Showed up to pick it up 5 minutes before they closed because they never took responsibility of my order. Workers failed to greet me properly and to fulfil my needs after I PAYED. The service in this place literally sucked. Me and my friend walked up to the store and a worker did not let us in because it was to busy. He told us mobile order would be quicker, so we did mobile order. We walked into the store at 2:30 and left at 3:15 with no food. Got to the point where the line was moving faster then the mobile orders. So we went into the line to cancel our order and just order food there. Still did not get the chance to order because they had no chicken available. About 5 others around us were still waiting too and they closed off the entrance to the line even though the store is still open. Basically all of us left the store because we all had to be somewhere and didn't want to wait an extra 30 min. And also let me add that two of the workers were not even doing anything and just standing there watching the entire thing go down. read more

Slowest customer service ever! Taco Bell employees are faster and that's saying a lot. My friend and I mobile ordered at 4:15 and did not get it until 5:10. That's ridiculous. Today was my first day having Chipotle and I have been hearing great things about it. When I got there the line was packed with customers so the rumors weren't liing. After ordering my food I see the price and it made my jaw drop. About 22 dollars for some chips and two meals. Cheap right. Any way getting ready to eat my non-GMO meal I was excited to see if Chipotle was good or not. Having my steak and cheese burito was amazing.I hope to come here again and again. Great jon cheifs. Once great....now completely worth skipping entirely! Chipotle in general was once a great chain and this this location in North Andover was no exception when it first opened. But in the last year or so it seems to have gone over a cliff. We've gone back once or twice in the hopes our poor experience was an anomaly but something at this location has gone horribly wrong and we aren't the only ones to notice (as evidenced by the empty dining room at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. Orders in the restaurant have recently been accepted by surly teenagers who desperately need a lesson in customer service. Orders come off the line inconsistent and correct from an ingredient standpoint only because you are standing there to direct the creation of your food. This is the third online "to go" order that has been messed up with incorrect ingredients, missing ingredients, cold food, and poor meal labeling (why give me the option to label the meals with names when ordering online if you are going to skip labeling them in the bag or just label them #1, #2, #3 etc???). Moreover, how do you mess up an online order when every single ingredient option is listed on the ticket for the order? Aside from "guess which meal is which" tonight's chicken burrito with white rice, black bean, and sour was once again made incorrectly....I suppose they were out of black beans and sour cream....... Thank goodness Howling Wolf (a local fresh mex franchise) has opened just up the road. We won't be back. read more

Went here 11/8 and ordered a burrito with no extras (no guacamole). My order seemed expensive but I assumed it was because prices went up. Got home to eat my burrito and realized I wasn't given a receipt. Looked up the current prices and realized I was in fact overcharged (charged for guacamole) but had no way to prove it. I even double confirmed that my chipotle rewards was scanned and was told it was, but I never got the points and the order doesn't show up on my account. Bad experience all around. read more

Ordered two burritos and both fell apart. Service was extremely slow. I told the person doing my burrito it wasn't done correctly and he said it would be fine and it wasn't. Had to ask for more steak as the person only put in five small chunks of steak. Everyone behind the counter looked like they didn't want to be there and making my food was annoying to them. I walked into chipotle after my basketball game thinking I was going to eat then go to my second game but the line was huge. When I finally got to up to order these two girls asked if they could cut us because they were taking a bus to Connecticut. We let them go but then I realized why would someone take a bus from North Andover to Connecticut?! After they left I finally got to order. We ordered and I thought I was about to eat but no I was wrong there was a man behind me and a woman with two boys behind him and they took forever which held the line up. The man behind me ordered 3 bowls! And the woman behind him ordered a bowl, her youngest son ordered a bowl and couldn't make up his mind which took forever, and her oldest son was still looking at the menu! I couldn't believe this! We finally got our food after waiting 15 minutes and went to go get our drinks, the ice machine was broken! I thought I was at a McDonald's with the service I received today. Don't even get me started on the employees, four employees were working on chips which was very unnecessary, and five were cooking also very unnecessary. Which left only 2 employees to be assisting customers. Even the lights were dim! I just don't get it how hard is it to replace lightbulbs. Will I go back I don't know. read more

The staff and the management at this location do not follow the rules to keep the store safe of the pandemic. They are very slow and not enough staff helping the customers, the pick up section is not managed well and all orders are left only on a small table not following the rules to decide order by last names to keep the crowed distanced. All online orders for pick ups are over 1 hour late and they make all the customers to wait inside for hours to pick their order. Awful management. read more

Unfortunately I was forced to give it a star so I could write this review. I'd give it 0 stars. Where do I start though? Let's start with the line. You could wait up to 35-40 minutes if you go at the wrong time. Busy area I get it, but there's got to be a better system. ESPECIALLY when people are ordering online and have a rude awakening when they arrive and their food isn't even made yet. Now for the worst part of the experience- ordering the food. The employees look like they've seen some ghosts recently and just want the world to suffer. There's a few nice ones but the culture in that restaurant is depressing. Do you want rice in your bowl? HA. I hope you like having a small little scoop of rice and beans. Then they just throw way too much the meat in. The bowls look hideous when they're made. I've been to a lot of Chipotles, this one is a complete disaster. We all crave Chipotle, but you'll be very disappointed going to this one. The work line used to be so efficient that I used a video of them in a lean operations class. I went here with my girlfriend the other day. Service is probably slowest of any chipotle chain ever. They have 8 people working there but 1 doing the line. The other 7 people are doing online orders or cleaning it's crazy that they don't deal with line of 10 plus people but just have one person working the lines l, it's kinda ridiculous also the best part is when my girlfriend order her bowl they put the meat first then put the salad over it and I remember I ask why didn't you put the salad first and they say we put the meat first because it's goes down with the line, I'm like okay that doesn't make sense ,there first to ever do that. I order veggie bowl,no veggies at all and the food was very cold. I called couple of times no one pick up the phone. Before this I tried couple times to order in store , waited long in the lines at the end they said they run out of veggies.I am not sure why they always runout of veggies or they never carry.If they don't carry veggies, they shouldn't take online veggie orders. read more

Nearly out of beans, gave each bowl like five beans and then out of lettuce, each bow got about one leaf of lettuce. What a joke. I go there to get some food and a drink so I don't pass out, after working all day in the heat. No one in the store and it still takes 20 minutes to serve me. So I get my order and they take the person behind me. I checkout. Drinks are warm, the fridge is down. Ok that's fine I'll put some ice with it.
