This is the second time I've gone out of my way to go to this chipotle and it's the worst business I've ever received. The two times I've gone I ordered a chicken quesadilla and when I got home it was PLAIN cheese. How do you mix up a chicken quesadilla with plain cheese? Is this place a joke? This is my third negative experience with take out orders here. The last time I ordered a vegetarian meal, and was delivered steak bowl and when I called back to get it corrected at 930 pm just after the wrong delivery, the person put me on hold long enough for when they turn the phones off, so I was unable to talk to anyone to resolve the issue that actual night and get to eat. Today, I ordered a sofritos bowl , chips and Salsa and also a side of queso blanco. When my meal arrived, the chips and salsa were just forgotten completely, and the bag was not sealed or stapled or like closed off in any way. I had ordered all my toppings on the side and found it really strange that all the toppings I got, where totally full and yet the queso blanco was only filled up half way. You pay extra for queso blanco , why would they not fill up the container all the way but all the other ones? . It was just very bizarre and also annoying and made me question the safety and security of my food. Additionally the bowl was cold and cheese was all chunky. I usually love chipotle but the quality wasn't even good on top of errors and questionable safety of food handling. I called the delivery support line and they said I would get a refund for my concerns and lack of full order. I'm happy they will at least do that however the support line called the store and the store ensured them my items were sealed. Which just makes me even more concerned bc they were not sealed when I received them. I will try to call the store tomorrow when they are open to see what they say but other then that I prob just won't do delivery from here ever again. They seem too busy and must be unorganized to keep messing up, and then they are never able to fix it when it counts. You'll end up hungry and angry lol. Went in (mind you covid is still raging) and the workers were not wearing masks and were eating chips and guac directly from the bucket they serve the customer with. Like this chipotle better than the other one I have been to in RI across the the street from Panera. They give ALOT of food a don't gip you. Very considerate to their customers as we'll. when the steak wasn't ready and I had to wait 5+ mins for it, they compt my guac. read more

Went there at 12 o'clock in the afternoon and they were already out of steak AND chicken and no one was grilling any. So I got stuck with paltry portions of the bottom of the container. I've honestly never been so annoyed and unsatisfied at a chipotle in my entire life. I asked for two build your own kids burritos. My nephews passed through the line and added very minimal ingredients to their burritos (we're talking rice, beans, chicken, and lettuce). Get to the counter to pay, $21. I'm puzzled, on the menu it clearly states that kids build your own are $4.75. I'm told that kids burritos don't exist and there isn't a kids menu (uhh, it says kids menu RIGHT above you). There was no line so all of the employees come over... puzzled and looking through the POS system for the kids pricing. Manager is right behind them and could care less to help. All 3 employees are looking to her for help and she couldn't be bothered as she was walking around on her personal cell phone and eventually started cutting lettuce. I was so annoyed and frustrated at that point that I just paid the $21 and left. At the end of the day, my nephews were fed and that's all that really mattered. Customer service, though? I love Chipotle but the management at this location is stingy, rude, and downright racist. Today, I tried to take advantage of the special "Buy a $30 gift card, get a free burrito offer", but the manager wouldn't honor the deal. In fact, she told me to "Stop Jewing the System". I love Chipotle in general. It is a clean location with not a lot of seating. I have eaten here four times in the last year and EVERY time my rice has been undercooked and crunchy. That is the best way to ruin a burrito. read more

I've been to this Chipotle a million times because it is conveniently located five minutes from my school, and I'll probably go again in a few days because I love burritos, and chipotle is tasty and convenient...but the customer service at this location is terrible. Today I went in to get a steak burrito, and as I was getting ready to pay the worker rolled my burrito and it broke in half. As I asked for a new wrap, she yelled at the worker who handled the wraps at the beginning of the line to throw away all the wraps in the bag he used for mine because she couldn't wrap them. Instead of giving me a new burrito, she wrapped my burrito in an extra piece of foil even though half the insides of the burrito was falling out of the tortilla. I decided to let it go since I already asked for a new burrito and was ignored (and since it was extremely busy at the time), and I took my burrito. As I was leaving I noticed that even through the second foil wrapping my burrito was still leaking out. When I asked for an extra piece of foil and explained the situation, I was given one but no one apologized for the poor way my burrito was made. My friends have experienced similar situations to this, and although we all love the taste of chipotle burritos, this location needs to seriously step up their customer service. read more
