There were some herbal notes in there, and the salsa was brightly flavored. It really is a fascinating mix of flavors distinctive to the Americas. Also a lot of food for the money. While the menu had a handful of vegetarian options, some of their staples were not offered this way and it seemed to be they could be with ease. And I would really like to see them do some dairy-free options and those beans and some vegetables would make a pupusa that I think people would want.

My only complaint is that there isn't a good spicy red or green salsa to pour on top, but this is a Salvadoran place so I'm sure that's more the specialty. The gorditas were fat and satisfying. All in all, this is a gem of a place for Radford and if you feel like it would be a little new for you, take the plunge! It's a must try.

The pieces of steak inside was quality meat marinated with ingredients from a gourmet recipe and cooked to perfection by a knowledgeable and experienced Chef. Our server came by at the appropriate times to see how we were doing and refilled our water. We already had plans to go somewhere else for dessert but next time we will definitely try the dessert here for they looked nice in the photos of the desserts menu. I highly recommend this very unique Mexican Restaurant for an extraordinary dining experience like no other you've ever had.
