They actually fill up my bowl, so I am actually able to order from the app without having to worry, unlike other locations I have been to. Never understood the hype of this place. Insanely high prices, tiny portions that wouldn't even satisfy toddler, terrible customer service and just an overall crappy place to eat. The low reviews at this location paint the wrong picture. The young team working this Chipotle are friendly, attentive, and helpful. They could likely benefit from additional staff, but overall, the crew gets it done. The food is as expected & the wait is minimal to none. Great service example: The grilled veggies were depleted, so the server offered to make additional quickly and bring them out if we could wait a few minutes. We opted to eat inside the location & within about five minutes, the server brought us a container of freshly grilled veggies. His service & commitment to doing a good job was appreciated. Stoped at this Chipotle against our better judgement because we tried the one in Prescott and 20 mins later with only two people in line we still hadn't been served. We walk into this one and no one line. The manager or at least she seemed like a manager said we will be right with you. So we are hopeful. Then 5 mins later as they all talk to each other and ignore us she says it again?!? 5 mins after that a kid comes over and finally asks what we would like we say, 2 bowls. He proceeded to scrape remnants of rice together. This is clearly not enough rice for one bowl let alone two!! I say "can we have more rice and he says no we don't have anymore. It's 515pm on a Saturday and you don't close until 10 and you are out of rice. So we said never mind, we are leaving. He so oh Okay, Have a good day! Our experiences have been mixed (mostly negative) here. Today, we ordered one burrito and one burrito bowl for delivery. We received a burrito and an empty paper cup. In other words, this is a restaurant so lacking in process or even common sense that they happily packed an empty paper cup in place of a meal. read more

This location is always the worst. They never plan ahead and run out of things constantly. Most of the people working are clearly apathetic and don't seem to care that customers can hear them just fine as they complain about their jobs. The food is pretty consistently either over seasoned or over cooked or both. Skip this spot and drive to the one in Prescott. read more

Went in near the end of the day. Cooks and staff were all working and had fresh steak and chicken on the grill. Cashier helped me right away and was very respectful while making a bowl. The floor might have needed a sweep but other than that this one was great. read more

Hello former Chipotle employee, I never leave reviews. However the food quality was terrible. Not enjoyable at all. I had 6 bites because I thought it would get better. I threw a whole 30 dollar order away. I ordered, -Double wrapped burrito (it was wrapped nicely) -Extra white rice -drained pinto beans - EXTRA Barbacoa (It's SUPPOSED TO BE TWO full scoops of Meat you're cutting portions and I paid extra for what? I SHOULD'VE PAID FOR ONE PORTION FOR THE AMOUNT OF MEAT I GOT) -Corn -LIGHT cream (The burrito was so full of sour cream that it turned my rice in PLAY-DOUGH THAT WAS THE MOST NOTICEABLE PART. -extra Cheese -green and red salsa on the side. -chips (I WAS A CHIP FRYER FOR YOU CHIPOTLE, THE CHIPS WERE NOT PROPERLY COOKED BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT WAITING FOR THE OIL TO GET HOT!) Went here in spite of the low reviews. When I entered there was one gentleman at the counter that looked like he'd been waiting a while. Waited another minute or so and someone walked up to help. There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant eating. The person helping the gentleman didn't understand what he was asking for even though it was pretty clear. Then when she went to help me she did a fair job with little personality. The food was just ok and the portion size was acceptable. When it came time for the veggies and beans and cheese it looked like they were scraping the bottom of the barrel. Then another more senior person took over with zero personality and rang me up no one asked if I wanted any extra guac or pico de gallo or anything. We moved here recently from another state where our chipotle was awesome. Nice employees, prompt service and plentiful fresh food always. Just a thought maybe the reviews are so low because of these issues and what if you changed the attitude of the place? At least if they were extra friendly perhaps like Chik-fil-A they would get more business so they could keep the food bins full? I could do way better than these people. This Chipotle needs a complete overhaul. 90% of the time when attempting to get food they are out of almost everything. They even went a month before with no vinaigrette and their excuse was the blender was broken. What type of management lets that happen? How are you supposed to get a salad with no dressing? Every time I have come here the staff has been less than pleasant, the tables are dirty and so is the line, and the soda machine is broken. Not sure who is managing this store but like I said, it needs a complete overhaul. Placed our order online and it stated we could pick up our order at 5:40. I got there 7 minutes late and the girl at the to-go prep station asked what name the order was under and I told her. She said my order was up next. I went to sit down and when I turned back around, she was gone. i waited a couple of minutes. I walked up to the counter and another employee asked me what I needed and I told her that the girl that was supposed to be prepping our order was nowhere to be found and that I could see my partially prepped order just sitting there. She proceeded to finish the order after being unable to locate the other employee. She had mentioned to another customer that had placed an online order with the same issue that they were "severely" understaffed and seemed pretty flustered. That customer had commented that this was always the case. Pretty disappointed! As for trying to reach out to Chipotle Customer Service, all you get is Pepper, the automated response customer care "person". No chance of explaing the above to Pepper. Two stars because the food was hot and seasoned appropriately. Been here several times and the tables are just DIRTY. All of them. I get they are understaffed but there was a definite lull when I arrived and not one of the people standing around could be bothered to clean a table. Asked for guac on the side and the prep guy barely put any in the container. I asked about filling it and the cashier guy said it's hard to get the container full. Well, charge me half price then because that's not the proper amount. There don't seem to be any standards here and the manager wasn't exactly managing from what I could see as she was working the to go line. She did step in and hand me a properly filled guac container though. While I was sitting there eating there were no customers for a few minutes and still no one came to clean a table. I wet some napkins to wipe one to sit at. And that's when I saw the gloved food worker start eating food out of a sample cup WITH HIS FINGERS and then proceed to not change his gloves. Super gross. I know places are understaffed but come on. Chipotle used to be a go-to for me but no more. And Corporate, if you're reading this, don't give a canned response. So, I love chipotle. I had been craving a burrito all week and I finally got to go. However, when we pulled up to the parking lot, there was a car that's rear had been absolutely demolished with a police car parked next to it. But, I won't judge them for their parking lot. So, we walk in with a few people in line. On the seat next to where we were standing there was BLOODY PERIOD STAINS. I had heard that the inside could be a bit unsanitary but this was absolutely disgusting. We keep standing there and I glance into the back to see an employee fixing his hair in the reflection of the fridge. Like, bro. Why? So I finally order the rice , beans, and meat and then wait for the next person to put the rest on. The guy behind me starts to get pissed because he claims that the lady touched cash and didn't change her glove. She tells him that she hadn't touched any cash (and she didn't but she did touch the kiosk while a customer was paying) but she starts to change her gloves anyways. The guy stands there for .2 milliseconds before sighing and leaving. Next, another lady puts the rest of my stuff onto my burrito but when she tries to roll it, the tortilla rips. I don't mind because I know that can happen sometimes. So they double wrap it and then check me out. But the lady didn't even tell me how much it costs, and asked if I wanted a bag even though I had told them it was to go. Anyways, the burrito was pretty good, there was a little too much rice and I couldn't taste the queso. Overall, I would recommend driving 15 more minutes to the other location. read more

I went to Prescott Valley AZ store. It was out of items, a complete pigsty and the staff were rude! I used to order my team lunch from Chipotle once a month and I would never order from a store as disgusting and unprofessional as this! Then to try and make contact with a district manager or HQ is impossible! No phone number with any validity, not everyone has computers to email. The manager at the store just hangs up apparently knowing nothing will happen because Chipotle HQ has no way of contact except by email. My co workers and I were discussing this and how this would not fly in any other business! Then one of my coworkers tried to use a gift card to no avail, store staff did not know how to process it. Laughably horrible location. Head the warnings - and drive 15 minutes into Prescott to the other location. Key takeaways: -never have ingredients cooked and love telling you "it'll be about 20 minutes, is that ok?" -half the sodas are "out of order" (have been for months) -whole drink section is in complete disarray -staff is apathetic at best, and rude the rest of the time -if you're unlucky enough to actually get some food - it's aggressively average (and often times burnt) -staff has 0 understanding of the online ordering platform/app -random but the hand sanitizer dispenser has never worked - more of a lawn ornament -store is dirty, gross floors with food scraps everywhere ONLY redeeming quality this store has is knowing one day it'll shut down, and be turned into some other chain. One day they did not take cash, second day they were out of cheese and then within that next month they were out of meat cheese and register was down. This location is horrible with service. This Chipotle location suffers from woefully lacking management. Each time we've eaten here, the restaurant is dirty and untidy. Today there was a hand scrawled note on the door warning they were out of beans - it did not even specify that it was only pinto beans. There was also no iced tea. When I asked about it, the young employee told, "Yeah, not right now." I didn't know how to respond to that. This was mid day, not right before closing. The food was bland, and, frankly, we were concerned about the quality and safety of it when taking into consideration the state of the dining room. I really enjoy Chipotle, but we won't be dining at this one again anytime soon. It puzzles me why the owner isn't more concerned about the state of his/her business. read more

Hands down the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Most of the staff are rude, bad attitude, and it feels like you're a nuisance by just being there. Absolutely so preparation, every single time I'm there without a doubt, they're somehow out of something. They're constantly out of bowls, rice, chicken, salsa, pretty much everything you want in your food they don't have. Their rice is constantly undercooked, and still crunchy. I feel like the E. coli outbreaks start here because They must only clean once every full moon because the tables have enough crumbs and trash to feed a family of 7, and the bathrooms are so dirty, they remind me of a dingy gas station off the freeway. My girlfriend and I would rather drive 30 minutes round trip to go to the good chipotle in Prescott. read more

Next service, one poor girl doing all the work while teenage boys screwing around in the back. No management or concerns for customer service.
