I LOVE Chipotle! I used to love THIS Chipotle. I work within the area of this particular one and would come to it at least once a week for lunch with my coworkers. It used to be great: It was quick, efficient, and you would get what you ordered. It was delicious. Over the past year or so months, the quality has gotten TERRIBLE. It started with undercooked rice: I took my food back to the office and the first bite was a shock as a literally CRUNCHED through their undercooked rice. it felt as if I had cracked a tooth. I called and spoke with a manager: she was very apologetic and said they had other complaints about it too. They've "thrown out the bad batch". That was disappointing: I had to throw out my meal. I waited a month to return. When I went back, I ordered the sofritas bowl. Imagine my horror when I bit into it and found it was peppered with chicken. Whomever was scooping out the "meat" options, flung the chicken all over the place: my friend who got steak also had chicken all over hers. People have allergies and I, personally, am a vegetarian. I didn't call this time, I just threw it out. More wasted money. A week later a number of my friends wanted to go back so I relented and AGAIN, HAD UNDERCOOKED RICE. All five of us threw out our meals. I called back again and this time, the manager I believe her name was Grecia wasn't sorry and said sometimes rice is just crunchy. Is it? Is rice typically crunchy? Before it's cooked, perhaps. That's when my boycott started. That was 2.5 months ago. Today, I was convinced to give it ONE MORE SHOT. I went with one other friend. I ordered the Sofritas bowl and my friend got a chicken burrito. She cannot have corn and she hates tomatoes. Me? I just don't eat meat. Again, my sofritas bowl came with a piece of steak here and a piece of chicken there. Not only that, the "butt" of the lettuce was served to me! The hard round part where the leaves sprout from? Yep, that was in my bowl. I was shocked when we got to the sour cream portion and there were chunks of salsa, corn, and MEAT in it. The server kept stirring it to try to hide this from the customers but COME ON. Some people have food allergies and you're going to HIDE pieces of food inside your sour cream? The problem here is with the employees. They do not care AT ALL what they're serving you. You want chicken? You'll get whatever else they put in there. Sour cream? Here, have some tomatoes and corn. You're allergic? It's cool, we'll hide it. Undercooked rice? You got it. I watch them as they use their hands to scoop the food that fell out of the burritos of others BACK INTO THEIR BINS that they used to make food for the other customers. This makes me sick. I've only been to chipotle once before and wasn't a big fan of getting two burritos and drinks for $30 so I have not been back but a employee wanted this for lunch so we stopped and and the employees were great. The food was good and the place was busy with lunch crowd. I'd probably return if I had a special offer or something but doubt I'll make this a regular place just due to the cost. read more

I wanted steak on my bowl and the lady with a piercing said she didn't have any so I got double chicken. Keep in mind there was still a lot of chicken left in there end. My friend was next to order. Team member name was Grecia and apparently she was the manager. Order starts out fine she's making me my burrito but on a little tiny piece of tinfoil with the majority of the tortilla being on the dirty counter. I make a comment during the making of it and point out that it's on the counter and say "idk how I feel about that being in the counter" she continues on asking me what I want on the burrito. When we get to the end she is wrapping the burrito and the contents go onto the counter. After which she scoops it back into the burrito, wraps it and hands it to the gentlemen who will ring me up. I ask him if I could have the burrito re-made because it was on the counter. He kindly re-directs me back to the beginning of the process where she is and she says what's the problem. I tell her I don't mean to be a bother but if I could have the burrito re-made I didn't like that it was being drug across the counter (which was dirty) during the making of it and my food was on the counter. She then stated she'd give me a new tortilla and put the contents of this one in the new tortilla. I then say well the food came out and went onto the counter and you scooped it up and put it back in so I'd rather just have it re-made. She then tells me well that she's going to charge me for another burrito then. I say "what? I don't think it's too much to ask to not want to eat food that has been on a counter" she responded with "well we clean our counters so you're good" I ask it to be re-made again. She's upset but reluctantly throws the burrito away and starts again with no burrito on the counter this time! Yay! Except now when we get to the end she just smooshes the "burrito" into a ball and wraps the tinfoil around it and passes me to the register guy again. I pay and ask him if he can re-wrap my "burrito" she comes over asks what the problem is and I tell her the same thing. That I already paid I was just wondering if it could be re-wrapped. She refuses and I say I don't understand what the big deal is I'm just asking if you can re-wrap the burrito I mean it doesn't even look like one look at it. I ask the lady next to me "I mean am I crazy?" And she smiles and nods her head and sleepily says "no I'd want it re-wrapped too" in which Grecia's response was "well this is how we wrap burritos here at chipotle" I pull out my phone and ask her to say that again in camera (which she wouldn't) so instead I just took a photo of it which will be attached. I then ask the guy who rang me up where the manager was when he horrifingly replied with "she is the manager" this person needs to be fired. I've never had anything negative to say about chipotle I go every day after the gym. I didn't think it would be too much to ask from a place known for its burritos to actually make me one, not whatever it is that I got. read more

This chipotle service was good. The locale wasn't as busy as other chipotles I've been to. Near this area, there are a lot of other attractions to attend, since it is located in a plaza. The place is small and cold, so bring a sweater if you get cold easily. The restroom is hidden and out of sight, as a customer walked around the place and couldn't find it until she asked where it was. My wife and I both had burritos with chicken, white rice, black beans, and cheese. Can't complain about the burritos. We also had chips and salsa. The problem was the salsa chips. Because they have been bagged earlier in the day, getting a bag of chips around 4:00 meant that our bagged chips were now soggy and not crunchy. I don't know how they could correct that. I like to get chipotles salad with grilled chicken. I think it is a very tasty salad compared to other places and not a bad price. I never finish the whole thing so I think it is a good value. One issue I have with Chipotle is their kids menus. My son just doesn't like it because their meat is too spicy he says. So we can't go with him. read more

Well, it was my first time here and I was expecting a more welcoming environment. Upon entering there's no signage of where the ordering starts. Although, there was an employee standing at the edge. She was polite though. After glancing the menu I ordered the burrito and the girl didn't give me the option to get the tortilla grilled, none the less it was cold. The beans were cold the chicken was cold and when veggies were added it just got colder. It was cold overall. There's nothing Mexican about this grill. If y'all want a cold burrito go here. Love the food at Chipotle and will continue to go, just not to this location. Had lunch here on 12/3/17 at 11am with my wife and newborn twin daughters on one of our first family outings. Be warned; this Chipotle is not family friendly. This location has NO Changing Station in either the men's or women's bathrooms. So thanks Chipotle, for making me change my girls in the parking lot.
