up an order for my daughter and her friends. The order was to be picked up by 8:00. arrived on time, waited for 25 minutes with a room full of people waiting for their orders. Asked about this order and was told it was made a while ago. it was found somewhere in the back. they must have forgot to put it forward. it was totally cold. asked them to make it again and serve it hot... waited for another 15 minutes (total wait 40 mins) if you want to avoid COVID and stay away from a crowd of people for the longest time, DO NOT order there. read more

Order ahead is not as efficient as one may think...the last two times I've ordred from this location I've ended up waiting over 35 minutes for my order (on top of the time they told me to come to pick it up). The food is good, but it's not fast at all. The location is so busy that they actually gave me a quesadilla with no cheese a few weeks back because I'm guessing they are rushing to churn orders out. This is a horrendous Chipotle. I come in at 530pm and they're out of chicken, vegetables, and rice. Basically they had some really old looking steak oh and plenty of tortillas. That was about it. I only regret I can't give it negative stars. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go somewhere else for Mexican. First of all, at it's BEST, it's garbage...the McDonalds of Mexican food. But what REALLY makes this particular (North Andover) Chipotle so incredibly off-the-charts bad is the ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG. ALWAYS! I told my kids I am never going there again - their work-around tonight was door dash... of the 4 meals ordered (2 chicken burritos, one fajita bowl, one barbacoa bowl) they got ONE meal correct - ONE! 1 burrito was skipped entirely, the one delivered wasn't close to what they ordered. The fajita bowl was correct (well, mostly right) and the other bowl actually had somebody else's name on it (Sohit P - pictured) and looked like it had ALREADY been eaten once (pictured) ... 3 out of 4 wrong, AND somebody else's meal. Nice job Chipotle! Last time I was in this No Andover Chipotle (about a month ago - and for the LAST time) there was at least 6 or 7 people ALL RETURNING WRONG FOOD. I'm sure most don't go to the trouble of driving back for their screw-ups, so you can only imagine how many WRONG orders they do in an hour. For me, it's a 10-minute drive so I would take it back because it was for my kids. After 5 or 6 trips back returning wrong food, I finally said "never again" - I'm done with this dump. On those occasions where I returned wrong food, I would show them the ticket with the order - give them back what they made - which was something TOTALLY DIFFERENT... Did they care? No. No 'sorry' no nothing. Just a roll of the eyes, a shrug of the shoulder and "we'll make you another one"... Ordering online is so bad it's comical. Online ordering gives you the time to pick up the food - for ex: 7:00PM....NOT ONCE has the food been ready - and I always gave an extra 15-20 minutes. So, pick up at 7:00 - I get there at 7:15, see it's not ready - and wait. After about 45-minutes, I'd go to the cashier & ask about my order. THAT'S when they find the ticket order and make the food. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering, doesn't it? Worst of all, I went there in April - when the pandemic was at it's bleakest thousands of new cases, hundreds dying every day - and guess who were the ONLY people in the store NOT wearing masks? That's right - the Chipotle employees. Not ONE had a mask on. Everybody else did - ordering food, returning wrong orders, asking where the hell their food was, etc - all had masks, but not one Chipotle employee. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOLTE. Whoever is running it should be fired immediately and the entire brain-dead useless punk staff fired. The is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The first time I went I thought it was awful, but gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a crazy busy night. Went back again months later and it is just so gross. Food all over the floors, serving area where food is was a disaster, not one clean table. The servers brought out rice and kept looking at each other. It was all watery and rice was uncooked. They didn't care, they still served it. This location needs some help. I love that chipotle is so careful with food allergies . I have celiac disease and ask the chipotle employees to change their gloves to avoid contamination with the pita bread (gluten). This place is going down hill fast. The last time I came in I waited in a line over 30 minutes just to place my order. Today I waited over 20. The female employee at the start of the had absolutely no sense of urgency. She just slowly walked from putting down the bowl for the customer in front of me then just stared at me. I stood there waiting for her to even say a word before I said "burrito" when I asked for fajitas, having seen they are pretty much empty she just looked over at the cook. She then scraped the bottom of the pan to grab the 6 or 7, literally, pieces of onion and peppers. Never saying a word, just looking at me i asked for my meat. Then she made the smallest scoop of meat and walked away. The next person moved a little faster but then when I asked for cheese she informed me they are out. At least until they make more later. I said "really? That's half the reason I wanted this. I always get extra cheese." Again that was met with a blank stare. She asked if that was it and I said I guess so. She then asked a different employee to come over and wrap my burrito who did so quickly and passed it to the cashier. There has been a line of 30+ people behind me for over a half hour and they don't have cheese? That's a main ingredient for all their options. read more

I do not know what has happened to this restaurant but do not order on line. I ordered at 6 35 PM to pick up at 7 PM. The order did not come out until 8 10 PM and it was cold and the order for the chicken quesidilla (only can order online) was a children's portion inspite of being charged a full adult price. The food was cold on getting home in spite of my waiting and picking it up as it came up. The poor staff did not have enough support and management should no longer do take out. I could have 4 orders made if I had gone through the line. Very disappointing and I will not be returning to this site until things improve. I would give feedback to chipotlefeedback.com. I worked. 12 hour shift but still needed to feed the family- so at 6:15pm I ordered a mobile order from this restaurant - I PAID, then got confirmation that my order would be ready at 7:45. I waited until 7:50pm to give them time, things can get busy. I walked in at 7:55 to about thirty angry faces! When I asked what was wrong many people attempted to answer all at once- "mobile orders are over an hour late" said one red faced angry customer, "I work for door dash and I'm actively telling customers to go elsewhere" said another as tens of others muttered that they will never come back. Burger King's accurate when they assign a pick up time, as is McDonalds, and many other fast food "establishments"! This was my first time doing a mobile order with Chipotle- It was especially fascinating and infuriating watching people "walk in" and get their food almost immediately- I walked out. This chipotle is literally the worst location I've ever been to. I only come here out of convenience and I am consistently underwhelmed. Somehow, no matter the time of day, this location is always under prepared. They are always either out or running extremely low on a crucial ingredient, usually rice. The employees are clearly overworked and it shows in their demeanor and responsiveness. The slightest request is met with attitude and displeasure. The audible sigh I hear when asking for any minimal modification is a constant here. How could I possibly have the audacity to request something, at a " do it your way" style restaurant?! I genuinely feel bad for the employees here, I would probably react in the same fashion they do if I was constantly running out of product and making the process harder. I have to agree with the negative reviews on this location. It's probably the worst Chipotle location I've ever experienced. To-go orders are never ready when promised. They usually take 20-30 min from time of order placed and the times I have placed a to-go order, the line to order in the restaurant was shorter than the time I waited for my order. Unfortunately, it's the only one close to my house so I keep returning, and keep getting disappointed by the lack of friendly service and the quality of the food. The chips especially are hit or miss, with sometimes being excellent and sometimes being so soggy and gross. The employees that work here all seem to hate their job and never smile or greet people. They also don't change their gloves nearly as often as they should IMO after wiping counters with their gloved hands, then making a customers' meal, which is super gross. Overall, if this location wasn't near me, I would never go to it nor would I recommend it to others. read more
