I really like Chipotle and this one was no exception. The food is generally fresh and I order the same thing. Yesterday I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. It looked a little different because there's a recall on lettuce. The chicken was burnt and some of it had a weird taste. After i finished eating it I felt as if I was going to regurgitate. But instead it was coming out of the other end. The rest of the evening I felt like I had a knot in my stomach. I was nauseous and the side of my face was itching. The next day my face broke out in hives. With Covid19 I was too afraid to go to the urgent care or the hospital. I made a cold compress and took some Benadryl. read more

Do not order anything from chipotle they may be out of. They do not show you on their app what they are out of. And you will play hell trying to get them to correct that error. Especially, if you use a gift card. I ordered through their app an item they did not have they did not tell me until I went to get the order they owed me at least $15. I spent a half hour on their application trying to tell them what occurred they were nice and offered two free entrées. That sounds great right? Well it wasn't. I ordered the two entrées drove 10 miles to get it and they told me I only ordered one entrée. So I checked their app and amazingly it said I ordered it. So I spent another half hour trying to correct the situation to basically be told there's nothing we can do you've already hit your limit. This is the first time I ever tried to be compensated by chipotle. I didn't want money I wanted the food I ordered. The problem is I have enough gasoline to get to the gas station on Friday when I am paid which means Wednesday and Thursday I starve and they don't care. Chipotle does not care about the food, their workers or their customers. What chipotle cares about is taking your money. read more

I ate here at around 6pm and later that night I woke up in the middle of the night constantly throwing up all night from 3am-8:30am(over 20 times no exaggeration) and went to the hospital in the morning and they diagnosed me with a viral intestinal infection called viral gastroenteritis, also known as the stomach flu. Waited in line for 45 minutes for an online pickup order. This seems to be the standard with ordering at this location anymore. Workers don't seem to care. I've attached a picture of my latest order. (Lighter for scale) I must have seen a different chipotle commercial as this doesn't appear to be the same quesadilla I see advertised all over. I have LOVED Chipotle for years but lately: it's one bad order after another. I keep going back hoping for the best but I'm always disappointed! I even went back after picking up an order that was incorrect and missing items and I was treated horribly by the store manager and hung up on! Corporate wouldn't refund for the missing items but instead offered me two free meals that expired in 30 days so I never got to use them. I just ordered AGAIN (because I'm a glutton for punishment) and my normally "huge enough for two meals" burrito bowl was barely a snack. With the lettuce the ingredients didn't even reach the rim of the bowl and I ordered extra lettuce. So disappointed in the company they have become. read more

Absolutely disgusting!! First off I order through the app where you can not order guacamole, which it is what it is. I get my food from the mobile pick up lane and my food is cold like it has been in the refrigerator. Everything in the bowl is soggy and there is pool of liquid in the bottom of my bowl. Fast and good service. The food is fresh. While maybe it is not "authentic" mexican food, it is great for what it is.

The lady who had been working the front the line; I'm pretty sure she has pink hair. She was extremely rude and and looked like she was really bad mood because she had to be at work and had to do her job. It didn't seem like it was fully filled like all of the other times it was. She had threw everything on to the burrito and one of them had a hole but she had done nothing about it. It was a really decent size hole, and everything had started to fall out. Her customer service was absolutely terrible and she was really mean to my friend and I, and she didn't look thrilled when we had decided to eat in. She also had a resting mug face and she didn't even show emotion when we had walked in and didn't even welcome anybody that had come into the door. read more

I stopped by last week for lunch about 12:30 and I walked up to the door and there was a sign posted that read Closed will open at 1:00 I wasn't going to wait so I left and had lunch somewhere else. Today once again I stopped in again around 12:15 and I saw several other people walk up to the door and it was locked again. There were workers in the restaurant but closed. this place is horrible. avoid at all costs. come in 1.5 hours before close and they are already moving all the chairs away from the tables, which were all dirty. Only one girl was taking orders while multiple customers stood in line and multiple workers with masks below their mouths stood around and did nothing. lol why even bother.
